So first of the owner is very nice helpful and respectful. It's just that the help they have is not enough the time we were there was 2 hours for a pedicure and my toes were not filed even. She forgot to fill them and didn't use the cheesgrader on my calluses. Which I paid extra for. My daughters nails looked okay but for 77$ I don't think it was worth it. I'm never stepping a foot in here ever again! At first my experience started off great I got a pedicure with the most loveliest lady she was very gentle and did a great job. However, when I got to my acrylic set I was asked "how long have you been in this country" as if that's a great way to start conversation. Then as she proceeded to do my nails she basically did what she wanted with my nails and they turned out horrible. I had asked for medium length nails and she had told me that if I cut them more that they would get shorter once she filed them. Rachel did an excellent job with my simple, basic mani!! She was attentive & took her time. (I prefer as opposed to being RUSHED through like some cattle call). Haven't been in here for quite some time! I just moved back to the area after being in the Silicon Valley for four years and needed a dip manicure on natural nail. I didn't have an appointment and walked in on a Friday morning. This is tucked into the shopping center across from Sonic and Lowe's. I waited maybe five mins and LV began working on removing my current dip manicure. She was helpful and kind during my service, offering me delicious coffee which I could not have said no to. She is a sweet gem of a woman. Her daughter is also there and was so kind! Posh Nails and L.V. specifically were recommended to me, so I dropped in to see if they could take a walk-in. They were very busy, but told me I could be seen in 20 minutes by L.C. herself. I had a general idea of what I wanted, but I'm terrible at making decisions, so I was hoping for some recommendations. L.C. was by far the most friendly and helpful nail tech I've ever had and I've been getting my nails done for 26+ years. She's also one of the best people I've experienced customer service from in my life. She was patient and obviously incredibly knowledgeable. She came up with great ideas and it turned out amazing. You can tell she has been doing it for a long time. I have a hard time doing most things because of my anxiety, but she made it such an easy process and I felt very at ease the whole time. They also provided some references for someone to get my hair done with, as well as my microblading. I cannot say enough good things about Posh Nails and L.V. I don't get my nails done often because I haven't found a place near Hutto that didn't make me dissatisfied in some way, but I'm happy I stumbled upon this place. LV took very good care of me, I think she could tell I was nervous, but kept reassuring me along the way and let me know she has "20 years of experience doing nails and that she is great at shaping nails." And I would agree, she does amazing work. My hands are on the dryer side so my skin peels around the nail bed and she really took care of my cuticles and was gentle. Avoid the regular manicure! I rarely leave reviews but my manicure looked horrible from this morning. I was given a new customer 10% discount and they offer you something to drink which was a nice start. But after you see the pictures, I'll never return for regular manicure. My daughter and I went to Posh bc the nail salon we typically go to had a long wait. This place does not lure you in with a beautiful atmosphere and free drinks, BUT is a family owned business that truly CARES about your nails and your experience at their salon. A few customers came in right before close (10 minutes before for a pedicure) and all the employees stayed late to do their nails, never treating the customers as though they needed to hurry. I like supporting family owned businesses as they do care more about customer service. We will be returning to Posh. read more

I've been going to Posh for a couple of years now. It's a family owned and operated business and I love this place and the owners! They're talented and super kind! I get SNS and pedicures on a regular basis. There are a couple of really top notch people, but everyone does a nice job. I've read some of the negative reviews on here. I really gotta say, these people are honest, hard working folks just doing their best. They do provide an awesome service in my opinion. Occasionally they get busy and you might have to wait a while or they might tell you they aren't taking appointments that day. If you have a tight schedule, I would suggest communicating with them about the best time to come. Make an appreciate when possible and don't be last! If you're going to be late, give them a call to make sure they can still take you and let them know if you're in a hurry... they're responsible/sweet people. It's all about communication. I would call myself a sporadic nail person. I sporadically want pedicures and I will sporadically have SNS put on. Sometimes I keep them on for months and months but I also go months and months without. I do like to go to a place that I trust though so once I find a place, I typically stick with them. So off and on for the past several years, I have gone to Posh. They have been ok. Dependable especially if you get the main guy there. This last time I had put off going and thought I might be able to sneak in without my kids so I called to check as I wouldn't get there until an hour and a half before they closed. I wanted to make sure there would be time prior to them closing. He said, we don't do appointments but come on in. I got there about 5 min after I though I would so1 hour and 25 min prior to their closing time and he turned me away. Really? Why did you tell me to come if you were going to turn someone away almost an hour and a half prior to closing even after they called to check? I checked a local group and found another recommendation. Sad, but loyalty can be lost so easily in business if you can't maintain a service. read more

first off, BEAUTIFUL SALON! I'm from California so I'm used to high end nail salons (not being bougie but most salons are high end over there) and Posh Nails makes me feel right at home. The owners are a woman and her husband and they're incredibly sweet and do a wonderful job! I've been incredibly disappointed with SEVERAL nail salons in Hutto, Round Rock, and Austin. I will no longer search for the perfect salon because I've found it. Prices are just what you'd expect at any other salon which is great considering the atmosphere makes you think it'd break your bank. I came to. Posh nails for the first time. I had Luis do my gel manicure, I asked for an upside down heart French mani. He had never done it before so there was a little learning curve but he was open to trying, and we got it done. I think for his first time he did good. He used clean/sanitized utensils still in the packaging. This I really liked! I asked about the pricing up front. 30 for a gel mani (he also removed my previous gel color) plus 15 for the design? Not sure if this is over priced but seen as it's not a normal request, and takes a little skill, I was okay with the extra charge. Next my pedicure was done by Kathy. She worked well, showed me the menu, I decided to go with the basic pedicure (30 dollars) plus she said I could do callus removal for an extra 5 dollars, and I know I needed it so I was like okay! She was polite, did the massage, and gave me exactly what I asked for. Would I return? Sure thing! I saw some other reviews and they said the service you get depends on who you get and what time of day. Since I was happy with Kathy and Luis' services, I think next time I will just stick with either of them. Why mess up A good thing you know? Also something useful to all of you out there... The service experience here is solely based on which tech you get and what time you're able to get there. I work normal business hours during the week and no matter the day, every time I get to Posh at 5 or 5:30 I am turned away due to a "long wait." Additionally there is no less than an hour wait on Saturday and Sunday, and when I attempt to just go in for a simple eyebrow wax, it's the same thing "sorry, long wait, can you come back later?" And from what I've seen and also read in other reviews, making an appointment means nothing. No, I'm not coming back later, because regardless, unless you can get the main guy (2nd workstation) or the younger sister (usually on the very end by the sink), your nail services with be mediocre, as others have described as well. And I've only ever been offered a bottled water by the mother (older sweet lady) the times I've been there. No perks other than the longest pedicures and manicures you've ever experienced in life. Why does it need to take 2 hours for a pedicure and shellac nails??? Hence why the "waits" are so ridiculously long. So, if you're willing to get there at odd, during the workday hours, specifically wait for the 2 people that do a great job, AND have the time to be there for 2 or more hours, this is the place to be... read more

If I could give a 0 I would, the first time I went they ladies were a little rough but did a good job with ingrown. This time it was rougher and I don't think the lady knew what she was doing, plus she didn't speak any English. When I told her I had an ingrown she got some out however on both big toes she cut the skin around my nail then jabbed the skin with one of the tools. She just looked at me and said would you like me to dig more, my toe is bleeding and I had to ask her to stop and let the bleeding slow. It hurt really bad, when I left I told the manager and she told me that was normal. That I should put Neosporin on it and not to worry. Its been a week and I have an once room in both toes spreading. I am never coming here again or bringing my family. All they care about is the money not the clients. read more
