I have been a loyal customer of this salon for over two years, and this is honestly the first time I've ever felt compelled to leave a review like this. This has always been my favorite nail salon because the quality of their work is excellent, and even when they're busy, they've always managed to provide great service. That's why today's experience was so disappointing. I called ahead and made an appointment for both a gel SNS manicure and a gel pedicure. When I arrived, the salon was busy, which I completely understand. However, no one asked if I had an appointment--they simply told me to have a seat. A few minutes later, another customer walked in and asked me if there was a wait because she didn't have an appointment. I explained that I wasn't sure because I had called and made an appointment for both services. She then spoke with the staff, mentioning that she had also made an appointment around the same time, and they seated her before me. I had to speak up and remind them that I also had an appointment before they finally attended to me. They started with my pedicure, but after it was finished, they completely forgot about my manicure. I politely reminded them, and they asked if I could come back tomorrow. I had to explain three separate times that I specifically made an appointment for both services today because I could not come back another day. Eventually they squeezed me in, but by then I had already been at the salon for nearly two hours. They asked if I could continue waiting for a station, and I agreed because I understand that mistakes happen. I had to tell them over 4 times which colors and that it was the powder not the polish. Once I was finally seated, they removed my polish, then moved me to another chair, and ultimately skipped the actual manicure service entirely, only completing the SNS application. At that point, I had been in the salon for almost three hours and just wanted to be finished. What hurt the most wasn't the mistake--it was the lack of communication and accountability. At no point did anyone sincerely apologize for the confusion, the delays, or forgetting an entire service that I had scheduled. Instead, I was handed a bottle of lotion and a piece of chocolate after mentioning it was my birthday. While I appreciate the gesture, it didn't make up for the fact that I had to cancel my birthday dinner because I spent nearly three hours at the salon. This experience left me feeling incredibly disappointed and honestly heartbroken because I've supported this business for years. I know they're capable of providing amazing service, which is exactly why this experience was so upsetting. I will likely continue coming because I've had so many positive experiences in the past, but I truly hope this feedback is taken seriously. Loyal customers deserve better communication, acknowledgment when mistakes are made, and a sincere apology when their time isn't respected. read more

Have been there twice and the staff is really nice, competent and courteous. Tina did a beautiful job on my nails and even added some festive snowflakes on a few. Prices are reasonable, the shop is clean and comfortable. The gentleman who checks people in and out is a little over zealous and helpful, but I'd rather have that than be ignored! read more

No smiles. Employees walk around barefoot if they want. The whole time they only speak to each other in their language only. TVs only set to Vietnamese channel. The vibe is that you're not welcome there. Huge language barrier trying to explain to her that my nail was still very jagged. read more

Yo I try hard not to leave bad reviews but to hell with it don't come here. These people messed up my wife's eyebrows and then assumed she just did want to pay. So the Asian manager or who ever he is became extremely aggressive towards her. Treating her and my daughter like some kid of criminals. So she will not go back I'll pay for her to go somewhere else. This place is good. Customer service is ok. Mainly came here bc my usual place was busy and they were taking walk-ins. Girl who was doing my manicure was kind of rude and didn't give me what I asked for, but my pedicure was great. Also, you'll pay a little more here for services. read more

I took my daughter in for her appointment, 3 hours after arriving her nails weren't finished. they sat her aside after putting on her tips for a hour to help a "usual" customer. I had to call in and tell them to let my daughter leave. they charged her $90, apparently they charge by the hour. would not recommend AT ALL read more

Update: i came in at 6 and they closed shop for the day. Even though their hours say open until 7:00pm. I guess if you want to come after 5:00 you should call ahead and reserve a spot. Only paid $25 for an amazing pedicure! Even though they close at 7:00, i came in at 6:30 and they still spent an hour on me. I didn't feel rushed at all. The lady did such a good job on my toes and spent her time pushing the cuticles back. I could tell she was paying much attention to detail. I paid a total of $39 for mani/pedi. Nothing special, just the basic one. But in round rock i paid $80 for the exact same service and they did a terrible job! I'm so glad i found this place! This is my new spot read more
