Hey owner Hailey is a lier. She has scheduled me to come in and have my nails done multiple times. She always tells me she will be the one to take care of me before my appointment. When I get to my appointment she always pawns me off on someone else. Kevin removed my acrylic nails, and cut all my natural nails off. Made what nail I have left all uneven. Not one of a nails has the same shape. The edge of my nail is rough. Kevin said my natural nails aren't strong because I am WHITE!!! And people like him don't have problems because they are strong and healthy. WHITE people have a calcium issue. My nails look worse than when I came in. I have been getting my nails done for the last five years and I have never been this upset after leaving a nail salon. I always take care of my tech whoever it is, but today I did not leave a tip! I will start looking for another nail salon because I will not ever return to this location. I have been a customer for over four years. My hands are dry, rough, and peeling because of everything Kevin did. Kevin also told me that my nails were 10 days old... Umm no I corrected him and told him I always come once a month. Someday I'll come 3-4weeks since my last visit. Kevin said my body changes and grows and that's what is causing my nails issues and that in order to have my nails not hurt, chip, thin out, ect. Then I would need to come get my nails done every two weeks. I said ummm no I can't afford that!!! Please do not waste your time and money! This nail salon is trash now that new owners have bought the salon said Tay. read more

It was my very time here and it was amazing. This place has been recommended to me for a while and I finally tried it out and this will be my nail place from now on! I got builder gel done and the ladies there were very sweet explaining my options considering I've never had builder gel done. Tania was very considerate and after every step she checked in with me to make sure I liked it and didn't want to change anything. I felt very comfortable to change something i needed to. I was a walk in and got sat right away and had a nice coffee! Would strongly recommend! read more

Just moved to Georgetown December 13th and I needed to get a manicure and pedicure. I did my research and found great reviews from satisfied customers. I have very sensitive feet from many bunion surgeries, and I am very concerned with starting over with a new nail tech. My appt with Linh for my gel mani/pedi did not disappoint. She was very gentle and took her time on my feet and the pressure she applied for trimming, and the massage were perfect. I got gel polish on my toes for the 1st time. My gel manicure (new set) the shape and color she picked were also exceptional. Thank you Lihn for the care you provided me today. read more

It's been awhile since I've been here and it did not disappoint! They recently changed ownership and redecorated a little. I made an appointment by calling for a same day appointment and they were super friendly. When I walked in to check in, they were right on time for my gel manicure. My technician (didn't grab her name) was super friendly and did an amazing job on my nails! I was looking for an espresso color and she helped me pick the perfect shade. I was nervous about finding a good Gel French pedicure since relocating to Georgetown from San Diego. I had been with my last gal for 13 years. And you want to make sure someone is gentle with your feet - that they don't hurt you. Alina Nails is the BEST! I saw a couple recommendations on Nextdoor, and I cannot say enough great things about them. They are friendly, they have a great online booking system and they respond to your messages/questions promptly- like professionals. They have great chairs, the salon is clean, the implements are clean. I think my pedi speaks for itself, but I want to note how gentle and thorough they are. They take their time and get it right. I only got the classic pedicure and they treated me like I was spending a lot. I did not- because their prices are reasonable. And they don't try to upsell you- at all. Please check them out- they deserve all your business. read more

My nail tech did such a sloppy job on my dip manicure. There was no attention to detail. She did an okay job on the shape but even then I noticed my nails look much more thick and wide than usual. I mentioned that to her that the edges were not clean and she still didn't fix the issue. I left severely DISAPPOINTED/FRUSTRATED. I'm unsure of how this place has decent reviews. read more

Thank God it's under new management which means new experienced employees! They came from other surrounding salons. They also have 20% this month of August so you can check them out for your self. I usually went to my nail shop in Temple Texas but it was not conducive since I don't work in temple anymore. I've been looking for a nail shop in Georgetown and never liked any until this shop. I was greeted right away by Ben and then got started with Kim. I was offered a variety of drinks, in which I went with a margarita! I got a delux pedicure and I left a happy girl. Kim took care of my calluses and ingrown nails with her gentle detail oriented hands. I would check them out especially this month! read more

This salon deserves "0" stars! There is a NEW MANAGER within this location , who has a DISTASTEFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL attitude. She rushed me through picking out my nail colors and rudely put me on the spot about " me talking too fast to her" in front of other clients (while she laughed or joked to the clients about it). I found this to be greatly inappropriate and indecent to be a manager! The tech that did my nails, did NOT do great with my design as requested. It took her several " re-tries" to finally make the design as needed. The stud that was placed on the design has now fallen off only after 1 day! Overall, "unprofessional and a gossip-based" salon, that I DO NOT recommend my own enemy to! The manager also showed NO empathy or even appreciation after I completed the service, with her sarcastic comments/ rushy service that she provided. RUN, RUN, RUN from this salon! I will not be returning, due to the negative environment .! read more

I tried this salon today after reading the great reviews, and I'm so glad I did. I was greeted warmly when I arrived and immediately seated for my pedicure. I asked for the Organic Spa Pedicure and boy, was it amazing! Hai did a great job and I don't think I have ever felt more relaxed during a pedicure or had a better pedicure. The hot wax, hot stones, & leg massage were awesome! I think Hai massaged my lower legs for at least 20 minutes (and my tired nurse's legs sure needed it!) My toenails were shaped & polished perfectly and Hai was very gentle during the process (not the hurried, rough filing I've received at many area nail spas.) Rosie was my manicurist for my SNS manicure and did an equally great job. She took her time and my fingernails look beautiful. This will definitely be my "go to" nail spa from now on. I did take 1 star away because I wasn't offered anything to drink during my hour-plus time there, although several people who came in after me were. No real biggie but... read more

I went in 3 days ago to get a gel manicure . Which I have had 0 problems with before . After 3 days I have 3 chipped nails , and 1 nail polish that is lifting . When I called to discuss this I was told "it's because my nails are to thin and they don't buff thin nails . And my cuticles are oily so they need to rough up my cuticles next time". No regards of how to fix this other than go pay for a new one. I will not be returning to this salon after going there for years ! read more

Was told when making my appt. that there was a technician that knew how to work with nails that lift. Was very specific that I needed a Tech that was seasoned and LISTENED to what I asked for. On the phone...Oh yes oh yes oh yes. I get there for my appt i scheduled and there was confusion as to who was even doing my nails and if there was even a scheduled appointment ( are you kidding me?!). More confusion as the Tech heard i wanted acrylics from management when i said SNS several times, several ways. They said if they lift just call us and come back. I don't have time to keep coming back to fix what I am paying $65 for after tip. After 3 days, nails were lifting terribly in every corner. At 5 days the ends were all chipping and breaking off. Will never go back there again! So unbelievably unprofessional. read more

Great nail salon. They have a loyal customer base and all the techs have worked with each other for a long time. I always see Vicky. She does the most amazing acrylics. I actually left the salon last year to go one that was closer to my house and I decided to go back to Alina and I was met with open arms, and Vicky remembered my nails! Im 30 weeks pregnant so i thought I would treat myself to a pedicure. It's a decent nail shop. I walked in and was taken care of pretty quickly. But bad customer service. I wasnt offered anything to drink, there were conversations happening around me but no one talked to me about what I wanted until about 20 min into my pedicure. They were plenty nice to their "regular" customers. Then an African american woman walked in and the owner ask us if we were together....I had been there for about 35 minutes already. She was in a nursing outfit helping an elderly woman into the shop for her appointment. Not all black people know each other. Anyway after all was said and done, I could have painted my nails better. And noone helped me put the shoes back on. Not worth the $$ I got the organic spa pedicure, 45$. Just go somewhere else. Especially if you are any shade of color. Super disappointed. read more

Only one time drew blood thankfully. Unfortunately, my recent experiences at Beverly Nail Salon have left me feeling singled out and treated differently in a way that is deeply troubling. Over multiple visits, I noticed a consistent difference in how I was treated compared to other customers. Basic courtesies that were routinely extended to others--such as a greeting upon entering, the ability to make an appointment, and the offer of a complimentary beverage--were not extended to me. I observed these same courtesies being offered to other customers during the same visits. I am respectful, pleasant, low-maintenance, and I tip very well. I do not cause disruption, nor have I ever been anything but appreciative of the service providers themselves. When I respectfully raised my concern and expressed that I simply wanted to be treated the same as other customers, the situation unfortunately escalated rather than improved. I was later declined the ability to make an appointment altogether, something I had always been allowed to do prior to speaking up. It pains me to even consider the reason for this difference in treatment, but based on my observations, the only noticeable distinction between myself and those who were consistently treated with kindness and respect was race. This is not an accusation I make lightly, and I have never felt the need to raise race as a factor in service before. However, after repeated experiences and respectful attempts to address the issue directly, I can no longer ignore the pattern. I shared with management that I would be speaking publicly about my experience, not out of spite, but in hopes that it would encourage reflection and improvement. I truly hope the owner and management take this feedback seriously and work toward ensuring all customers are treated equitably and professionally. I will be taking my business--and my tipping--elsewhere. No customer should feel uncomfortable or unwelcome for simply asking to be treated the same as others.

RUDE. RUDE. RUDE…read more The only pleasant experience I've ever had at this salon was with a lady named Terry. Unfortunately, the gentleman who works there is consistently rude and unprofessional. I came in at 4:02 PM for a pedicure ... almost TWO HOURS before closing time !! There were absolutely no customers in the salon. When I asked if they were still taking pedicures, he never once looked up from his phone while sitting in a pedicure chair and simply said, "We're closed." Confused, I pointed to the sign showing closing time was 6 PM and asked why it said they closed at 6 if it was only 4:02. Again, without even looking up, he repeated, "We're closed." At that moment, I decided I would never return. Customer service costs nothing, and basic professionalism should not be too much to ask. This employee seriously needs business etiquette and customer service training. His attitude has always been unpleasant, but this experience was the final straw for me.

Two young, beautiful ladies were in 5 Inch heels and tiny black outfits which is cute, but really weird in a professional setting. One of these ladies did my pedicure, which was fine. I do not get my nails done...ever. So my bar is low. When it was manicure time the established lady had the wrong color and the polish was so gunked up she couldn't brush it, but had to dab it on. I requested she shape my nails and she clipped them like a veterinarian. She didnt use a file to even out the shape. I sucked it up with the color, but man what i was left with was terrible. I went home and took off the polish as it looked like concrete on my nails. The photos are the same day, without polish as I had to remove it. There was no smell of acetone or artificial nails upon entering the salon which was nice --- but also a red flag that maybe nails weren't what they were doing. Cuz painting nails as well as my 14 year old at 100 bucks should get better than this. Suss

Finished nails with 025, love it :)

My daughter and I went to Escape to have a pedicure and manicure done. Hannah and Shaunda did our mani/pedis and they were not only amazing they were so friendly. My daughter is 17 and she had the best time with these girls. They did the best job with our nails and toenails. I wish I could post the designs they put on my nails as they are simply beautiful. Very Christmasy! We will definitely be back again and again.!! If you want to be treated like family Escape is the place to go. Thank you. Melissa read more

I've been a regular at Alina Nails for several years and have always been pleased with their service. Regardless of which nail artist I see, the results are consistently good. My toes and the skin on my feet are quite sensitive, but once I communicate this to the artists, they take extra care to be gentle during my pedicures. Tae, the owner, is always friendly and engaging on every visit. I would definitely recommend this salon to others. read more
