This has been my nail salon since March 2022, When I moved to Georgetown. And I've been seeing my nail tech, Diana, since late 2022. I won't see anybody else, because then I would feel like I was cheating I highly recommend setting appointments, but They do take walk-ins as well. It is a quaint location on rivery in a shopping strip. The equipment and furniture was upgraded not too long ago. I really like the new pedicure stations as well as the nail station chairs. I only get My nails done and pedicures. But they offer other services like waxing and eyelashes and I believe a few more. I've always had great service here And I enjoy the time I get with Diana. Customer service - that - you need to fix. Specially the owner's bff - how she talks to people - as if it's their fault that they can't understand her. When you try to ask if this is what she meant - her annoyed tone will annoy you too. After years of sucking it up - I am done. Not going back. Unless she leaves that place. I've been coming here for over five years now and honestly the customer service, cleanliness, and equipment and decor is better than ever with a recent renovation and design upgrade with all brand new high end pedicure chairs and nail stations. The massage feature on the pedicure chairs are perfect and tailored to be relaxing and not too aggressive like many are. The owner is very engaged and always there ensuring great service and a sense of urgency in getting clients seen but services are never hurried and the staff is very professional and appears always happy and passionate about their work making for a great vibe in this pleasant comfortable nail spa. I think almost all the staff are long-term term employees as I've watched them work the last few years. They're all experienced and stay busy taking care of the salon and side work when not with a client. It really give me confidence in a business when I see staff going the extra mile to keep up and maintain the customer areas as well as the floors and decor are always clean and sharp! Absolutely worst experience I've ever had a nail salon. I got a pedicure and the lady was super rough with the tools on my feet and as yall know some of them are sharp. When I told them what I wanted on my toes which was french tip and flames on the big toe. The lady looked at me with a rude look then her and a guy started talking in their language and then them two and another employee all start laughing. Sloppy with the actual painting of my toes. I pay too much money to be treated like this. Anyone for that matter. I've never had to write a review like this but this ain't right. My toes are so ugly I just wanna cry. I have went to this business one other time and went great. This time was the opposite. Lady that did my pedicure did great but the lady that tried to do my dip nails did not know what she was doing. They sent someone to help her but it just got worse and then at the end they just said sorry and charged me full price. I have to go elsewhere and get them taken off and fixed. read more

We came in for pedis and it was pretty disappointing. They didn't cut the nails and didn't even ask. Massage was rough and the exfoliation was weak. The polish was all smeary and the topcoat was sloppy. I don't even know how hard is it to make blush pink polish look bad? read more

Warning! Don't go here. While in town several months ago we popped in for pedicures and shellac manicures. I witnessed both technicians use unsanitized utensils pulling them from a cart drawer and putting them back into a cart drawer before and after me. The only tool that was sanitized was a quick spray of supposed alcohol on one of the nippers thrown into a drawer of unsanitary tools. Appx 4 weeks later I removed the polish on my toes and have fungus on the side of my nailbed. The Texas health department should shut this place down for unsanitary condition! If you're not witnessing UV lights, excessive alcohol and other disinfectants being used, run! I should have gotten up and left. read more

I came in to get a pedicure and decided to do a gel manicure too with 5 different color nails. The woman who did my pedicure was great but the woman who did my manicure was on the phone almost the entirety of the service she gave. She said things like "God damn" on the phone while she was in front of me. Which I don't care much about but definitely unprofessional. She also commented on my moles telling me to get them checked by a doctor since "they are raised". (These moles have looked the same on me my entire life so they are not a concern to my doctor.) Regardless, it's not only extremely unprofessional to comment on someone's imperfections, it's just rude. She was also in such a rush she didn't put cuticle oil on my nails either which I have always received any time I have gotten a manicure. She finished my nails super quickly so I didn't have a chance to say I didn't like the colors I had picked once they were all together. I had chosen them from their fall color book and they looked great on the acrylic examples, but on my short nails looks like crayons. After the woman doing my pedicure was done I asked if it was possible to change 4 of my nails to match the color on my thumb. Another woman came over to ask me why I hadn't told them sooner (I didn't have a chance as she was in such a rush). She also said they'd have to soak them and it would be a problem so I didn't get them changed. It wasn't even offered as an option to A. Dremel the color off like what was done on my toes or B. Charging a little more for the color change. Now I have spent $86 on a manicure and pedicure and hate the way my nails look. I have a wedding to go to this week and my nails are going to look look like crayons. read more

Since my regular spot was closed today, I gave this place the benefit of the doubt after my first experience years ago and AGAIN it was horrible. NEVER AGAIN. I got a deluxe pedicure and basically got a regular pedicure. She didn't massage my feet, clean the bottom of my feet nor painted my nails clean. Slightly disappointed in the disconnect with my service. It was my first few times going to get my nails done closer to home, as I usually drive into Austin to get my nails done. Thought I would give this place a try since it was so close. First experience, I went in with a certain color in mind, but they did not have it in SNS, and only in gel. The tech talked me into getting SNS and added chrome to it. Initial reaction, I thought it was pretty, but after having it on a few days, I regretted my choice, and the price was way more expensive than I normally spend on getting my nails done $75. So I thought, maybe my next time I'll get the color I actually wanted in gel, and it may be cheaper. So before going, I called to ask how much a gel manicure would be, and was told it would be $45, but at the end of service it was $55. Unsure of why there's a disconnect on pricing as I just got color and shaping done- I'm guessing it's the removal polish fee. I had also asked for almond, and it came out more oval and had to ask them to reshape it a few times. After giving them a shot two times, I think I'll stick to driving into Austin to get my nails done. read more

It's a special occasion to take your 6 year old daughter to the nail salon. Maybe it's my fault for going an hour before they close but either way, our special occasion turned into wishing we hadn't gone. They were irritated and rude that my daughter wanted 3 colors. They charged me for a pedicure for her but only put lotion on her legs and the lady rolled her eyes when we asked for a beverage. The lady checking us out yelled at me when I questioned the charge. I had such a great experience here. Best ive ever had. First off, i have been searching for months for someone who will do my nails properly. After 6 nail salons i was recommended this place and Tee the owner. I am so impressed with how she did my nails. Ive always had a hard time whenever i had my nails done because they always end up looking bulky not natural. Tee explained to me that my nails are very curved so without the right technique it will look bad. The place was clean. I did call to ask how busy they were because I didn't want to walk in and have to wait a long time if they were too busy. I would have tried to make an appointment but she said it wasn't busy so we went in and were seated in less than 3 minutes. We were happy with the pedicures we received. The foot tub was lined for sanitary purposes. All the instruments appeared to be either one time use instruments that were in new packaging or were sanitized and then stored in sealed packaging. My daughter had gel white-tip which is already coming off, I had white tip just with nail polish and half already! My granddaughter had just nail polish for both hand and feet!! Probably the worst full set I've ever gotten in my 22 years of life, that I'm STILL thinking about them even though it's been about 2 weeks and I covered them up Let me start with this, I emailed them immediately after, no response. Emailed again a week later, no response. Here's my email. I just got my nails done at Spa Pro Nails in Georgetown and I'm entirely dissatisfied with my service. I feel as if the nail technician didn't listen to any of my requests, I asked multiple times for an extra coat of brown nail polish on two design fingers and I specifically said brown but instead she told me that she did multiple top coats (I asked twice before and after the top coats were applied, which of course didn't do anything). I also asked for a lighter shade of brown for the design and she did white. Overall, I'm completely dissatisfied with her not adding an extra coat to two fingers when I asked multiple times because now they're translucent (which she knew I didn't want the translucent look). I tried to be clear and precise with my expectations but felt as if she wasn't listening and disregarded those expectations. The designs on my hands are also different, one being longer and thicker. Immediately after leaving (and paying $80, tip included because even though they're awful I didn't want to be "that person" and make a scene) I drove to a nearby HEB and bought nail polish to cover them entirely. Out of all the years I've gotten my nails done (well over a decade) I've never had to immediately drive somewhere and pay to cover them. I'm sure you can understand my frustration regarding paying $80 for a service I hate and I'm hoping we can discuss a resolution. Thank your for your time and I look forward to hearing from you. I looked on Yelp to find a nail salon since mine is closed for relocation and renovation. I saw Pro Spa had a five star rating so thought I'd give them a try. The pedicure was amazing. Things went downhill when the nail tech asked if I wanted my nails cut short to match the one I had broken. I said no, it will grow back quickly. You can trim them a bit to match the length of this one, pointing to a nail on my other hand. I said "make them all about this length." She then proceeded to cut my nails down to match the broken one anyway. Snip, snip, snip, before I could even open my. I almost cried!!! When she realized I was upset, she asked if I wanted to leave the other hand long. Like really!!?? No!! Now I guess I'll cut them all and start over. I went to get my nails done to prepare for a trip to Japan. We leave on Wednesday. Just wanted my nails to look nice and destress a little from the chaos of preparing for the trip.
