You know who the real heroes are? The people that fit me in for a manicure and pedicure on Mother's Day no notice, that's who. Naturally they were super packed on Sunday, Mother's Day but Doug on the phone said if we hurried he could fit me and my daughter who wanted SNS w tips in too. Eeek! How exciting! Just dont get to pick the scent. You DO get wax and wrap, so its nice. Im a monthly pedi person, for yeeeeeaaars, so they're always just maintenance. Easy. But nail shaping, and polish is A TALENT. A friend of mine recommended this place. The reviews were good and the pictures looked nice so i went ahead. My mom and I showed up around 1pm on a Sunday. They were unstaffed and it was busy so I can look past the service time. What I can't look past is the quality. I wanted gel nails. I told the nail tech at least 4 times I want my nails LONG, do not file them unless it is to shape. And what does the lady do? Files my entire left hand down to NUBS. I was pissed. When it came time to do my right hand I stopped her and said keep them LONG. I actually had to stop her on one of my fingers before she went to town. Before she started to polish my left hand, I noticed two of my fingers had been filed jagged, so I had to stop and correct her. My cuticles looks like sh*t, her polishing lines were sloppy, and my nails are short af. My mom wanted a basic pedicure (different nail tech) her polish was clumpy, uneven, lady painted all over her skin and the big toe peeled off 2 hours after we got it done. Exceptional service every time and the staff are friendly and talkitive. Everything is clean and they offer refreshments, including a glass of wine! Also welcome to bring in your own drinks if you'd like! But drink responsibly. I always get the deluxe pedicure and I love the massage chair and foot massage included. The paraffin treatment or the wax are also both great and leave my feet feeling so soft refreshed! My friends who have had the acrylic nails and sns dip services have had no complaints about their services. This salon also offers facials and lash extensions! Had some time to kill so I went here for a simple dip manicure. Worst decision of my life. Debbie DESTROYED MY FINGERS AND NAILS. She cut them so short that my nail beds are swollen, tender and infected and I left the salon with bleeding and raw cuticles. Don't even get me started on how messed up and uneven each of my nails are! It's been a week since I went there and I am still in horrible pain. Have to wear gloves to shower and clean, and they are red and burning. I have never had a manicure where they use the DRILL TO REMOVE YOUR CUTICLES! She also did not sanitize her tools. $100 for the "ultimate facial". Do not get it unless you just want thumping and chopping on your head. I mean, she got the blackheads out of my nose so that was good but other than that, I could have put face masks on and wiped them off with a hot towel myself! I went in for a scheduled appt this past Friday. I read the sign about required to wear mask so I'm glad to see that. I walk in and place is not packed at all and looks super clean so I'm already feeling comfortable. I came in for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. I am taken to get my pedicure first. The chair is relaxing and also appreciated they took me back on time. I select a color and then she starts my pedicure. There were a few hiccups she accidentally cut me a couple times but, she apologized it was when she was filing off the shellac polish I previously had on. She took her time but, overall did a good job. There were a few spots of polish on my toe which she took off so there were so smudges once done. She did a great massage on my legs and nothing seemed rushed. Lastly my eyebrow wax was excellent. No problems there. I really needed one after being quarantined for so long. I was over trying to tweeze them myself! Looking a mess lol. So I will say everything went well other than a couple issues while getting pedicure. Also the other issue was on the door it stated no one allowed without a mask yet a female walked in and did not wear a mask the entire time. This surprised me since it was posted on the door. So I requested a pedicure and full set acrylics. They gave me their menu after I had already opened to the page with the most expensive pedicure service, $100. I said no thank you. I would like the $45 pedicure. The tech then pointed to higher priced service with hot stones suggesting I get that service instead. Again, I politely declined. I requested no nail polish as I don't often show my toes off and I have had a portion of both my toenails removed from my big toes. I also asked her to not dig into the sides of my big toes because of this. 4 separate times she tried to convince me to add shellac polish to my toenails, an extra $15. She laughed at me several times.I felt like the service was being pushed onto me. She rushed through my pedicure, it lasted about 15 minutes. She then took me to do my nails. She didn't push my cuticle back, cut my cuticles, or my nails, which they usually do. I showed her a picture of short coffin nails with a milky white polish. She asked me two separate times about adding a design. I politely declined again. The sides of most of my nails have the real nail exposed because she didn't apply acrylic over the whole area. Really disappointed with how my nails turned out. A man did my the french tips, which i actually thought were good, but then Tracy took over and finished the flowers. I tried to ask Tracy to fix them politely and she became very defensive claiming that these flowers were better than circular petals because they'd look too similar to a sticker. $85 dollars for nails I had to get redone :(. Sad because I really liked this place and a lot of my friends used to come regularly, but we have all chosen not to come back because of similar experiences of bad nails from rushing employees. Went in for a classic pedicure and was met with a friendly greeting and quick service. Staff was attentive and took care of the water temp, which is very important for me as a Diabetic. The woman who did my pedicure was the fastest I ever had, yet she did a good job. There was no pain and no blood, so off to a great start! While doing the crub, she was gentle and she told me because my skin is thin and fragile, she wouldn't be scrubbing too long, which was perfect for me as I have had other pedi scrubs go too hard. During the massage, it was the right pressure and left me feeling relaxed, yet invigorated. I will return. read more

I got a really great pedicure here and they have the CUTEST pedicure chairs for kids. I followed Wendy here and I cannot say enough good things about her. My nails are very tedious, detailed and high maintenance and I'm a perfectionist (check the pics). Wendy's skill and attention to detail is unmatched. She is attentive to your needs, patient (literally, what a saint), and incredibly talented and creative. The owner was really nice. Came here for Mani (SNS) and Pedi. Pedicure was fine, they did a great job, people were really nice. Manicurist who was a good conversationalist cut my cuticles at least 4 times when doing the SNS and then blamed the cuticles. This wasn't my first time. I've honestly never been cut before, but I didn't want to start an argument. She did the SNS the way I wanted, so I figured I would deal with the cuticles when I got home. The owner noticed the cuticles when I was drying my toes, and fixed any uneveness on the nails and reapplied oil on the cuticles. 4 stars are mainly because of him. What a crappy experience. I needed two tips put on and the rest of my nails gel. The tech didn't shape them to match and I had to ask her to paint the sides. She hurt me multiple times and She totally rushed even though they were not busy AT ALL. I picked pink gel for my nails and asked for regular polish on my toes. Everyone here is absolutely horrible except for my girl and the man who helps you out at the front and sometimes does nails when it gets busy. I must of asked 20 times for her to file my nails down and that I don't want thick nails. She kept telling me this is how it's supposed to be or she would file it one sweep and act like she did her job. Brand new, clean nail salon. I have followed my nail lady here and I'm impressed with the salon. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. They have a ton of new polish colors in regular polish, gel polish, and S&S. I am very picky about my nails, hence the fact I've had the same nail lady for the last 7 years and her quality of work matches the quality of the salon. Also, lots of pedicure options too.
