I got Sofia and she was very sweet and patient with me. I told her how I'm so rough on my hands and she u deed told what I needed. I picked my color and she got straight to work. I told her my name and she let me know that was also the owner's name. The vibe was nice and modern. They were busy but still saw me after a short wait! I got a coffee which gave me a terrible stomach ache but otherwise my experience was pleasant and great. My dip nails cost $51 and they send you discounts via text after! I used to go to the Bliss Nail bar in Round Rock and was always pleased with my nails. 3 weeks ago, I decided to get dip nails before vacation in Georgetown. She put the acrylic nails on and I told her how long to make them and the shape I wanted. After telling her once to file them down more, she barely did anything. The shape was not right. Instead of trimming my cuticles, she started plucking the skin off! She wasn't putting the color to the cuticle, had to keep asking to add more. I paid $50. after 2 hours of work. I tipped a lot because she spent the time and had only been there 3 months. How stupid of me for being nice. After 1 week, the first nail fell off. Then the second and third. 3 weeks later and 7 nails came off. Do not go there in Georgetown. I have Never had the nails come off!!! She didn't even do the cat eye correctly. read more

I will say Kelly he did a great job on my pedicure and made sure I had something to drink so I truly appreciate him. Now let me get on why I won't ever be coming back so I had French tip acrylic nails. I just needed a fill first off Holly was trying to charge me $70 for a fill, which is ridiculous because they don't even charge that at the round rock bliss I let her know that it was overpriced and she told me it was because of the style I wanted, but if I wanted the basic style, it will be $60. I was like okay that's fine. She was really rude and rough when filing my nails as I sat there, she didn't offer me anything to drink or even ask to see if I needed a full set because they didn't have the correct color powder that I needed for a fill so my nail came out patchy so I ended up spending $125 minus the $65 for the pedicure because that was great but as far as in my nails, I was very disappointed I let the lady know I won't ever be coming back because she tried to fix my patchy nail but told me oh it's because it's the wrong powder like I'm the one that's doing the nails, which is ridiculous. Horrible customer service horrible communication because if they would've just let me know that I needed a full set cause they didn't carry the powder I would've been totally down, but they just decided to use a different powder that wasn't the same color as my nails already and then act like I'm supposed to be doing the nail or I'm supposed to know what powder it is. Just be cautious if you do come here because this is my second time and like I said I wasn't impressed the first time but I wanted to give them another chance but it's official Georgetown Bliss is canceled. I've been coming to this salon for a few months and usually pay $65 for a French tip with almond shape. This time, I was shocked when I was suddenly told it was $80 for the exact same service. When I politely asked about the price increase, the nail tech responded in an extremely rude and loud manner, making me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable in front of everyone. On top of that, she kept cutting and burning my nails during the process. It was painful, and not once did she apologize or even acknowledge it. I was dripping blood she cut me so bad and all she did was tell me to wash my hands. The experience was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. We made appointments for the Duo Spa Deluxe Pedicure. Waited 20 minutes beyond appointment time. Started my pedicure 25 minutes after appointment time. It is listed as a 45 minute pedicure with foot and leg massage. He was done in less than 30 minutes and no massage. Husband waited 45 minutes for anyone to start his but he did get the full pedicure and massage. I also booked for a lip wax...30 minutes after my pedicure someone finally did my lip wax. I provided feedback on the experience and feel pretty confident it went in one ear and out the other..total lack of concern. read more

Super nice place with plenty of space. Had an SNS manicure done here. It was my first visit. The chair and table for the manicure was comfortable which I typically find is not the case when I'm getting a manicure. My technician was okay- nothing overly good or bad. Final thoughts on the manicure were average. Definitely had better but also worse. I plan to try again and ask for a different technician perhaps. Had my first negative experience here today. After coming here for the last year and a half I expected more. I was communicative before I left the store I wasn't happy, especially with the charges. I came in with SNS and was leaving with a fresh set. I was charged $45 for a new set, $10 for removal, $5 for new tips, $5 for long nails, $5 for shape. In total $70 for this basic set of nails which were poorly done, twice the thickness of a credit card, half the nails look like duck feet. I asked for square but slightly oval. Used to love this place, I drive an hour to come here. They have now turned into a nickel and dime you place, everything is additional charges. I just get a regular white tip acrylic set, french tip is an extra $25 on toes AND nails lol then if you want any length on the tips, it's extra. I made an appointment for 5pm on Tuesday, May 10th for a Timeless French manicure. When I got to the salon I arrived 15 minutes early and the Manager of the Salon had Ivy provide me with the service I needed done. 30 minutes into the service Ivy finishes taking off the SNS I had prior to the service. Keep in mind I showed Ivy the picture of the nails my client wanted me to have for my Photoshoot tomorrow (May 11, 2022) and she confirmed she could do it. Instead she makes the tips thicker than the picture and says that she's not done. I keep trying to look at my nails and she won't let me so I pulled away to take a look that way she doesn't get too far into the service and I get something I didn't ask for. After I explained to her how I needed them done Ivy gets frustrated and takes all the SNS off and says she can't do it and walks away. I asked the Manager if she can have someone else do the service and she says she can do it another day because she has an appointment with someone else which can't happen because I have a deadline for my Photoshoot. Ivy begins to speak in a different language very angry and walks away again so I had to make an appointment really quick somewhere else and walked out with nothing done to my nails. read more

Unfortunately my time here did not make it past 5 minutes. My Experience was cut short when the technician made my mom uncomfortable and embarrassed. The nail tech was very unprofessional, there is a difference between not being able to do something for the customer and not being able to do so and making fun of the customer for something they were born with and can't help. If you can't do something, like a French tip, don't make the person who asked for it feel bad... just say you can't. I'm very disappointed with this place and hope they know that not only can they make someone's day, they can also ruin it. And unfortunately the second is what happened for us. Seems like other customers were happy and I hope they get treated with a little more respect not just as customers but as people. read more

I was prepping for my wedding and they required me to pay and tip before my services were complete, which is unheard of. You tip based on the quality of service you receive, which allows them to deliver a variable quality of service since they already have their money. I was unhappy at the end of my services and they said "sorry we're closed" and refused to rectify the situation, so I came back the next day asking for them to fix it, and they charged me $45 more when they did a terrible job and required pay before service completion. I'm so disappointed. I went last week with my elderly aunt for pedicures. I paid $100 for both. Hers was $40 and mine was a gel pedicure at $60. I realized when we got home the guy at the cash register took $40 cash from my aunt to pay for her pedicure while I was gone tipping my staff member. ( she's 97 and deaf and gets confused easily) He must have pocketed the money and not rung it up because when I called they said "they had no record of the transaction." Translate that to "we don't care about you loyal regular customer." It's unbelievable that a business would take advantage of an elderly customer like that.
