Hey owner Hailey is a lier. She has scheduled me to come in and have my nails done multiple times…read more She always tells me she will be the one to take care of me before my appointment. When I get to my appointment she always pawns me off on someone else. Kevin removed my acrylic nails, and cut all my natural nails off. Made what nail I have left all uneven. Not one of a nails has the same shape. The edge of my nail is rough. Kevin said my natural nails aren't strong because I am WHITE!!! And people like him don't have problems because they are strong and healthy. WHITE people have a calcium issue. My nails look worse than when I came in. I have been getting my nails done for the last five years and I have never been this upset after leaving a nail salon. I always take care of my tech whoever it is, but today I did not leave a tip! I will start looking for another nail salon because I will not ever return to this location. I have been a customer for over four years. My hands are dry, rough, and peeling because of everything Kevin did. Kevin also told me that my nails were 10 days old... Umm no I corrected him and told him I always come once a month. Someday I'll come 3-4weeks since my last visit. Kevin said my body changes and grows and that's what is causing my nails issues and that in order to have my nails not hurt, chip, thin out, ect. Then I would need to come get my nails done every two weeks. I said ummm no I can't afford that!!! Please do not waste your time and money! This nail salon is trash now that new owners have bought the salon said Tay.

Everyone is professional, kind and attentive. They have the best selection of refreshments and always have a cute set up with healthy snack options, which I appreciate! I have been going here for over a year now and have never had any issues and I always walk out happy. They also utilize a point system which gives $ off. Kay does my nails and not only does she do a great job but I really like how she remembers my style and length and my color preferences. I'm very happy with this salon and thankful for the hard work they do!

They took good care of me and we had some laughs along the way. Kelly gave me a dip powder mani and Annie gave me the most relaxing pedi, they take their time and you do not feel rushed. The nail lounge is very clean and the atmosphere was calm. I would recommend making an appt., just in case they are busy. If you're looking for a nice spot to get a little pampered, Pinky Nail Lounge ( Formerly La Nails & Spa) is the place to go!

Service is terrible and the manager sets the tone of not being customer obsessed…read more The last time I was in the lady next to me was offered something to drink. My guy, Erik, didn't even bother. Then he had the audacity to ask me if I want lotion at the end of my gel manicure! I was so upset I just asked for oil on my cuticles and left. No massage, nothing. They make you feel rushed and if ask for them to make an adjustment on their work then they treat you different. I am referring to multiple people because I have been in twice with someone and poor service across the board for all of us. Location is convenient as I live in the neighborhood but will drive elsewhere to receive better service. Positive note - They have a wonderful color selection for gel.

However, I felt like my nail artist was in a rush because I was cut a few times. While using the clippers, he cut too close, cutting into underneath my finger nail on multiple fingers. Only one time drew blood thankfully. I had to ask to get up and go clean the bleeding wound, as my nail artist proceeded with the manicure after the cut without concern for sanitization or potential infection. However, he was clearly very apologetic and kept checking in to make sure I was okay, which I appreciated. But later, the nail drill nicked the skin next to my cuticle, which hurt. I feel like I wouldn't have been cut if we just slowed down a little bit.
