The salon suite was clean, well-decorated, and had such a relaxing vibe, with an aquarium that gave off the calming sound of running water. Renee was incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering me water and a hot towel for my neck to make me more comfortable. The mani/pedi combo was exactly what I needed. It's been 5 days now, and my manicure is holding up beautifully -- which is impressive since I work with my hands a lot. She nailed the line thickness and color hues I had in mind, and everyone has been complimenting my nails ever since. The fee for adding French tips is $15 for hands and $15 for feet, which I think is very reasonable. I also loved catching the subtle scent of essential oils during my session -- a huge bonus since I love incorporating them into my life. What stood out the most was how she eased the usual anxiety I feel when getting my nails done. With it being just the two of us and the natural flow of conversation, I was able to genuinely relax in the massage chair, which was doing wonders for my back. This was such a great experience, and I'll definitely be back when it's time for a refresh.

I liked being in a salon space and receiving one on one attention, rather than loud televisions and multiple conversations around me and people on their phones. Renee met me where I was energetically, letting me be quiet and read or engaging in conversation when I invited it. She has a heart for service and I felt well cared for by her. Would recommend.

I went back today for the same service, and the gel would not adhere to my left big toe. When I asked why the nail looked so bad, the technician told me I needed to see a doctor. That was alarming. If a tech suspects infection, they should not continue the service. Instead, she kept working. The skin around the nail is now red, crusted, painful, and the nail is discolored. These problems commonly happen when: * The cuticle is cut or pushed back too aggressively * Tools are not disinfected between clients * Nail clippers and cuticle nippers are not properly sterilized * Foot files, buffers, or pumice stones are reused, which traps bacteria and fungus * The pedicure tubs are not fully disinfected or the liners are reused * Implements are left out in unclean areas where contaminants spread I also noticed visible mold or mildew buildup underneath the pedicure bowls. That alone is a major health code violation. It suggests surfaces and water systems are not being properly cleaned or disinfected, increasing the risk of cross-contamination. I am now having to seek medical care for a possible bacterial infection in my toe, which is extremely frustrating because it is preventable with proper hygiene standards. I will be filing a report with the health department based on what I experienced and what I saw. I would strongly recommend that others avoid this salon until their sanitation practices are corrected

My spouse and I have visited this nail spa multiple times for pedicures, and this was our fourth visit. During this visit, my spouse selected the basic pedicure package, which clearly included regular nail polish color -- not gel polish. However, when we went to pay, they suddenly charged us an extra $18 claiming that gel polish had been used. We calmly explained multiple times that only the standard/basic color was selected and no gel service was requested at all. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the employee who did the pedicure became extremely rude, started speaking aggressively in their own language, and accused us of lying. The male owner was also very dismissive and repeatedly insisted that we had used gel polish even after we explained the misunderstanding. Thankfully, the female owner acknowledged that the worker made a false accusation and agreed to refund the extra $18 charge. We appreciated that part, but the overall experience was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. Customers should be very cautious when visiting this place. Double-check every service before paying, and make sure you clearly confirm what is being applied during your appointment. Unfortunately, there also seems to be a significant communication/language barrier, which made resolving the issue even more frustrating. Very disappointed after being repeat customers.
