Best nail salon in the area! Consistent detailed work. I've been coming here for over a year and nothing else compares to the quality. I don't live in TX anymore but whenever I do visit best believe I'll be getting the nails done at prime! read more

Came here for pedicures after people on social media suggested Prime. Overall it was a nice place. I was not disappointed like I was at Bliss Nail Bar and Signature Nails. Prime nail bar is very spacious, looks to be very clean, and we did not wait more than 5 minutes as walk in. The man who did my pedicure didn't handle ingrown nails the best, but he was pleasant and polite. I could tell he and the woman who did my boyfriend's pedicure were talking about us from time to time in their language. (Very common but it was NOT subtle). The owner was up front at the counter greeting customers, she seems to be very involved and she is so polite. I definitely wouldn't mind giving Prime another chance. It was not too bad of an experience. read more

I went for dipping powder service on my nails. The salon was nice and clean, everyone was friendly. My only complaint is my cuticles were torn up badly after the service was completed from careless filing and grinding. For this reason, I didn't go back. My nails looked okay. read more

Prime Nail Bar - Bleeding cuticles Hang cut ... He tried to dab away the blood I didn't notice or feel pain - Nail Salons Near Me - Round Rock, Texas

I've been coming to Prime Nail Bar with my daughter for over two years, and it's always been something we genuinely enjoyed--regular manicures and pedicures with no major issues aside from the occasional small cut around the cuticle. Unfortunately, one of those minor nicks turned into something much more serious. When the skin around the cuticle is broken, it can let bacteria in, and that's exactly what happened to me. I've been dealing with a painful toe infection for several months now, requiring ongoing treatment and antibiotics. It's been both physically uncomfortable and unexpectedly expensive. Just a heads up--please be cautious and make sure any cuts are handled properly. read more

Service was amazing everyone was very helpful and very nice. They did exactly what I wanted. I requested to have them put turtles on my nails thumbs. It came out so cute. I had the French white tips. I recommend them to anyone who looking for a good nail place to go to. read more

If I could give negative stars I WOULD. You ever go somewhere so bad that you don't feel like typing why they're so bad? Well, I now have. This place totally is not what you want if you're looking for a relaxing and comfortable pampering experience. The service is absolutely non existent. Sigghh I WILL NEVER BE BACK read more

I got my nails done here a week ago and had to ask the nail tech to cover a pink spot of old polish after she had already put builder gel on the nail. Then she covered it with one coat and was going to put colored polish on until I told her it needed to match the rest. At the end, I could still see my fingernail on this one nail and it didn't match the rest. I'd already been there for 90 minutes by this point so I just let her finish. I could also tell she was talking about me and laughing with her coworkers in a different language, and when I asked what she'd said, she said she was asking her coworker for advice. This place is gorgeous inside but the quality of service is low. read more

I really hate being this person BUT I must. I came in a few weeks back and got a regular pedicure and a gel manicure. The pedicure was ruined as soon as I hit the door (yes, that is on me because I didn't go right back in to fix it but I was on a time crunch). The gel manicure was the least satisfied I've been with a gel manicure throughout the years I've had them. There were streaks and bubbles in the polish of my manicure that were not evident until I looked at my nails in the sun outside. While the service was pleasant, the skill of the technician I had was below par. read more

The first time I came here I had a vision of what I was wanting for spring nails. The 2nd and 3rd photo was what was the end result of my first time seeing this nail salon. Highly recommend this beautiful spot with amazing employees!!! read more

I've really enjoyed my experience here . Everyone was super welcoming & kind . Very professional & personable . I got a full set French tip & a pedicure on my toes with French tip & diamonds . It's Election Day & I was so stressed & just chatty Cathy & everyone was so nice & understanding. I felt really comfortable here & I can't wait to come back . I love my nails . They're exactly how I wanted them & they do a check in through the process to make sure you get exactly what you want . Honey my massage with my pedicure !! Needed !!!! Thank you so much Peter for my pedicure & Que for my nails you guys are so wonderful! Thank you so much prime nail bar ! I can't wait to see you guys again ! My nails were 65 & my toes were 95 (French tip & shellac with diamonds ) which is a total of 160. For both I was charged $167 including tax I believe & she gave me a discount for my review the receipt reflects $10 but I think it was just about $2/$3 which I'm not 100% sure but I'll definitely be back thank you guys ! read more

I called ahead about an hour before to book my appointment and arrived ten minutes early. I was not offered drinks or snacks that other reviews have mentioned. Today was my first time visiting this establishment for a pedicure. The basic pedicure is $36..., I just hoped for excellent service. No explanation needed, let me just share pictures instead..... Nail polish everywhere and they aren't evenly shaped. Yes, I spoke with the manager and she had someone else redo my polish, but the fact that they had to be redone in the first place is unacceptable. Once I quietly voiced my concerns, the other techs came by to see what happened... very unpr and did not make me feel comfortable as a customer. While the manager told me they'd make sure that I left satisfied... there was no accountability.I am disappointed it had to come to this and sadly will not be returning. I was supposed to also get a SNS/mani, but after the pedi I was too scared to go through with it. Time is money and today I lost both. read more

Best pedicure experience and quality by far!!! I've lived in south Austin, Pflugerville, round Rock amd Georgetown and have tried hundreds of places throughout the years, hands down this is the best place To get a pedicure in all Austin surrounds! I have been to a couple of nail salons and after coming to this place I will not go anywhere else. Always listen to my request and fulfill with a smile. The energy is so calm and relaxing. Absolutely amazing service every single time!! I forgot the name of my nail tech but there are very few male nail techs there(I'll update this review when I get his name). Anyways I decided to try this place out since it's so close to home. It looks small from the outside but it's huge inside!! They offer you snacks and drinks(for free) when you're getting your nails done which is amazing because my nail days are usually my self care days. The owner really handles everything on her own and she does an amazing job! They're organized, clean, never rush their work & might I add my nails always always look amazing!!! Highly recommend. read more

Very long wait times. I waited 45 minutes for the pedicure to start. The manager was very rude.

No more gatekeeping! This place has been my GO TO spot for nearly 2+ years. The prices are higher than your average spot, even for simple services, but the quality is perfect. I recommend making an appointment if you can though! They'll take any walk in, however appointments are a very different experience. I love the entire staff, because they are so sweet, so professional and you feel like you're apart of a real salon experience. My nails always feel great, but when I leave, i feel sexy, feminine, and there's just an overall glow to me afterwards. I know it might seem like I'm "over-hyping" a business, but this has been my experience with every beautiful set, relaxing manicure, and friendly atmosphere. If you're going to treat yourself, if you need a new spot, or you're tired of finding "ok," or "standard" salon experiences: Go here. The staff are so kind, Samantha is a doll, and they make me feel beautiful. read more

I decided to get myself pampered before my birthday on a wimp. I looked up Prime Nail Bar's services, and that was exactly what I needed. The scheduling service in their website doesn't work, but I called them, and they can accommodate me. No prior appointments are required. They accommodate walk-ins, no issues. They place itself is at a convenient location with parking available. I did a manicure, pedicure, and facial waxing here. The service was relaxing and efficiently done. The place itself is huge and relaxing. And the massage chairs are so relaxing. They also serve drinks if you request it. I got myself a coffee and I see the hostess entertain a kid with some soft drinks, which was pretty considerate. Cost wise, it's in the mid range. I would definitely recommend this place and visit soon. Plan to make this a monthly ritual. read more

I have gone to prime mail bar twice so far. First time I went in with a photo of a dress for a wedding. They gave me a beautiful set that was just what I needed for the formal event. I am very indecisive and I don't get my nails done so this was a big change for me. I went back 2 weeks later and had my nails filed down for work and updated the color with a very festive look. I am thrilled with what was done and the time spent with me. I will be back again. Thanks! read more

Prime Nail Bar - Fun holiday set! - Nail Salons Near Me - Round Rock, Texas

While I would love to say this place does great nails, I wouldn't know! I thought I'd take my daughters to get their nails done at a real salon and chose this place based on reviews. They spent all night looking for nail colors, designs and styles; however, that did not happen. What actually happened was I waited for 10 minutes at the counter for someone to acknowledge us or even say 1 word to us about waiting or anything, for that matter. Talk about feeling awkward, a grown man, standing at the counter in a nail salon with 2 little girls hoping someone would say something. For that reason alone, I would never go back or recommend this place to anyone. Must be lots of people out there willing to be treated like shit just to get their nails done. Good luck to you! read more

This place was great. I've received a pedicure and a full set. Prices are very reasonable and the owner is not working on clients all day. Instead she's ensuring guests are taken care of, starting services to help her staff, and checking in guests along with a receptionist. I went in on a random day and received my pedicure and it was delightful. They serve drink AND SNACKS! I went in a 2nd time on Mother's Day and the service was still amazing. Both techs I've had were attentive and caring even though it's a busy day. Did I mention I got a fruit cup and popcorn and wine?!? Amazing! read more

My sister suggested coming here as the new hip and happening spot in round rock and it didn't disappoint! as we are visiting from Austin celebrating a birthday and having a pampering post brunch charla we where warmly welcomed into an entry way that was aesthetically pleasing and up to date. A must place if you like to get your nails and paws freshened up . I drove by this location while going to get gas down the road. It's really close to my apartment complex and it looked like they just opened so I wanted to try them out. I am part of a wedding party this weekend and our dresses are maroon so I wanted a mani and pedi to match. I got the gel mani and the milk and honey pedi -most pampered feeling I've had in a while!!!! They knew I was off of work and so they gave me the option of relaxing and they took their time with every step. There were others in there just on their lunch break and they catered to them just as well. They gave each customer a beverage, fruit, and popcorn too! I had Lin for my pedi and Crystal for my Mani. Such sweet girls and such attention to detail!!! I showed them a picture of what I wanted from Pinterest and they delivered! Please check them out! They're having a 20% off grand opening special right now too! read more

I had a wonderful experience here! Very kind employees. They did an excellent job on my gel manicure and pedicure.

I sent an email about my experience before posting a review. I'm so upset because I didn't get a call or a response back via email . I want to give it 5 stars but customer service has me at 50/50 My first visit I was impressed by Gina. She made my feet feel amazing with my pedicure. She always asked if the water was too hot, same with the towels. Getting me wine. Absolutely perfect. I had to bring a friend. Especially for her birthday. The lady who always greets each guests is really nice too. I bring my friend and I'm fortunate enough to get Gina again. But my friend got a tech that was very rough. She got her skin a couple times during the pedicure. Enough to make her cry but she wasn't trying to show it as she felt bad I was paying for it. The lady never asked if the wax was to hot. My friend would speak up for herself but the lady just kept going. Looking in all directions and half focusing on my friend. As my friend watched the care and effort Gina put into her service. I know her name because she made it memorable for me. It's a huge difference. At the end of the service my friends feet were barely wiped with lotion all over so she kept slipping in her shoes. But Gina wiped it all for me taking her time to properly finish the pedicure . I feel like I'm just not painting the picture enough on how much of a difference my experience was from my friends. Mine was a relaxing experience. My friends was more rushed. The lady was unprepared while Gina would bring out her equipment for herself and her colleague. Everyone should be like Gina. She's the only reason i would go back. She made the $192 on the most expensive pedicure on that pedi menu worth it. read more
