I've been here three times for solar nails and once for a pedi, done by anyone available, and the results are always beautiful. My appointments are always honored on time. Also, I've noticed that they are honest to walk-in clients about timing, communicating the best time to return, rather than telling them to wait 20 minutes then helping them in 60. Beyond happy with my experience. Staff was very considerate, prices were great, very polite and gentle what more can I ask for? They gave me a bag for my shoes, they were super patient with my boyfriend (it his first time getting his nails done) and were always checking up with us to make sure we were comfortable. I really like how low key this place is. They don't have a huge staff so making an appointment is ideal. I had an appointment and waited about 10 minutes. Usually with an appointment it's even a longer wait so totally appreciated it. I asked for Sue based off of the reviews and she's absolutely wonderful! I will definitely come back. There was 1 person being serviced when I arrived. I asked for shellac Polish, $18. This came with no soaking of the nails or cuticles being cut. I wasnt asked to wash my hands before the Polish was applied. I initially thought that was strange, but for $18 I assumed that was just no extras. My nails were filed and polish applied. My manicure is something my teen could have done for me at home. I asked if she could polish my entire nail instead of focusing on the middle. I'm just now noticing the nail job is worse than I thought. I explained it 3 times and gave up. Unfortunately I paid and tipped $5 as I felt awkward not leaving nothing with her watching me total the receipt. I won't be back. read more

Great cozy salon with wonderful staff and a thoughtful owner who respects them. That's something that's important to me, too often I've seen aggressive male owners in nail salons and I feel like I can reasonably report this does not appear to be the case here. The salon itself is a surprising oasis, spacious, with a relaxing ambiance. They offer you a beverage soon after you arrive which I think is a nice touch. It's been at least 3 or 4 weeks since I've been and my toe nails are still perfect- not a chip! And I haven't been easy on them either! I know Kevin is great - I just wish he'd ever be the one to do my nails. I get stuck with the same lady every time I go and she always acts like it's a fate worse than death to be working. She barely talks and got pissed off when she misunderstood what I wanted her to do with my nails. Once I clarified what I asked for, she was visibly annoyed and became much more rough with my nails. read more

This was my second time here and I do not think I'll be coming back. They are friendly and clean. But the first time I came, I had a basic manicure. The nail polish began chipping off that night! I figured it wash just a bad brand since I didn't recognize it. I started going to another place regularly and love them. But they are further from my house and I just needed a quick pedicure today so I came back to this place. Just wanted the basic for $23 but the girl said it doesn't include a massage. So I went with the suggested $28 option. Definitely would not call that a massage. All she did was rub some lotion onto the front of my legs. You can go to other places and get an amazing foot/calf massage without paying extra. Not impressed. read more

The answer is getting the best foot massage of my life. i work 60+ hours a week and 45 are on my feet, you cant buy shoes comfortable enough. As soon as i get home th eflip flops go on which dont help protect at all. KN has a staff of trained professionals that have years of service that can help you in any aspect of beauty. My friend has been getting her nails done there for years so I went with her and got a pedicure. It was probably the worst pedicure I've ever gotten. The lady completely failed to address ingrown toenails so it's only been a couple of days and I'm seriously considering getting a new pedicure because I literally just threw money away for basically a foot soak and nail polish. I give 3 stars because apparently they are good at manicures but don't bother getting a pedicure there. read more

I went here to get a pedicure because my regular place was closed. There was no one else getting a pedicure and so it was nice, but the lady that was doing my pedi and she was pretty noisy and kept dropping items. I probably won't go back, but I needed to get my nails done asap. read more

I set an appointment at pfinesse (never been there either) but ended up walking into the wrong salon because google maps failed me. I didn't realize it until the end when I paid for my pedi and sns nails. Kevin was the one who did my toes, paint job - eh, massage and foot scrub - awesome. His service is good and he's super nice. Go over to do my sns, Kevin does them super thin until it's time to do the designs, I go to this lady. She had trouble. She said polish takes awhile to dry on sns and she painted gel polish over it. Alllll of my nails started chipping that night. My toes polish even chipped. I do not have time to run back to the salon the next week or so. My nail were so thin that it ended up breaking even after I told him they are too thin, they are going to break. Let's just say, my first and last time going here. I'll stick to my normal salon, Eshee. It's a little further but I'll make my drive. read more

I can't believe I've missed this nail place in Pflugerville. I needed to find a place open on Sunday and found KN nails on the web. From the moment I walked in the door, the service was amazing. I usually feel rushed to "pick a color", but not only did the gentleman tell me to take my time, Yen came over and asked if I needed some help. She began pulling various shades of the color I wanted until I found the perfect one. The place was clean and staff were so friendly and accommodating. It's been two weeks since I had my Solar Nails done here by the owner. They have all lifted, AGAIN. I have had this result twice at this nail salon. My nails turned out great! Fake nails with burgundy tips and the ring finger decorated with a palm tree and birds. I had Kevin and he was very good at what he does and very helpful when it came to me deciding how I wanted my nails done (I am very indecisive so I had about 4 ways I wanted them done). What bumped this salon from four stars to five was the staff. They were all so friendly, helpful, and polite, I will definitely be coming back!! :) read more

I've been going here every month for about a year and have always really enjoyed it. Except for the past 3 months, my pedicure has smudged. Twice I was pretty sure I just hadn't let it dry long enough but recently I know that's not the case. I had my toes painted on a Friday and when I took off my close-toed shoes Monday, I discovered a smudge. As it was a full 3 days later, I'm confident my toes were dry. I've called and they will fix it as soon as I can get in but I'm disappointed that the pedicure doesn't seem to be able to hold up. read more

They offer wax services and also threading. They do a great job with my eyebrows. They are the only place I will go to now!
