So good things are that the nail techs are amazing they do amazing work an are very polite. I have to say too that they have really good prices now to my bad things; one nail is too long on one hand and the other is the length I wanted which is a shorter style and for the other thing which is causing me problems and giving me a lot of pain. Yeah, I'm a dude. And I really don't go to salons, I promise my man-card is still intact. But I was in this salon a couple weeks ago because I was tagging along with my friend, who is the owner's son and just needed to drop by the shop. I didn't expect to stay long, but the mom insisted I get a manicure and foot scrub. Well, I didn't even know what to do since I've never had one, but I did it anyway, lol. She got one of her gals to setup the water machine for my feet and soaked my hands. After they were wet, I got my nails clipped, filed, lotioned up. For my feet, they used a special tool to scrub off all that dead skin..it felt awesome after it was done. All of this took maybe 30 minutes since the salon wasn't busy. English is not great, but they are friendly, hard-working Vietnamese folks who will do everything they can to make sure you have the best experience. I'm rarely in Taylor, but the next time I drive through, I'll be sure to stop by to say hi and maybe even indulge in another MAN-icure :) read more

My experience was fair. I like the fact that they are quick. I was very satisfied with my pedicure. My acrylic nails are alright. My eyebrows are good. Some employees were friendly some not. My eyebrows look great too. I would probably come back mostly out of convenience. read more

Having the opportunity to spending some quality time with teenage daughter. She wanted to get her nails manicure and toes painted. My wife calling ahead and talking to the manager with the request of what she wanted done to my daughter, I proceeded to take her. After an hour and half and not knowing what to expect, paid the bill of $41.00 plus $6.00, and when we got home my wife could not believe what was done, according to my wife a simple paint over, no manicure. Unsatisfied! took my daughter back and wanted an explanation and when she didn't receive one demanded a refund and the manger refused, and said for her to bring her back tomorrow. The whole point was to have her nails and toes done before the event and taking her back was not an option. Very unsatisfied, will not return! read more

I went on Sunday. They were the only nail place open. They were supposed to open at noon, so I got there a little before, thinking they'd be busy. Noon came & went, 12:10, still nothing. At least 3 people pulled on the door, because the hours stated 12:00 to 7:00 on Sunday. So, I waited some more & thought I'll give them until 12:30 & then i am leaving. I got out & waited in front of the door. I was walking back to my car @ 12:32 & they drive up. No apology or anything about the time. I had a full set of the acrylic with gel on top. Just like a bad comedy I've laughed at many times....I tell the lady(the only one working), my nail is crooked. her reply? You got it, 'no honey, that's your finger'. I am not even kidding. So I get passed off to the grumpy lady who had to work now, because they got busy, to put the gel on. Two coats later, with the gel not completely covering the acrylic, she tells me okay 'you done'. I won't go back & I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more

Went on a Friday afternoon and they were busy. Got a pedicure but for me, the pedicure is all about the massage and pampering. She literally put lotion on my legs and wiped up and down a couple of times and then wiped it off. It lasted maybe 5 seconds? So disappointed. Then when I checked out the lady was rude and presented awful customer service. Wouldn't recommend this place. read more
