WELL Before we left I brought it up multiple times and the employee shaped a little but still barely made a change and said it's the style. Even though I obviously was not happy with her nails. They charged $90 for bull crap nails we hated for her. My nails came out cute but after two days they were lifting at the cuticle, making my hair get caught immediately. This place is absolutely terrible!!! I urge you to never come here! I've been here on three separate occasion and left with exactly the opposite of what I've asked for because they could not get it right! These are directly after I left. They blamed me for wanting "thick nails" ! This was suppose to be a French tip. They had to take it all off and I settled for a clear and there is still white all over my nails. read more

I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure at 11:00 AM and arrived early at 10:50. After I sat down, I was told the wait would be about 15 minutes--which I totally understand, especially on a busy Saturday. I don't mind waiting 15-20 minutes, but 50 minutes with no update or communication isn't acceptable. I had to leave because I had something scheduled at 12:45. I made the appointment to avoid a long wait, but unfortunately, it felt like I didn't have one at all. As I was walking out she told me oh l'm almost done. I personally had a great experience and wonderful time after 2 years of not going to a spa, my nails turned out amazing and my gel pedicure was great unfortunately I was charged for a package I didn't receive :( The lady did unfortunately forget to do the Paraffin wax which was one of the main reasons i picked the package that included it , I think she did realized halfway through that she forgot, so she opted for hot stone rocks but was charged for the whole package and extra which did disappoint me. Just make sure to be very clear what you are wanting and otherwise amazing service and owner is amazing with service. read more

Venus used to be wonderful but they do a lot of volume now -- perhaps the busiest nail salon in Georgetown. The result has been a focus on quantity and speed over quality. Nails: I chose a pinkish gel color with sparkles. The technician must have chosen the colors too fast off the shelf because they turned out brown-orange. I asked during the manicure and she told me it will change when it dries. It did not. I'm certain she grabbed the wrong number. She also didn't listen to me. All my nails were cut down too far and I had to ask her to file my index nail3 yikes. Each time she said she would do it "after." Guess who had to file her own nails "after" she got home? Yeah. Eyebrows. She was going way too fast and punched me hard with the tweezers at one point. Never showed me the mirror. Now I know why. Five days before a big family event I now have to draw on my own eyebrows. This is not something I've ever had to do before because I have naturally thick eyebrows. I'm so heartbroken that this is what my face looks like for this event. read more

I went yesterday to get my nails done. Finally I found someone who takes their time and shaped my nails not looking like a square at the tips. I like shorter nails and it is hard for them to do but he did it anyway. It was a little messy on the sides and near my cuticles with the and powder but I scrubbed it with a brush when I got home and it came off fine. I can just appreciate a nail salon that offers drinks, not too much banter and TAKES THEIR TIME. I'm a very picky person and I don't have any lumpy spots and my shape is very cute. read more

I made a 3:00 appointment was called to come in at 3:15 instead, which I did. I like the fact they called me to let me know they were running behind. Once I came in I was promptly greeted and seated at the pedicure spa but had to wait for half hour. Really they should have said come in at 4:00. My technician was efficient and friendly and made conversation with me. I will be visiting again but perhaps a morning appointment when less busy. read more
