LOVE this place and Thuy is amazing! I rarely get my nails done but when I do, I'm super picky. I want it to look flawless and I want an easy experience where I'm taken care of with obviously no cuts or cuticle issues. The place is clean and inviting and I was attended to with full attention and great care. This was my first time trying both chrome and a nail design, and the stakes were high because it was for my bachelorette. Thuy DELIVERED. I'm obsessed, it's exactly what I asked for. Editing 2/26 to say Dana is no longer there either. So I can't personally recommend any longer as all 3 staff I have had work on my nails are gone. New owners and workers. Been here twice now, once 3 weeks ago when it was Thuuy (sp?) and now with Dana. I have loved both my experiences. I had to laugh when I came in and saw it was all new peeps as I had JUST told my husband after 20 years I finally found a place I like where I love my nails. Of course I texted the number listed and wasn't getting a response so I just went in and that's how I found out it was all new. So text Dana 512-430-3773 for an appointment. I saw her nail designs and was super impressed as well. Seems she can do everything under the sun just like Thuuy. I also like that there isn't a language barrier here, between the owners that came in to check on Dana and Dana herself everyone's first language is English. Not that I have a problem when it's not, it just makes things easier and I didn't have to hear nail techs shouting access a room to eachother in another language and wonder if they were complaining about me. lol. read more

Ive been here before and was soo happy with the work i got done by celina/selina. Service was amazing and very professional. Came back excited for a easy frenchie set to only get a girl who sits on her phone half of the appointment, and talks trash about her own manager. made me super uncomfortable and i left unhappy with my nails because she couldnt follow the reference. took over 3 hours for her to finish bc she was on her phone so much. do NOT book desi. read more

Thuy has been a constant in my nail life for almost a decade. The quality of her work is superior to any other nail salon I've been to! I don't tend to like dip nails or acrylic nails, so we always do the artwork on my natural nails with Gel polish. Not only does she provide superior service, but she is always personal and listens to what you want to achieve with your nails! The salon is well kept and she's one of the best nail artists around town! I highly recommend booking with Thuy, make sure to personally call or message her and if things change in your schedule make sure to let her know since it's essentially a one-woman shop! read more

Thuy and her team did an amazing job on my nails. I was nervous & had so many questions because I have had some bad experiences in the past. She put me at ease, walked me thru many options and was generous in educating me on the processes. Plus, there were no surprise fees, she had prices for me the whole way. She also did an amazing job on a busy Saturday with me only making the appointment less than 24 hrs before! I wish I could give more Stars! I will definitely be coming back here! Thuy was an absolute blast to be with. I was one of the lucky ones to get an appointment before her vacation. I went in with an open mind and just said that I wanted cute nails for my vacation to Hawaii. She gave me these cute rainbow nails since there are double rainbows all over that state! Highly recommend!!! Best nails I have had living in ATX! Twuy has such an awesome attitude and really makes you feel comfortable! Twuy started this salon on her own and I used to get my nails done by her when she was conveniently close to my house at a salon off Gracy farms. She is now 30 minutes away from my house and I willingly come to see her bc she can do ANY design/picture you show her. Not to mention the quality of the nails. I could keep a new set on for almost a month (sometimes but it's good to do 2-3 weeks). Been going to Twuy for over a year and I couldn't be happier with my nails OR my eye brows! read more

I recently worked for Me, Myself, and I Nails when Thuy was in the transition phase. The owners that own the shop now are very very unprofessional. The husband will get loud with you and talk at you in stead of talkng to you. they do not do nails so they are not in the shop often to regulate it or manage clients or appointments. Unfortunately i do not recommend this place to anyone anymore! As a Licensed Nail Technician and professional, this is not the place to come for nails or services. The plumbing is a huge issue so used water continues to rise from the drain, and the owners are willing allowing people to continue pedicure services. On top of knowing the dangers of MMA, they still allow it in the salon as well. I have contacted the correct authorities for this manner as i have refused to use theirs and provided my own chemicals. I tried to make it a happy place for clients, but it was always a negative impact daily when the owner would arrive to complain about something needing to be done, but not wanting to compensate for it. I was asked to do modernization, promotions, teachings/trainings, social media marketing and personal designs all for the salon. but all were sadly gone to waste as i was promised compensation, but was never paid for it. Future employees and clients, be wary of the business here. If you feel its for you, then please enjoy But They (the owners) will be quick to be rude and unprofessional when you dont agree with them or if they dont like how you said somtheing to them as an employee. Nevertheless, my time here was only amazing due to all of Thuys clients that trusted me, and all of my personal clients that continue to support me, so thank you all! *just an honest opinion from an honest under compensated employee* read more

I walked in around 11:30 on a Tuesday after my normal nail salon was closed. Though they were busy (and seemingly had appointments back to back!) Gigi called in another employee and managed to squeeze me in. I had a rough idea of what I wanted, but pretty much gave them the freedom to do what they wanted -- so long as they were fun. I ended up with unicorn nails! I couldn't be more thrilled. While she was doing the nail art, Gigi and I started brainstorming about my next set. Guess I'll be back in a month for round two! If you want nails (and nail techs) with personality (and a woman-owned business to boot!) don't skip out on Me, Myself & I Nails. My only complaint is that they have you dip your fingers in acetone to remove SNS (rather than wrapping them with cottan balls and foil.) My fingers feel uncomfortably dry when I leave, but that's easily remedied with good hand lotion. read more

I moved to pflugerville almost two years ago and I've been bouncing around different shops trying to find the right one. Well, I finally found her! This is a one woman shop that's dedicated to quality over quantity. I am obsessed with my nails! I showed Thuy a picture of what I wanted from Pinterest and she matched it perfectly. This review is long overdue!! I have been getting my nails done by my girl Thuy (pronounced Twee) for almost a year now and I wouldn't have it any other way. She moved and opened up her own salon and I moved with her, didn't matter the distance because she is completely worth it. I have never left the shop disappointed, she is an artist and she proves it every time she does my nails. I bring my son and he has always been welcomed. Her salon makes you feel like you are at home with the conversation, the TV, the coffee, the water, she has done a great job opening up her own salon. Call in advance for an appointment and of course cash is preferred. read more

Thuy is the best! I live in San Antonio and come to Austin regularly and will literally drive 40 min north just to have her do my nails. She's always willing to schedule me last minute and is super accommodating. Prices are also really reasonable and my nails always last a long time. I met Thuy about 5 years ago when she was still at the "other" place. I happily followed her here even though it's out of my way. This is the bottom line: The prices are great, the quality is consistently awesome, the speed is fast, and the hygiene standards are high and trustworthy. Thuy never has an "off" day; Her work is ALWAYS on point. She doesn't take walk-ins but that's because she's booked all the time. During this visit, my spouse selected the basic pedicure package, which clearly included regular nail polish color -- not gel polish. However, when we went to pay, they suddenly charged us an extra $18 claiming that gel polish had been used. We calmly explained multiple times that only the standard/basic color was selected and no gel service was requested at all. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the employee who did the pedicure became extremely rude, started speaking aggressively in their own language, and accused us of lying. The male owner was also very dismissive and repeatedly insisted that we had used gel polish even after we explained the misunderstanding. Thankfully, the female owner acknowledged that the worker made a false accusation and agreed to refund the extra $18 charge. We appreciated that part, but the overall experience was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. Customers should be very cautious when visiting this place. Double-check every service before paying, and make sure you clearly confirm what is being applied during your appointment. Unfortunately, there also seems to be a significant communication/language barrier, which made resolving the issue even more frustrating. Very disappointed after being repeat customers.

Finally we were told someone was available for my nails and My daughter was next in line for a pedicure after waiting for over 30 minute. A few caucasian women walked in and they told us they will have to get them in first cause they would pay more. They were walk ins so I was so confused and my daughter was upset and sad. Due to this being her first experience and it turned out this way. We ended up leaving to go to another nail shop so her day wasn't spoiled by horrible people. She's only 9 might I add. I highly don't recommend these rude people at all. The vibe was giving racist and money hungry. No wonder its rating is so low. They're not very nice people at all!

I had an appointment for 2pm, and still had a 15 min wait but it was worth it. Even though they were busy, they didn't rush anyone and did a thorough job.

I truly appreciated her honesty when she advised me to take a break from acrylic on my toes for now. That showed she genuinely cares about her clients and their health, not just the service. On top of that, she did an amazing job on my eyebrow wax and tint. Everything came out perfect. 100 out of 10 experience. I will definitely always come back to show my support for her.
