Horrible place to get your nails done. I asked for coffin nails, I got deformed nails. They look nothing like I wanted. Plus the powder that they did is way too thick. So I got fat deformed nails. While the strip center this little gem is located in might appear suspect at first glance the hospitality the nail technicians exude is by far the best I've experienced. So accommodating and friendly. It was getting close to closing time and patrons kept calling to see if they could be worked in. They're not upfront about prices or wait time. No set prices anywhere. They ask you what u need as soon as u walk in and no greeting. The first time i went the grand total was $100 for me and my daughter, i got medium sized acrylic set with no color, and my daughter got long acrylic set with gel color. It seemed steep to me, but my inclination is that these places try to squeeze the most out of u in the first visit, bc u don't know any better and they don't know if you'll come back. i paid AND tipped each nail tech $5. I went back a second time by myself to get a fill. I sat down for about 10 minutes on a sofa with a table in front with old food. Then they moved me to a chair, but didn't actually get to me until 20 minutes later. I like clear simple acrylic nails, no color as my wardrobe is pretty casual and not in the least bit fancy. I asked for clear nails again, but just like the first time, they kept trying to up sell me on ALL of their services, pedicures, wax, dip color, gel color, etc. O finally gave in after the 4th color they offered me, bc i guess clear nails don't bring in as much money and they didn't even apply the color i chose!! After the first swipe on my first nail, i asked if it was the one i chose and she lied and said yes! They don't care about what u want, they want u to spend the most u can on a set. As she was painting my nails, and i could see it really wasn't what i chose, she paused, looked at the bottle and said something in her native language and proceeded to laugh. It might not have had anything to do with me, but it didn't appear professional and made me feel really belittled. The lady next to me then starts bleeding bc her nail tech got too close to her cuticle and drilled a bit of skin off!! I was charged $38 for a fill bc of the color i'm assuming, but it was a color i didn't even ask for, and $38 for a fill seems steep. I still tipped her $5, as i normally do, bc she did spend time on my nails and such, but i will NOT be going here again. It's a shame they could've had a regular, tipping customer if they were just upfront and honest. If i could describe this place in one word, it would SHEISTY! read more

I've been getting my nails done here for at least 12 years now. These ladies are fast, friendly and very accommodating. If you call ahead they get you in and out crazy fast. But if you have time I recommend the deluxe pedicure. You'll be there about 1 1/2 hours, but your feet will feel amazing. And the prices...so reasonable. Kudos to Catherine and the girls. read more

I had my lashes done on Gattis school rd for over 3 years. I had surgery and was out for a month. When I called to schedule they said my Lash lady didn't work there anymore. There were two ladies on the phone and one said she could do my lashes but at the other place she worked... Lady Nails. She gave me address and told me her name was Catherine and to be there at 6:15. I arrived 5 min early and they told me it was gonna be a few minutes and asked if I wanted my nails done.. I went ahead and got them done, no complaints there. After my nails were done, I went into room only to find out that this was not Catherine doing my lashes. I was a bit confused and told her I had A 6:15 with Catherine (now after 7). She said that Catherine had to go to other store for something. I went ahead and let the other lady (Linda) do my lashes. I kid you not... I honestly think this was the first time she ever did lashes! She got what felt like alcohol in my eyes, and put like press on lashes on my eyelids and glued them down. My eyes were stuck because of all the glue and they are still bothering me!! I went on here to read other reviews and see Catherine is the owner? Shame on you!!! I hope no serious eye issues after this, but I will not be back! Why would an owner book an appt and leave? Again, I'm not sure that Linda has even done lashes before! read more

Not the shape i wanted, they cut me, my nails look deformed even my toe nails look deformed didn't get the nails I wanted.

$25 for a gel manicure that has stayed looking nice for over three weeks. Awesome!

Pros: 1.) Walking into Lady Nails for a quick pedicure, I was greeted immediately, asked what service I would like, and seated for it quickly. That was awesome. 2.) The manicurist that did my pedi was very sweet, thorough, and fast. And even though I just asked for a regular pedi, I still got plenty of attention while I was in the chair. 3.) The pedi chairs were comfortable, the water for my feet was just the right temperature, and they had good stuff on the tv. 4.) The prices were pretty low. Cons: 1.) The majority of nail polish they had for me to select from was old. A lot of the bottles were dusty and none of them were arranged by color. I had to chose a different color from my first pick because it was too old and the bottle wouldn't open. 2.) The manicurist, as sweet as she was the rest of the time, criticized my polish color choice. Asking me, didn't I want to chose a brighter color? Nope, I liked my choice. But it's nice to know that you don't. 3.) I had a sensitive sunburn on my legs above my ankles and even though I asked the manicurist to avoid it with the sugar scrub, she scrubbed it anyway even though I flinched away. It took talking about it 3 times until she took the time to listen to what I was saying. She did avoid it after she realized what it was though. 4.) I was directed to a fan table where I could let my toes dry after my pedicure was finished. The machine is out dated and doesn't work. No one at this point came to check on my toes, as I had been asked to pay before I sat down. I had to restart the machine by myself 4 times and even though I sat there under the fans and red light for near to 45 minutes, my toes never completely dried. No one wished me a good day or said goodbye as I took of my little pedicure flops and walked out the door. My pedi was smudged and messed up before I even made it home. read more

At first this seemed like a nice place. Welcoming as I entered, got sat right away. The lady doing my pedicure didn't talk much but that's fine with me; usually I work on my emails. Now I asked for a pretty simple design and I don't mind paying the extra money. Well the design came out horrible and nothing like the picture I showed her. So I simply asked her to just re paint the color. She must have gotten mad because she slopped on the nail polish and didn't even make sure it was fully covered she never said thank you or asked me to return. I was so disappointed in my experience. Now I still tipped 20%, however I will never return and have told many people already not to go there. You can not treat customers this way. Oh and I found this interesting, on my way out another women asked you need your eyebrows done. I think they said it to me to be rude because this lady was busy and I hadn't talked to her yet and for her to say that to me. Seemed kinda strange.
