It was honestly some of the worst service I have ever had at a nail salon. I received a manicure and pedicure. The woman told me to stop chewing my ice, she didn't push back my cuticles or trim the and there was very little scrubbing on my feet. When I got my manicure she wasn't going to put lotion on or do a massage, which there was not any kind of massage, but she did end up putting lotion on after I requested it. She sent me to the drying machine but didn't put a top coat on, so I had to ask for that as well. The same happened to my friend I was with but she did gel and the woman would poke her with her long nail for her to change hands. When I tried to pay, the woman spoke very little english and couldn't seem to understand that I was buying my friends as well and kept shoving my hand away from the machine. They also have very few color options compared with the other salons I have frequented. Being new to this part of town, I will not be returning. read more

Found my new favorite place for nails! We moved up here a year ago and went through several places to finally find a good one. The staff and owner are all super sweet. Worst experience at a salon. I saw great review on here and thought this would be worth coming to. The tech didn't know how file our trim without cutting into my skin. I tried showing her what she was doing to me but she didn't understand. The manager came over and showed her. After that debacle, the manager had to re-trim and file my nails to fix them. Then I asked if they could paint a flower or design on my big toes. I was referred to the internet to find an example because they didn't have any to show me. I searched and saved four pictures of basic stuff. They could not do any of it. The manager recommended that I just keep all toes the same. This was actually one of the worst services I've had done for my nails at a nail salon. My usual tech was out of town so I decided to try this spot since the reviews wereI called ahead of time and was reluctant to book unless I knew they could do the design I wanted with chrome and dip powder. In the past I've had delicate cuticles that bleed when drilled so I ask nicely if I could have someone who was gentle and experienced. What I got over the phone from the male was a huge heavy sigh. Anyways I go in and there's no friendly greeting, they ask me what I want. And I tell them chrome with dip. What I thought was odd was they didn't ask me what color I wanted under the chrome. Usually I pick purple or blue to give it a hue but they grabbed jet black. Next was the most painful 45 min of my life. The male tech- the brother? Grabbed my hands and used his drill on high and started drilling away at my old dip I had. He drilled as hard as he could to the point where he was drilling into my real nails- I know because I had green colored powder and it became the nude color of my nails bed, he drilled my cuticles, and drilled very forcibly to remove all the powder he could. I'm used to techs just removing the top layer of the powder gently then soaking it in acetone to remove the rest. Not trying to drill my entire nail bend off. Next he still put on the acetone on both fingers. To soak. At this point my nails were so painful and sore from the rough drilling the acetone was stinging my wounds. He kept asking me why I wasn't staying still saying "why are you moving?! Relax!" The other customers were looking at my concerned. Anyways then he finally starts the black dip powder. Every time he used the drill he would not be careful and directly used it on cuticle. I asked if he could remove the extra glue or residue under my nails. I'm used to people using tweezer but he actually grabbed he drill and starts to drill my skin! It was so so painful and again I'm grimacing and he's telling me to relax. Then he starts drilling the underside of my actual nail, making it all rough and sharp. He adds the chrome powder to my nails and I politely tell him I noticed spots don't have chrome. He says "what?! What do you think is wrong?!" Like raising his voice at me. I was mortified. He shakes his head at me and proceeds to drill the entire layer of powder on that one nail and redo the chrome etc. when I'm pretty sure he could just put powder on the whole nail or the spot he missed(that's what is done at other salons I've been to). I was just so livid and stressed at this point I didn't question it. When he did my nail art design on the chrome he didn't have the color I wanted- he said "you have to choose, we don't have it" I was surprised he didn't just mix the color for me like usually nail techs. Finally he was done and he left black powder all over my cuticles and didn't clean the edges. There were even cotton strings encapsulated in my actual nail and sticking out so my nails were not smooth, there were bumps here and there. They charged at 80 for the manicure overall and I left with bleeding fingers, no cuticle oil was applied either. read more

I've now been several times and after each visit they look great but give it a few days and my nails are chipped and look terrible. This last time I was upset that it had happened again 3 days after getting a pedicure so I called and they said I could come back for a polish change. Just got my polished "changed" and he only did two toes instead of redoing them all? I just don't think they care about customer service and there is def something wrong with the quality of both their dip and gel. Disappointed altogether and will have to find a new salon. read more
