If you must visit this salon for a pedicure, don't buy anything beyond the regular priced pedicure ($30)! I bought the Deluxe Pedicure, which was $42.00, & when I got home, we could clearly see that it was a very mediocre job! Definitely NOT the deluxe pedicure that was described in the menu. This pedicure comes w/ extra exfoliating, which is why I chose that one, but I definitely did not receive that part of the pedicure! My feet did not soak as long as they should have-like I've experienced at other salons. I felt like it was a very rushed job. I even called ahead of time to verify that they had time for me. I had a couple of stops I had to make before I headed home, so I didn't inspect my feet right away. When I did get home & took a look, I was very disappointed & frustrated! It didn't even appear that I had had a pedicure! The staff was ok. No one really stuck out to me or seemed friendly to me, which surprised me b/c of all of their positive reviews. I was looking forward to enjoying a similar experience. I was also excited b/c it was close to where I live. However, I was barely greeted when I came in. After my pedicure was finished, I sat in the chair for a couple of minutes, & about 3 staff members, that were giving pedicures to other people, started talking to each other in their native language & were staring at me. That made me feel very uncomfortable. There were plenty of other seats available for other people, so I knew that wasn't an issue. Instead of actually talking to me, they continued to talk to each other, in their language, which was/is so rude. I know it's a pretty common occurrence, but when you can tell they are talking about you or another customer, that's just extremely unprofessional. The guy who gave me the pedicure didn't even say goodbye or thank you for your business when he was finished! He didn't talk a whole lot during the pedicure. It was hard for me to understand him, so I guess he just decided not to talk. I even tried to make small talk & crack jokes to break the ice, but he didn't really respond. He also kept trying to move my right foot into a position that was very uncomfortable for me. He could tell it was uncomfortable, but still persisted to move it. I understand they need your feet to be in a position so they can cut, trim, & polish your toenails properly. I get that, but when it's in a position that puts the customer in an uncomfortable position or causes pain, they need to find a way to still do it properly while allowing comfort & ease to the customer. He did, however, help put my flip-flops back on w/ deliberate intent to do it slowly & carefully. The salon itself looks very nice & clean. They have huge flatscreen TV's on the walls to keep you entertained-if you don't feel like talking . They offered a nice variety of complimentary beverages as well. The pedicure chairs have a really nice massaging back w/ a nice variety of modes. read more

I went in for a gel manicure~$35 which I think is high as I usually pay $27. The gal did a great job, so I gave her a $10 tip, however, I just saw that I was charged $55...NOT OK! I thought this would be my new place, but I will NEVER go back, and will not refer them. Sorry, but it definitely was not worth $55. read more

First time will also be my last time. Over charged credit card. Pedicures seems very pricey. But my thought was I would splurge a little. Decided on $55 organic pedicure. It was no different than $35 pedicure at my regular place. Charge $55 on my credit card and gave guy $7 cash as tip. My credit card statement has a $60 charged from this place. My go-to pedi spot! They use disposable liners in the foot basins and open a new package of tools for each client. I usually get the deluxe pedi for the extra massage and it will easily look good for 4 weeks. You can Enjoy a complimentary glass of wine and they have the cutest tiny pedicure chairs for the littles. My only criticism is they will try to up-sell you extra services persistently. (Are you sure you don't want the more expensive pedi? Do you want paraffin? Etc). One time it was so bad I had to get angry for them to take no for an answer. Which completely negates the point of getting a relaxing pedi in the first place. Still 5 stars though because the quality is good and lasts. read more

They stayed late for us and did not rush us. The ladies Treated us very well. Hannah did my nails and she asked me to explain exactly what I wanted so I would be a happy customer...and they do SNS! The atmosphere is beautiful and feels like you're at an actual spa. read more

This is the second time I've been and had a constant bad service. I will not be going back. First time I received a pedicure requested 'Deluxe' but what I ended up getting was just a polish change... no pumice, no trim down. I'm all about giving benefit of the doubt... maybe the guy doing my pedicure was tired, it was a Saturday at 5:30... ok sure... then My friend swore they were great for sns as she had gone to them. I decided to give it another shot today... that's when my finger was cut, from excessive filing. Why? Because a group of teens walked through the door and now all of sudden I needed to be rushed through my manicure/sns fill. I feel like my sns is very sloppy, I wasn't even asked to wash my hands or brush them for excess powder stuck between my finger and nail. No cuticle oil. Nothing. Went to re do my pedicure, and only two coats of polish... very thin looking. I went to the dry station and the man made sure before I sat down that I needed to pay. I am fully aware I need to pay I wasn't planning on just walking out despite the snafu of service it didn't cross my mind to just walk out. But please give me a minute to situate myself. I don't want to feel rushed and that's exactly how I felt. Please save yourself some grief and go somewhere else. They're boarder line rude. And I want to relax and feel pampered, especially when I'm dishing out $80+ for a service. Truly disappointed. read more

I called this place, carefully explaining that I needed a manicure fill. I said I used acrylic, and also needed 2 nails replaced. I asked the cost and was quoted $10. I thought that price was very low, so I repeated that I was getting a manicure acrylic fill, and needed 2 nails replaced. I said, "Are you saying that's $10?" He assured me it was. When I got there, and the job was done, I was charged $28! I explained that I was quoted $10 TWICE. First, the lady working on my nails said I called the wrong place. I argued and said, "NO, I made an appointment." She checked their book, and sure enough, there I was. She then asked the guy who wrote down my name if he had told me $10, and he said he had, but he lied and said, "She only said she wanted 2 nails replaced." I argued and said, "NO, I repeated to you what I needed to confirm that you heard me properly." I think this place uses the old "I don't speak English well" trick to charge more than you've been quoted. I left having to pay almost triple what I intended to pay. I would have found another place if I had known it was going to be so much to get a fill and 2 nails. Buyer beware. read more

Ugh worst nails of my life!! 8/10 were slanted and in even , one nail was a half an inch shorter than the rest . also, they were shaped like a duck beal !! So ulgy and so so so thick with acrylic . I got a gift card here for my bday so I was excited, I called right after to see if i could get them fixed and the lady who did them apparently had to be the one to fix them and couldn't do it till 4 days later I couldn't walk around like that so ended up soaking them off . I was tempted to get refund but since it was a gift card I knew it would be a hassle and didn't want to waste anymore time. read more

BAD, TERRIBLE, UNSATISFIED. I had a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was a wonderful experience. The technician took her time with me, was attentive to my request and my toes look great. The manicure was a total disaster. The technician shaped my nails wide when I asked for oval with the powder dip. It set on too thick. I told her it was on too thick and that the shape is not what I wanted. The male co-worker came by and said something to her in their native language, next thing you know she hurried to finish with me and did not finish my manicure properly (hand massage, oil treatment on my cuticles, the normal procedure you would expect at a spa). I went back the next day hoping that they would reduce the thickness of my nails, and reshape them to oval. The male technician looked at my nails and said my nails were shaped different and that there was no other way they could shape them the way I wanted them done. He reduced the thickness somewhat with the Dremel tool but left my nails with rough spots, spots where the color was removed... I paid $115.00 at this place. Knowing that I was not a satisfied customer, they could have extend a courtesy discount for my next visit, or give some type of credit (not that I would go back). I should have read Amanda S. review before I went. So for a bad experience go to La Bella Nails & Spa, where they will rip you off and give you exceptional rotten service. read more
