Hey owner Hailey is a lier. She has scheduled me to come in and have my nails done multiple times…read more She always tells me she will be the one to take care of me before my appointment. When I get to my appointment she always pawns me off on someone else. Kevin removed my acrylic nails, and cut all my natural nails off. Made what nail I have left all uneven. Not one of a nails has the same shape. The edge of my nail is rough. Kevin said my natural nails aren't strong because I am WHITE!!! And people like him don't have problems because they are strong and healthy. WHITE people have a calcium issue. My nails look worse than when I came in. I have been getting my nails done for the last five years and I have never been this upset after leaving a nail salon. I always take care of my tech whoever it is, but today I did not leave a tip! I will start looking for another nail salon because I will not ever return to this location. I have been a customer for over four years. My hands are dry, rough, and peeling because of everything Kevin did. Kevin also told me that my nails were 10 days old... Umm no I corrected him and told him I always come once a month. Someday I'll come 3-4weeks since my last visit. Kevin said my body changes and grows and that's what is causing my nails issues and that in order to have my nails not hurt, chip, thin out, ect. Then I would need to come get my nails done every two weeks. I said ummm no I can't afford that!!! Please do not waste your time and money! This nail salon is trash now that new owners have bought the salon said Tay.

I instantly knew I was in for an amazing pedicure. The leg massage had me so relaxed I was almost asleep. Her attention to detail is like no other. Tommy was my manicure technician and this young man was serious about his work, he was gentle and knew how to properly use the drill during removal of my previous polish. After my excellent experience, I then received a much needed hand & arm massage. I looking forward to my next appointment with Rachel & Tommy. :)

Unfortunately, my recent experiences at Beverly Nail Salon have left me feeling singled out and treated differently in a way that is deeply troubling. Over multiple visits, I noticed a consistent difference in how I was treated compared to other customers. Basic courtesies that were routinely extended to others--such as a greeting upon entering, the ability to make an appointment, and the offer of a complimentary beverage--were not extended to me. I observed these same courtesies being offered to other customers during the same visits. I am respectful, pleasant, low-maintenance, and I tip very well. I do not cause disruption, nor have I ever been anything but appreciative of the service providers themselves. When I respectfully raised my concern and expressed that I simply wanted to be treated the same as other customers, the situation unfortunately escalated rather than improved. I was later declined the ability to make an appointment altogether, something I had always been allowed to do prior to speaking up. It pains me to even consider the reason for this difference in treatment, but based on my observations, the only noticeable distinction between myself and those who were consistently treated with kindness and respect was race. This is not an accusation I make lightly, and I have never felt the need to raise race as a factor in service before. However, after repeated experiences and respectful attempts to address the issue directly, I can no longer ignore the pattern. I shared with management that I would be speaking publicly about my experience, not out of spite, but in hopes that it would encourage reflection and improvement. I truly hope the owner and management take this feedback seriously and work toward ensuring all customers are treated equitably and professionally. I will be taking my business--and my tipping--elsewhere. No customer should feel uncomfortable or unwelcome for simply asking to be treated the same as others.

Wendy is a great communicator via text letting me know what to expect prior to my appointment and making sure I got directions to her shop because you know Siri, Google and Waze would have sent me Cedar Park (just kidding). I am overdue for a pedi but the mini pedi will do for now. Wendy gave me tips and shared info with me on what I need to do with taking care of my much needed callus heels (I am so dry). In the meantime I have two mini pedi's scheduled prior to an upcoming trip and when I return I have a full pedicure appointment (yay)! She is awesome and I would recommend her to anyone that wants to get away from strip mall nail salon and want that one on one private salon experience. Wendy is very knowledgable and her everything is spankin' clean! I look forward to her new location!

She has more colors and stencils, stickers, and tricks up her sleeve than you can imagine, so there will be no shortage on nail designs. She is also very educated in her field and keeps up to date on the latest practices. Cannot say enough good things, definitely a must try! Pictures are of the same nail design but in different lighting.
