He soaked my nails and wrapped them in foil then told me his wife Yen would be taking care of me. She came right to where I was and listened to what I needed and did it right away! The cost was so affordable and I will definitely come back here! I have already showed off my nails and recommended this place to some people and it has only been an hour! RUDE. RUDE. RUDE…read more The only pleasant experience I've ever had at this salon was with a lady named Terry. Unfortunately, the gentleman who works there is consistently rude and unprofessional. I came in at 4:02 PM for a pedicure ... almost TWO HOURS before closing time !! There were absolutely no customers in the salon. When I asked if they were still taking pedicures, he never once looked up from his phone while sitting in a pedicure chair and simply said, "We're closed." Confused, I pointed to the sign showing closing time was 6 PM and asked why it said they closed at 6 if it was only 4:02. Again, without even looking up, he repeated, "We're closed." At that moment, I decided I would never return. Customer service costs nothing, and basic professionalism should not be too much to ask. This employee seriously needs business etiquette and customer service training. His attitude has always been unpleasant, but this experience was the final straw for me.

I got builder gel done and the ladies there were very sweet explaining my options considering I've never had builder gel done. Tania was very considerate and after every step she checked in with me to make sure I liked it and didn't want to change anything. I felt very comfortable to change something i needed to. So the nail owner/nail tech Tay started doing a (Custom: Thin layer of acrylic on top of my natural nail.) Shaped square with smooth round corners and topped off with red gel nail polish. I love to have my pedicure done by nail tech Tommy or Andrew. My nails because I am so picky with the corners being round and not sharp Tay and Linh are the only nail techs that I continue to book with. The salon is very clean and all tools, and machines are sanitized. Towels are washed on a regular so you know they are clean and fresh and hot right out the dryer. Excellent customer service. Nonalcohol drinks, alcohol drinks, and even a snack if your there like me for hour or two hours when I have my manicure and pedicure done on the same day. The salon doesn't make me feel like I am just another customer paying for the job. It is more on a personal level, and I enjoy being able to have small talk during the service. I have been in Georgetown for 7 years and I would say I tried nearly every nail salon and this one is by far my favorite. I love sharing good service. I highly recommend this nail salon. I would also recommend scheduling an appointment even if it is your first time. I believe it makes it easier for the nail techs and you receive a better quality of service when you aren't just a quick walk in. Unfortunately, my recent experiences at Beverly Nail Salon have left me feeling singled out and treated differently in a way that is deeply troubling. Over multiple visits, I noticed a consistent difference in how I was treated compared to other customers. Basic courtesies that were routinely extended to others--such as a greeting upon entering, the ability to make an appointment, and the offer of a complimentary beverage--were not extended to me. I observed these same courtesies being offered to other customers during the same visits. I am respectful, pleasant, low-maintenance, and I tip very well. I do not cause disruption, nor have I ever been anything but appreciative of the service providers themselves. When I respectfully raised my concern and expressed that I simply wanted to be treated the same as other customers, the situation unfortunately escalated rather than improved. I was later declined the ability to make an appointment altogether, something I had always been allowed to do prior to speaking up. It pains me to even consider the reason for this difference in treatment, but based on my observations, the only noticeable distinction between myself and those who were consistently treated with kindness and respect was race. This is not an accusation I make lightly, and I have never felt the need to raise race as a factor in service before. However, after repeated experiences and respectful attempts to address the issue directly, I can no longer ignore the pattern. I shared with management that I would be speaking publicly about my experience, not out of spite, but in hopes that it would encourage reflection and improvement. I truly hope the owner and management take this feedback seriously and work toward ensuring all customers are treated equitably and professionally. VIP Nails opened just five min from my house but I was still going to Houston because nails are expensive and to get them and not like them is so disappointing. Well, the last time I got my nails done in Houston (I've been getting hard gel) one of my nails cracked and I had to find somewhere local to get it fixed. Fortunately, VIP Nails had a similar color and I thought I'd give them a try the next time I have a nail appt. They did not disappoint! Such a nice clean place. The best part is that they have GREAT color selection...most places in the Austin area seem to have limited colors that are behind the trend. I had the hard gel removed and Stella put gelx tips on. They were quick and efficient and it was a wonderful experience. Yay for finding me new nail spot after 13 years in Austin!!!

My favorite girl Sara is so awesome for facials I had to book around her days because everyone loves her!
