My nails literally look like McDonald's arches--crooked, bulky, unevenly filed, and poorly shaped. I originally asked for a unicorn finish, but was told it required gel, which I didn't want this time. After agreeing, it became clear there was confusion about how to do it, so I declined. Despite that, I was still given a gel French tip, which again took forever and still turned out poorly. Thankfully, one of the regular nail techs stepped in and did a great job fixing my toes--but by then the experience was already frustrating. At checkout, I was told my total was $138 for a deluxe pedicure I did not receive. We had to discuss the charges, and I ended up paying $108--still far too much for nails I hate and now have to get repainted somewhere else. What really stood out is how much care they put into prep--they properly clean and prep the nail so the application lasts longer and the final result looks way better. They won't just do whatever you ask if it could damage your nails or won't last, which I really respect. Liz did my Apres Gel X (natural almond shape) manicure and put so much care into the application, leaving my nails feeling healthy and strong. I also got the Pinky Pedicure with regular polish done by Chau, and it was just as amazing. Everyone was so welcoming, professional, and kind.
