They now have the option of letting you add the tip from your card which makes life so much easier not having to get cash before heading over. Lots of colors and options and it's clean. Went in today for a simple regular manicure. The lady only rubbed my arms and not my hands with lotion. She put a base coat, 2 coats of polish, and a top coat. Then she put a small fan out for me to dry my nails. After about 10 minutes she came and sprayed something on my nails and told me I was good to go. Before I could get in and crank my car I had several indentations in some nails and smudges in others. I went back in and asked her to remove what was left of the polish disaster so I could continue my day. No one spoke English very well and it didn't appear the few others were not customers so I was very uncomfortable while there. I will not be returning. read more

My family has been telling me to get a pedicure. I had never had one before. I walked into this place feeling ashamed of the condition of my feet. The manager assigned a young lady named Sam. She was amazing. I fully expected it to hurt and for her to probably cut me just due the terrible toes I have. She did not hurt me at all. I will give them credit for taking me as a walk-in but they did a terrible job. It was very rushed. I wanted gel polish removal and a regular mani. There was still gel on my nails when they painted my nails with the regular polish and my nails were filed in different shapes (never asked as to what I wante), some were square and some rounded it looked horrible. I stopped by this salon today hoping to get an SNS manicure and a pedicure. I was told to "pick out a color" and pointed to a seat for my manicure. 25 minutes later, I was still sitting there...no one told me how much longer my wait would be (when I first arrived I asked if there was much of a wait and was told, "no".) No one asked if I'd like a drink or acknowledged me in any way. After 25 minutes, I left and went to a salon right across the street from this one and had the best mani-pedi of my life (no waiting!) I have been to this salon a couple of times in the past few yrs & have had a bad experience (rushed, rough treatment of my nails, rude employees and poor mani-pedi) each time, but decided today to give them one more try. 25 min of my life I'll never get back! read more

I went for a fill and nail art today. I had a picture of what I wanted. She did the fill and the powder was not drying (never had that happen before). She kept having me put my hand under the UV nail light to dry it (never had to do that before to dry acrylic). She could not file them like normal since they would not dry properly. They are some lumps in them. She then proceeded to do the nail art. Polish on my cuticles and not at all like the picture. I finally got done over 2 hours later and wanted to cry when I saw how bad my nails looked. Then really wanted to cry when they said $85. This was for a fill and horrible nail art. I came in on the weekend and it was a lady who tried to talk to me and I believed she's the owner, and the other guy came up whom spoke English was ok and tried to help me which service did I want. They were confused me for awhile because I asked to have a Fullset and they kept moving me to different tech. I did not see the girl who used to be a manager there but I saw her sitting in the back. I hardly post reviews, but my experience was extremely upsetting. I made an appointment online, when I got there 2 of the nail techs were sleeping. My nail tech was one of the ladies that was sleeping, and she made it clear she didn't want to be working. I had SNS on before- she PICKED it off, did not soak in acetone or anything. Then she asked if I wanted my nails cut, I said yes. I am required to have shorter nails for work. She was reluctant and trimmed them. I asked her again to cut them shorter, she did on 3 more nails. Then I asked for rounded nails, she scoffed and rudely said "the shape I see here is square. you are getting square"... I should have walked out then!!! She put 3 coats of color on my right hand, and 1 coat on my left. It's very noticeable. I am really not picky when it comes to my nails, all I want is SNS/dip and for them to look well maintained. Oh also, she didn't even fix my hang nail!!! what!! When checking out the another worker asked if I liked it, I said "no not really". she just looked at them and said sorry. Overall, i'm not happy and will have to spend another $45ish somewhere else next week to get them fixed. read more

I went in for a new set and the person that was doing my nails was very rude and did them the way she wanted not what I asked for. Twice she got upset because I would complain about it not being the shape I wanted so she would get up and sit on the floor and start organizing her cabinet ,the lady sitting next to me kept telling me to say something because I just sat there waiting for her to decide to get up from the floor and start working on my nails. I'm the last to give a bad review, but my experience at this salon was less than enjoyable. After waiting about a hour to be sat, the manicurist kept getting up to tend to other employees. The lack of attention resulted in a sloppy gel manicure. It has been two days since I was there and polish has already fully come off of one finger and is peeling on 3 other fingers. This is a gel manicure, which typically last 1-2 weeks. Not even two days and it is ruined. Not worth my time or money. Now I am out of town and will not be able to return to get it repaired or other compensation. They were understaffed, which is fine, but they should not rush their clients and do an extremely poor job as a result. I will not be returning to this location. read more

My dip manicure chipped less than 24 hours after getting them done. The manicure to begin with wasn't that great and the technician was clearly rushing. I came back the next day to have them fix the chipped nail and they acted as if they could not accommodate me. Ten more minutes... ten more minutes... very poor customer service. As nice as this nail salon is the service and the work is horrible. The first time I went I asked for coffin shape nails and all of my nails were rounded and completely different links and shapes. One nail broken half the very next day. I went back to get that nail fixed a few days later and to get all of my nails repainted, and the man that did my nails was extremely rude and rough and completely cut all of my fingers up. Not to mention three of my nails were completely crooked I had to go somewhere else and get them completely redone. This was my second time in - I'm very disappointed with my service today. It seemed that because I asked for specifics I upset the tech. I had a picture of the nail shape I wanted, I asked for my nails to be wrapped not "lifted off" with a tip or just sticking my hand in acetone and dip powder not too thick. They don't guarantee gel nails!!!! Really ?? After they said they would last 2 to 3 weeks!! Well they redid the gel Polish for me but said only "this time" NOT again!I've had gel before elsewhere and it stayed on three weeks..I've had it done twice here it only stayed on three days both times. Of course they blame it on me like I knew they would when I walked through the door to have them redone.. I paid $30 for a manicure with gel and the manicure was really horrible. I only go here because it is close to my house .. they barely even trim cuticles even forget to rub your arm.. oh and if you're lucky they just slap some lotion on! It is a clean place and the front desk girl seems to be very nice but also she will be very cunning and continue to talk Vietnamese constantly. I gave it two stars just for cleanliness. Would rather drive to Cedar Park to where I know I get treated nicely and not like it is my fault. I had just went to Sally's looking at nail polish and they told me no way your gel should be chipping three days later. You should go back and get it repaired and I said I hate to complain because I know they are going to blame it on me. Sure enough I was right. Trying to say the oil in my nail caused it... well I have the driest nail beds ever! She said it doesn't matter.. I'm like OK?So no matter what I say it's not going to matter. Hasn't even been a week and she is saying my cuticles are bad well that's because they did a horrible manicure to begin with like every time that I have been there. The woman next to me started with one tech who left her in the chair to work on a scheduled client. After sitting for more than 10 minutes and no one coming to continue her pedicure, she walked out. Some walk-ins were told to return around noon; others were directed to chairs. This salon used to be decent, but I have found little to be happy with lately. The selection of regular nail polish is minimal, and the nail techs seem to rush so they can get to more clients. I will not be returning to this salon. read more

If they had told me that they couldn't do us all at the same time, I would've gone somewhere else. Maybe that was their strategy. I decided to take my two daughters to get their nails done just two days ago. I told them all three of us would be getting manicures and told them white tip gel for me and then whatever colors the girls selected. They sat me down and started, 5 minutes later a woman came and took the girls to the other side of the room! So far away from me and it wouldn't have been an issue but they are 4 and 6, this was also their first time. The man doing my nails was extremely rough and did a terrible job. I did not receive gel nails. My girls came back after ten minutes and they did not even put the colors they originally picked out on them. I sat there for 25 MINUTES waiting for my nails to "dry" never saw the guy that did my nails again. Here we are two days later. The girls nails have completely come off and mine are so bad that I'm considering removing mine, they didn't even do gel on my nails so it will be easy to remove. He just painted my nails white and put a clear coat over them. Something I could've done at home. I will never go back and I will never recommend them. Very disappointed. I saw the reviews and expected great customer service. The only nice thing about this location is the decorations and ambiance, it makes you believe you're going to have a great and professional experience. I went in after work for a color change and a single nail fix. She cut my new acrylic nail way too short and when asked about it, she told me she thought it "looked better." I showed her a picture of what I wanted so there was no miscommunication. I wanted my nails to be shaped slimmer. She definitely rushed and her solution to the very short nail was that she would just cut the rest of my nails shorter the next time I came in, which won't be happening. This morning while in daylight, I noticed my nails were extremely uneven and ridged from her removing my old gel color with the drill. They look terrible. I am so disappointed and unhappy.
