They didn't communicate with me even after me asking them numerous times. I was on the rinse chair for over an hour and in the salon for 3.5 hours. They messed up my hair color big time and didn't do the cut I made the payment they asked for and despite that Peter blamed me for the delay (how is it my fault when his team was working on my hair and made a mess) and he lost his temper, even said that he doesn't care if he gets a bad review. So here I am writing him a bad review. I do not recommend this salon because they don't know how to treat people right. All I expected was clear communication of what went wrong and an apology that they messed up my hair and trying to fix it.
