I have been hitting up all the cute salons and majorly unimpressed. Nails breaking left and right. But this place - I love how my nails turned out. If they made the place really cute this would be the best place in town for sure. I mean it still is, because my nails are perfect!

I don't need fancy drinks or snacks. What I do need is someone who is detail-oriented. Someone who actually trims cuticles instead of sanding them down like a piece of furniture. Someone who genuinely cares about their work. And that's exactly what I got. Vivian and Steven delivered a true, old-school manicure--the kind that's getting harder and harder to find. My nails still look amazing, and not because they drowned them in oil to hide rough work. No shortcuts here. They took the time to properly remove cuticles the right way--the real way. I absolutely love that "let me do this right" energy instead of the rushed, next-customer mentality you see everywhere else. Safe to say, I'll definitely be back. Thank you, Vivian and Steven!

Then he had the audacity to ask me if I want lotion at the end of my gel manicure! I was so upset I just asked for oil on my cuticles and left. No massage, nothing. They make you feel rushed and if ask for them to make an adjustment on their work then they treat you different. I am referring to multiple people because I have been in twice with someone and poor service across the board for all of us. From a drink to start with, to the bubbles to soak our feet in, to the hot towels and taking care of the excessive calluses. To the tip of my toes, sweet, shiny toenails that are seasonal and matching the dress I am planning to wear to the next event. This was a 1st visit here, and not my usual thing to do, so I felt a bit unexperienced. Nancy and Tammy took their time to carefully explain what the options are. I took their recommendation and went ahead with powder instead of dip, and couldn't be more happy with the flawless results. Nancy is such a sweetheart who gave me a relaxing and somewhat ticklish massage, and then the soul felt pedicure. I was amazed to find my feet glowing and the skin feeling soft! The beautiful Mindy took care of my mom. Mom was all content as her toe issues were addressed and the massage took her troubles away. The experienced Tammy (who runs the place) took great care of my finger nails and who recommended powder over dip for very apparent reasons. I had to wait for her service because she was requested and had appointments, but she's worth the wait! This valuable experience has led me to budget this service in the future, so I can have them more often. I'll definitely come back! I highly recommend their service.

She later follows me to the front desk & says she will take video & pictures of me so I pulled out my phone & took a video of her crashing out. Everyone makes mistakes but yelling at a paying customer who asked nicely is the reason why I will never go to a salon ever again & I got my esthetician license to not endure this type of unprofessional behavior.
