I went into the salon and got the worse pedicure ever it was basic French tip. It chiped the very next day. I went back in to ask for a replacement and one of the workers talked trash about me the entire. This was the same woman that initially did the set. It was awful. I took out my phone and start recording her. The man doing my repaint kept telling her to stop and she wouldn't. It was humiliating and I still was charge an additional $21. So I paid $75 for a pedicure. Please don't fo here you won't be the exception to poor service. And all the positive responses below come from employees of the salon and their friends. read more

Great value for the money. Got a basic pedicure and child's pedicure for $40.00. Absolutely no wait for a walk in appointment on Sunday afternoon. Quick but thorough pedicure including hot wax and massage, and they were attentive to my daughter and offered her water and snacks which was appreciated. I have Never been so upset about a service. If sometning the client asks is out of your wheelhouse it's better to be upfront then to do it and do it half ass. I told her multiple times it's not right, there's cotton fuzz stuck under the shellac. bubbles on all the nails and the nail art looks like a child did it. When paying the nails were not even dry, i showed her and she asked me to sit back down. After I had already been there for 2 hours and didn't have time to stay. I called and simply asked for a refund and she declined. For $83 I was ripped off. Got a full set of acrylics...2 days later two of my nails broke after opening my car door because the girl made my nails so thin. They offer to fix any broken nails up to 3 days after for free, so I go in to get them fixed. My mom even tipped them $5 since it was free. Everything is fine until I open my suitcase the next day and the same nail she fixed broke...yet again because she made it too thin. The employees are nice but the nail service is not good. Originally I made this review to complain about my nails but now it's about my eyebrows too. I had to get them threaded here because my usual place was closed. Not only did they make them thinner and did an arch(even though I said to keep them thick and to just clean them up), but they also messed up my skin. I have small scars because she kept plucking the f**k out of them...which btw eye brow threading should consist of mostly threading, not plucking I can't wear make up the way I want to because they caused my skin to become to irritated. read more

I went to beauty school while I was in high school and to be honest, sometimes I really don't feel like being the person to "beautify" others. This joint is clean. The women are VERY nice. And prices are absolutely do-able. $25 for a basic pedi included trimming the toenails, filing, buffing, scrubbing the bottoms of the feet, leg massage, paraffin soak, hot towel, and polish. I have been coming to this nail salon for about a year now. Up until today I have had nothing but positive things to say and then I brought my mother who is handicapped and in a wheelchair with only one leg. I got three people pedicures and manicures and when we went to pay they charge the same price for my mother as they did for everybody else. When I questioned them as to why it was the same price when she only has 1 foot, I was told they had to open the water (whatever that means) and for that reason it's the same price. I feel like that is quite ridiculous and sad given the circumstances. It took them half the amount of time to take care of my mother as It did everybody else and yet she had to pay the same price? That is just very very sad and unfortunately now I have to find another nail salon. I don't care how good you are at doing nails, if you are going to treat a handicap person that way, you do not deserve my business or anyones. read more

Great work. Had my first SNS fill in and decided to go somewhere closer to me new home. Set myself an appointment per the advice of the yelp page but it was pretty quiet when I arrived. They were really welcoming and advised me against the initial color I wanted. They did quick and efficient work. This place has the best selection of SNS colors of any I have been to. I always walk in - no appointment necessary - and unless it's peak time I can get right in. They have multiple staff people who are able to do SNS application correctly, and I've never had a bad application at Fairy Nails (Unlike some other places where it comes off within a week!). So I like Joes down the street but since they were too busy to service me I thought what the hell I need a Mani and pedi bad so let me give this place another shot for the third time. It's not that I had a problem just they just seem to rush you at times. The girls don't have too much side talk and Upon arrival they offer you a beverage, hot tea, green tea, soda or wine Chardonnay, merlot, sunset or my fav a bottle of water lol. The seats are big and comfy and they give you a great back vibration and rub. I remember the last two times I came here the older Asian man didn't do such a good job filing my nails all the away. So just check your nail job before they get painted. My current visit I was told the callus remover was included with the regular pedicure so I just got that one, but the lady forgot to do it and I had to ask for it to remind her, I think it was a communication thing she didn't understand English. read more

I went here today for a pedicure. It was my birthday but they were not aware of it. I can easily say I had the best pedicure of my life! I am always in pain due to advanced arthritis and various injuries. I got the organic pedicure which includes a paraffin wrap, knee to toe massage and hot stone massage. Love this place. I've gone in for a pedicure, manicure and waxing. I had one manicure that lasted weeks while another one was chipped the next day (it could have been the polish I picked). I've went to Fairy Nails & Spa several times for a gel manicure. Yesterday I got SNS nails for the first time. I was extremely disappointed because my nails turned out bumble gum pink and I had selected a subdued, neutral tone. The powder was extremely fair so I didn't notice the color difference when he was applying the powder. There's a clear coat they add in between each coat that darkened the SNS powder. It didn't look exactly like what I selected but I figured there would be some final coating that would set the powder and change the color. Well the final coating they put on the nails revealed the true color and at that point it was too late to change. Its annoying because no one at the salon speaks good English. There's only woman who speaks and understand some English and she told me the color is different because they applied 3 coats to my nails but the samples only have one coat. They also don't tell you the additional fees or advertise them on their list of services so my bill was $21 more than I expected. They refused to give me a discount. Also took a break from getting my nails done because they were getting brittle from them filing them each time and the woman argued with me saying that it wasn't because of the nail drill bit. Overall I was pissed with the service and will no longer go to Fair nails & Spa. read more
