Only one time drew blood thankfully. I had to ask to get up and go clean the bleeding wound, as my nail artist proceeded with the manicure after the cut without concern for sanitization or potential infection. However, he was clearly very apologetic and kept checking in to make sure I was okay, which I appreciated. But later, the nail drill nicked the skin next to my cuticle, which hurt. I feel like I wouldn't have been cut if we just slowed down a little bit.

I came in at 4:02 PM for a pedicure ... almost TWO HOURS before closing time !! There were absolutely no customers in the salon. When I asked if they were still taking pedicures, he never once looked up from his phone while sitting in a pedicure chair and simply said, "We're closed." Confused, I pointed to the sign showing closing time was 6 PM and asked why it said they closed at 6 if it was only 4:02. Again, without even looking up, he repeated, "We're closed." At that moment, I decided I would never return. Customer service costs nothing, and basic professionalism should not be too much to ask. This employee seriously needs business etiquette and customer service training. His attitude has always been unpleasant, but this experience was the final straw for me.
