Scheduled an appt using the app. which makes it so much easier than having to call because I forget and by the time I need my nails done the are almost fully booked. I have been going here since July 2024. I started off just with manicure and pedicure. Then in September I tried dip powder and I enjoyed it but it just wasn't my style. So the nail owner/nail tech Tay started doing a (Custom: Thin layer of acrylic on top of my natural nail.) Shaped square with smooth round corners and topped off with red gel nail polish. I love to have my pedicure done by nail tech Tommy or Andrew. My nails because I am so picky with the corners being round and not sharp Tay and Linh are the only nail techs that I continue to book with. The salon is very clean and all tools, and machines are sanitized. Towels are washed on a regular so you know they are clean and fresh and hot right out the dryer. Excellent customer service. Nonalcohol drinks, alcohol drinks, and even a snack if your there like me for hour or two hours when I have my manicure and pedicure done on the same day. The salon doesn't make me feel like I am just another customer paying for the job. It is more on a personal level, and I enjoy being able to have small talk during the service. I have been in Georgetown for 7 years and I would say I tried nearly every nail salon and this one is by far my favorite. I love sharing good service. I highly recommend this nail salon. I would also recommend scheduling an appointment even if it is your first time. I believe it makes it easier for the nail techs and you receive a better quality of service when you aren't just a quick walk in. If your not able to schedule in advice that's not a problem just please be patient because the service you will receive at the end will be phenomenal. read more

I was a walk in and no time constraints, so I asked for a pedicure. I was the last walk in before appointments showed and they were just wonderful! Don't hesitate, go, go, go! Just moved to Georgetown December 13th and I needed to get a manicure and pedicure. I did my research and found great reviews from satisfied customers. I have very sensitive feet from many bunion surgeries, and I am very concerned with starting over with a new nail tech. My appt with Linh for my gel mani/pedi did not disappoint. She was very gentle and took her time on my feet and the pressure she applied for trimming, and the massage were perfect. I got gel polish on my toes for the 1st time. It's been awhile since I've been here and it did not disappoint! They recently changed ownership and redecorated a little. I made an appointment by calling for a same day appointment and they were super friendly. When I walked in to check in, they were right on time for my gel manicure. My technician (didn't grab her name) was super friendly and did an amazing job on my nails! I was looking for an espresso color and she helped me pick the perfect shade. She was super thorough when filing my nails and removing cuticles. The salon is super clean and def will my go to place moving forward! read more

My nail tech did such a sloppy job on my dip manicure. There was no attention to detail. She did an okay job on the shape but even then I noticed my nails look much more thick and wide than usual. I mentioned that to her that the edges were not clean and she still didn't fix the issue. I left severely DISAPPOINTED/FRUSTRATED. I'm unsure of how this place has decent reviews. read more

I was nervous about finding a good Gel French pedicure since relocating to Georgetown from San Diego. I had been with my last gal for 13 years. And you want to make sure someone is gentle with your feet - that they don't hurt you. Alina Nails is the BEST! I saw a couple recommendations on Nextdoor, and I cannot say enough great things about them. They are friendly, they have a great online booking system and they respond to your messages/questions promptly- like professionals. They have great chairs, the salon is clean, the implements are clean. I think my pedi speaks for itself, but I want to note how gentle and thorough they are. They take their time and get it right. I only got the classic pedicure and they treated me like I was spending a lot. I did not- because their prices are reasonable. And they don't try to upsell you- at all. Major Perks!::: they have Frozen themed kids chairs and (good) Drinks! I got a full set and was actually listened to about what I actually wanted. I got my eyebrows waxed and they did amazing. I am so so picky and couldn't be happier! I will bring my daughter back for a pedi/mani so she can enjoy the kids chairs!!! read more

If you want a nail tech who does a great job every single time, this is the place to go. You can't go wrong with Ben, Vicki or Phuong. They are simply the best! I have been going to Ben for years and would travel wherever to get him to do my nails. I highly recommend Alina Nails Spa. read more

Thank God it's under new management which means new experienced employees! They came from other surrounding salons. They also have 20% this month of August so you can check them out for your self. I usually went to my nail shop in Temple Texas but it was not conducive since I don't work in temple anymore. I've been looking for a nail shop in Georgetown and never liked any until this shop. I was greeted right away by Ben and then got started with Kim. I was offered a variety of drinks, in which I went with a margarita! I got a delux pedicure and I left a happy girl. Came by to try out a new style of blush nails, Tay did an amazing job with the reference she was given and i'm overall really happy with the finished product. I have to say they did a great job , I am very happy with my nails , however ...I did have an app at 6 and they thought it was for a pedicure...so they were not ready needless to say at 6 ..so did end up waiting around for about 30ish min...but they made up for it. This salon deserves "0" stars! There is a NEW MANAGER within this location , who has a DISTASTEFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL attitude. She rushed me through picking out my nail colors and rudely put me on the spot about " me talking too fast to her" in front of other clients (while she laughed or joked to the clients about it). I found this to be greatly inappropriate and indecent to be a manager! The tech that did my nails, did NOT do great with my design as requested. It took her several " re-tries" to finally make the design as needed. The stud that was placed on the design has now fallen off only after 1 day! Overall, "unprofessional and a gossip-based" salon, that I DO NOT recommend my own enemy to! The manager also showed NO empathy or even appreciation after I completed the service, with her sarcastic comments/ rushy service that she provided. RUN, RUN, RUN from this salon! I will not be returning, due to the negative environment .! read more

I went in 3 days ago to get a gel manicure . Which I have had 0 problems with before . After 3 days I have 3 chipped nails , and 1 nail polish that is lifting . When I called to discuss this I was told "it's because my nails are to thin and they don't buff thin nails . And my cuticles are oily so they need to rough up my cuticles next time". No regards of how to fix this other than go pay for a new one. I will not be returning to this salon after going there for years ! read more

I tried this salon today after reading the great reviews, and I'm so glad I did. I was greeted warmly when I arrived and immediately seated for my pedicure. I asked for the Organic Spa Pedicure and boy, was it amazing! Hai did a great job and I don't think I have ever felt more relaxed during a pedicure or had a better pedicure. The hot wax, hot stones, & leg massage were awesome! I think Hai massaged my lower legs for at least 20 minutes (and my tired nurse's legs sure needed it!) My toenails were shaped & polished perfectly and Hai was very gentle during the process (not the hurried, rough filing I've received at many area nail spas.) Rosie was my manicurist for my SNS manicure and did an equally great job. She took her time and my fingernails look beautiful. This will definitely be my "go to" nail spa from now on. I did take 1 star away because I wasn't offered anything to drink during my hour-plus time there, although several people who came in after me were. No real biggie but... read more

Was told when making my appt. that there was a technician that knew how to work with nails that lift. Was very specific that I needed a Tech that was seasoned and LISTENED to what I asked for. On the phone...Oh yes oh yes oh yes. I get there for my appt i scheduled and there was confusion as to who was even doing my nails and if there was even a scheduled appointment ( are you kidding me?!). More confusion as the Tech heard i wanted acrylics from management when i said SNS several times, several ways. They said if they lift just call us and come back. I don't have time to keep coming back to fix what I am paying $65 for after tip. After 3 days, nails were lifting terribly in every corner. At 5 days the ends were all chipping and breaking off. Will never go back there again! So unbelievably unprofessional. read more

Great nail salon. They have a loyal customer base and all the techs have worked with each other for a long time. I always see Vicky. She does the most amazing acrylics. I actually left the salon last year to go one that was closer to my house and I decided to go back to Alina and I was met with open arms, and Vicky remembered my nails! It has a year and she remembered I liked coffin ombré. I feel they are the best kept secret in Georgetown. I'm never going anywhere else. read more

Rosie did an amazing job! I am very picky and specific and she was so patient! Her attention to detail was phenomenal and I will definitely be returning. My mom got a pedicure and she also says it was the best pedicure she's ever had. My baby sisters pedicure turned out great as well. Im 30 weeks pregnant so i thought I would treat myself to a pedicure. It's a decent nail shop. I walked in and was taken care of pretty quickly. But bad customer service. I wasnt offered anything to drink, there were conversations happening around me but no one talked to me about what I wanted until about 20 min into my pedicure. They were plenty nice to their "regular" customers. Then an African american woman walked in and the owner ask us if we were together....I had been there for about 35 minutes already. She was in a nursing outfit helping an elderly woman into the shop for her appointment. Not all black people know each other. Anyway after all was said and done, I could have painted my nails better. And noone helped me put the shoes back on. Not worth the $$ I got the organic spa pedicure, 45$. Just go somewhere else. Especially if you are any shade of color. Super disappointed. read more

I had to ask to get up and go clean the bleeding wound, as my nail artist proceeded with the manicure after the cut without concern for sanitization or potential infection. However, he was clearly very apologetic and kept checking in to make sure I was okay, which I appreciated. But later, the nail drill nicked the skin next to my cuticle, which hurt. I feel like I wouldn't have been cut if we just slowed down a little bit.

Unfortunately, my recent experiences at Beverly Nail Salon have left me feeling singled out and treated differently in a way that is deeply troubling. Over multiple visits, I noticed a consistent difference in how I was treated compared to other customers. Basic courtesies that were routinely extended to others--such as a greeting upon entering, the ability to make an appointment, and the offer of a complimentary beverage--were not extended to me. I observed these same courtesies being offered to other customers during the same visits. I am respectful, pleasant, low-maintenance, and I tip very well. I do not cause disruption, nor have I ever been anything but appreciative of the service providers themselves. When I respectfully raised my concern and expressed that I simply wanted to be treated the same as other customers, the situation unfortunately escalated rather than improved. I was later declined the ability to make an appointment altogether, something I had always been allowed to do prior to speaking up. It pains me to even consider the reason for this difference in treatment, but based on my observations, the only noticeable distinction between myself and those who were consistently treated with kindness and respect was race. This is not an accusation I make lightly, and I have never felt the need to raise race as a factor in service before. However, after repeated experiences and respectful attempts to address the issue directly, I can no longer ignore the pattern. I shared with management that I would be speaking publicly about my experience, not out of spite, but in hopes that it would encourage reflection and improvement. I truly hope the owner and management take this feedback seriously and work toward ensuring all customers are treated equitably and professionally. I will be taking my business--and my tipping--elsewhere. No customer should feel uncomfortable or unwelcome for simply asking to be treated the same as others.

Didn't get the lotion massage at the end. He says "i don't recommend it after cutting the cuticle." Which he didn't do. Still paid full price for a file and paint that i could've done myself. Beyond upset and never coming here again. Save your money and go elsewhere.

RUDE. RUDE. RUDE…read more The only pleasant experience I've ever had at this salon was with a lady named Terry. Unfortunately, the gentleman who works there is consistently rude and unprofessional. I came in at 4:02 PM for a pedicure ... almost TWO HOURS before closing time !! There were absolutely no customers in the salon. When I asked if they were still taking pedicures, he never once looked up from his phone while sitting in a pedicure chair and simply said, "We're closed." Confused, I pointed to the sign showing closing time was 6 PM and asked why it said they closed at 6 if it was only 4:02. Again, without even looking up, he repeated, "We're closed." At that moment, I decided I would never return. Customer service costs nothing, and basic professionalism should not be too much to ask. This employee seriously needs business etiquette and customer service training. His attitude has always been unpleasant, but this experience was the final straw for me.

I requested she shape my nails and she clipped them like a veterinarian. She didnt use a file to even out the shape. I sucked it up with the color, but man what i was left with was terrible. I went home and took off the polish as it looked like concrete on my nails. The photos are the same day, without polish as I had to remove it. There was no smell of acetone or artificial nails upon entering the salon which was nice --- but also a red flag that maybe nails weren't what they were doing. Cuz painting nails as well as my 14 year old at 100 bucks should get better than this. Suss

Then she put a small fan out for me to dry my nails. After about 10 minutes she came and sprayed something on my nails and told me I was good to go. Before I could get in and crank my car I had several indentations in some nails and smudges in others. I went back in and asked her to remove what was left of the polish disaster so I could continue my day. No one spoke English very well and it didn't appear the few others were not customers so I was very uncomfortable while there. I will not be returning.
