Linda's nail salon has been know for being one of best but that was time back yesterday I when I was there at 12:30 got out at 4:50 I was so disappointed with the job when I say they where ugly terrible disgusting And still have the nerve to tell me shit couse I complain how can they expect for me not to say nothing yes they try to fix them but the lady was so mad about it and wa not good at all

Not fully painted, texture, and not shaped. This was the result after multiple attempts to fix and I gave up.

Came here to fix a nail and refill since my regular salon was closed. I hate to say this was a waste of time and money because now I have to wait and hope my regular salon can fix what they did.

My mom and I walked in for a pedi, nail trim and polish change. We didn't have an appointment. My mom had a gift card she wanted to redeem! After the service was done she tried to use her $47.00 gift card. To her surprise they wouldn't accept it siting the business is under new owners. They should have honored the gift card. It was paid for . Then I needed a nail trim and polish change! The guy who was working on it cut my toe . Wont be going back there again. Sad I used to enjoy my mani/pedis there. Always great. Customer service is fantastic, great prices and a variety of services. Moon is my favorite nail tech. She's personable, gentle and just a sweet lady. My nails always look great. I hadn't been since the beginning of the pandemic but everything is still great. When you find a great nail shop/tech, stick with them as along as their standards don't diminish. read more

Got a pedicure here a few times and they always do a great job. Love their massage chairs and friendly atmosphere. I wanted to go in today for another opportunity for some relaxation, but noticed they are closed on Sunday's! Not usually use to this as nail and hair salons are typically opened on weekends. Hoping maybe this will change to help with customers busy during the weekdays typically. read more

I highly DO NOT recommend this place. I was just there with my mom and sister. We all got pedicures. They barely touched our feet. None of my calluses were removed, not even the dry skin. It's like they just went through the motions. And of course when you ask for anything... they all look at themselves and start speaking in their language, almost like it's a hassle and how dare they ask for anything... never again! read more

I have been to almost every nail salon in Georgetown and I have not found a good one until now. They were very cautious about Covid. The lady was super nice. And they did an amazing job. I love my nails so much and it was only $55 with the design too. And the music they were playing wasn't elevator music it was actual music and I love that. I 100% recommend coming here. read more

I do not recommend over all because the own owner insults clients she called me cheap, all because I didn't not want a design on my nails I've been going to this place for 6 years now and have always gotten plain colored nails. It used to be the best place in Georgetown, but sadly it's not anymore thanks to the horrible customer service. read more

Been going to Linda's Nails for quite some time. I called a day ahead to make an appointment with my favorite nail tech and was told she wouldn't be there. No problem. Still booked an appointment with whomever was available at a certain time. Got there and was told they had no record of my appointment and that I must have called the wrong number. Wait time was 45 minutes. This isn't the first time this has happened. I will NEVER go back. Poor customer service. If you want a nail salon that doesn't give a s$&t about their clients, this is the place for you. read more

I needed to get my sns nails removed so called the nail salon prior to coming in just to make sure they could accommodate me over my lunch break. They ensured I could be helped as soon as I walk in which was not the case when I arrived. A lady put foils on my hands and left me there sitting for 40 minutes while she proceeded to do another clients nails. Once she finished, she returned to doing my nails only to do minimal filing and complain about my nails. Not impressed at all. read more

I thought this place would be a better option for me since I wouldn't have to drive as far to my original nail salon... and the reviews were decent so i thought why not. first of all the customer service was 0/10, they were not nice, welcoming, and they were quite rough with me. i was willing to look past all of this, and possibly be a returning customer. IF my nails lasted, i would be back. but i literally got them done a week ago and one of my nails is already ready to pop off. i will not be returning, and the moral of this story is never cheat on your original nail lady. read more

Have been coming to Linda's nails for FOUR YEARS before today. Came in asking to get one nail repainted (which literally takes 5 minutes) and was told that they close in 30 minutes so they wouldn't be able to paint it. So sad to see loyal customers treated like this. read more

On my last trip to Austin, my gf wanted to get her nails done. I was not happy to be dragged along, but I went ahead and took her. The place is nice and clean. They were busy but not packed so we did not have to wait long to get started. My gf got a manicure and pedicure. It was only $29 for both! They were having a sale! It was a steal. It took about 1 hour to do both. She was so happy, so it was totally worth the trip out there. read more

Over multiple visits, I noticed a consistent difference in how I was treated compared to other customers. Basic courtesies that were routinely extended to others--such as a greeting upon entering, the ability to make an appointment, and the offer of a complimentary beverage--were not extended to me. I observed these same courtesies being offered to other customers during the same visits. I am respectful, pleasant, low-maintenance, and I tip very well. I do not cause disruption, nor have I ever been anything but appreciative of the service providers themselves. When I respectfully raised my concern and expressed that I simply wanted to be treated the same as other customers, the situation unfortunately escalated rather than improved. I was later declined the ability to make an appointment altogether, something I had always been allowed to do prior to speaking up. It pains me to even consider the reason for this difference in treatment, but based on my observations, the only noticeable distinction between myself and those who were consistently treated with kindness and respect was race. This is not an accusation I make lightly, and I have never felt the need to raise race as a factor in service before. However, after repeated experiences and respectful attempts to address the issue directly, I can no longer ignore the pattern. I shared with management that I would be speaking publicly about my experience, not out of spite, but in hopes that it would encourage reflection and improvement. We finally spoke up and were taken back to two chairs that were clearly not ready for use. After waiting again yet another 10 minutes we decided to leave and got nice service at Lavish Nails.

My favorite girl Sara is so awesome for facials I had to book around her days because everyone loves her! I get the signature deluxe organic facial which not only has wonderful different masks and steam but also parafin hand wraps foot wraps and neck and shoulder massage oohhhh so relaxing! She has more colors and stencils, stickers, and tricks up her sleeve than you can imagine, so there will be no shortage on nail designs. Now I will be reporting YOU to Yelp for harassment. I never once used the word "rude" in my review about you. Also, I have never once had a problem getting a doctor's appointment with anyone. Not sure what kind of doctors she goes to, but I have never heard of any turning away business. Inquired about an appointment and received a message that she is not accepting new clients at this time. No word on when she will be available. Doesn't seem very accommodating or customer service friendly. I will definitely never follow up.

I had a nail appointment as part of my best friend's bridal party last week (11/24/18) and it was the mani-pedi from Hell. An absolute nightmare! I'd been here before with my boyfriend's daughter to get nails done for Easter and they did a great job then, so I was excited to go back, but never again. I don't know if my tech was just new, but when she was filing my nails I asked that they be rounded (I don't like square nails) and she did an awful job. They still had some point to them close to the cuticle, which will hurt as they dig into the cuticle when they grow out, so I asked her to fix them and she did. Then as she's clipping the dead skin off my cuticles she cut my cuticle... I yelped in pain and it WOULD NOT STOP BLEEDING. She kept putting this stuff on that stung really bad and blowing on it, and at one point I had a total of three techs crowded around me trying to figure out how to get it to stop bleeding. Getting your nails done is supposed to be relaxing, and I was no longer relaxed, and 100% in pain and on edge. The bride and other bridesmaids kept making eye contact with me from their seats to see if I was okay, and I just wanted to cry because I was so angry and uncomfortable. Then to make it even worse, she didn't even put on the top coat correctly for more than 50% of my fingers. It was so sloppy and uneven and you could see where one coat started and ended. It didn't even go all the way to the tip of the nail on any of them. All of our nail polish began smearing and chipping while we were getting ready for the wedding more than an hour after we left he salon. That is unacceptable. We all sat and waited 30 minutes for our nails to dry before even leaving the salon. This was absolutely the worst mani-pedi I've had in my life, and I'm so upset that this place was so great the first time I went, and so horrible the second. read more

I was disappointed with the service I received. The exfoliation of my feet was inadequate, leaving dead skin remaining. Additionally, the water temperature was excessively hot. While the nail painting was satisfactory, the overall experience did not justify the high price. I would recommend considering a different salon. read more
