As the other bad reviews say: This is a bad nail place. Came in for a simple polish change and they refused to fix their sloppy work. Wanted to take my polish off and send me off to someone else. "Well, if we aren't going to charge you, then we will have to take the color off." read more

My nail tech is away on a business trip and I needed a place to get my nails done. I looked up a few reviews for places near me and decided to give this place a try.... it was a bad experience. My nails looked like crap. Great customer service! The guy had another lady do her best to make them look better. They are much better now but too late! First impressions are lasting. I am very disappointed. Never going back. read more

Decent salon but was not offered anything to drink, and seat was sunken in had to ask for pillow but for the price would think they could put in a little more effort on service. Pedicure was average no massage. read more

My first visit here was about a year ago. There was a sign on the wall that said they offered drinks and the tech asked me something I couldn't understand and I thought she was asking if I wanted something to drink. I told her yes, I'd like a coke and she laughed at me. Other than that, she did a great job on my mani and pedi but she followed me to the check out and begged me for a tip, insinuating she wanted a cash tip, not a credit card tip. I never came back after that, until yesterday and I have a much better experience. The gentleman didn't ask me what type of pedicure I wanted, just went right ahead with whatever he felt like he wanted to give me. It was pleasant but next time I would like to choose what type of pedicure I want. The SNS manicure was hands down the best one I have ever had, save for one I got when I was visiting my home town. The nails were thin and short, that's the way I like it, and I asked for a rounded tip and was actually given a beautifully rounded tip. I had to keep telling the tech how beautiful the tip was. I will definitely be coming back as it is quite difficult to find a good salon with techs who do stellar jobs. read more

Beautiful set of nails and had a good time. My nail tech was fast and the quality is amazing

I'm giving Linda's Nails a 2-star! First reason, is the color I had asked for was NOT the same color I got. Second reason, the design I had asked for was not difficult but they managed to mess it up. Next time I would prefer the nail tech tell me that they can't do the design I was asking for. Third reason, is while I was there getting my nails done a previous customer came into the salon and complained that their acrylics nails were falling off and had not been done correctly! read more

Absolutely disappointed in Linda's nails. I went in for a pedicure and a fill. I've been going here for a while now and the last couple of times the services has declined. My pedicure started off with minimal care to my toes. A small 99 cent file was used to file my toe nails that didn't do much but make my nails ridged. Minimal work was done on my legs and feet and before I know it she is painting my nails. There is no mention of what type of pedicure I wanted so I suppose I got the basic. I look down and she is painting my nails with a different color. I tell her and she takes it off, she then paints my nails and it looks like a kindergarten painted them. I asked her to fix it and she just kept painting over it and looked worse. She eventually look it off and re did it. The end result was decent looking. However I get home and my feet are in no better shape than when I went in. I contemplated leaving and against my better judgement I allowed her to do my fill. Mistake. She filed my nails down below my skin and was leaving my nails super thick and a mess. She drilled the top of my skin removing skin. She was going to paint them as they look in the below pic. I complained about them and she tried to fix them however continued to make them worse. Someone else had to fix them. I don't think I should have had to pay but $60 later I left with the saying I will not be going back and that makes me sad. Linda's nails should not have charged me for this. With the basic pedicure and a fill I should have been out of there in about 1.5 hours but I was there over 2.5 hours. So disappointed! read more

Took my daughter here last week for her 17th birthday to get SNS nails done and a mani for myself. They did an amazing job on her nails. They still look really good a week later. Hopefully she keeps them up. LOL I was a little disappointed with my nails. They did look really good. But, usually you get at least a 30 second arm massage. There was nothing. And, she didn't let me wash my hands before she painted them. :( That was a little disappointing. Other than that, they seemed very friendly. And, boy were they busy. They do seem to run like a well oiled machine. I also got my eyebrows waxed and they didn't burn me. Which is extra nice because I forgot to warn her and she was fast! I will be back. read more

Neutral. Not terrible but definitely not the best. Massage was more of a petting. I requested the most expensive pedicure which should have included an aggressive salt massage followed by a deep tissue massage. Didn't meet my expectations and didn't receive a massage at all with my buff mani. I won't return read more

Went here for a basic mani/pedi. Got yelled at by the girl who did my nails just because I asked her to wipe the nail polish off of my skin. I don't come to get my SKIN painted. So yes I am going to ask to get it wiped off. Also I left with not even my whole nails painted. She stayed away from the cuticles and so now I have just the majority of my nails painted. Also, my cuticles look terrible. I never get my nails done because I'm always weary of nail salons. The one time I come, I get a yelled at by the technician and leave with ugly nails. Yay. read more

The pedicure was great. However the shellac French tip wasn't as great. Well that just my experience with Rose. Don't recommend her. Also, there's lots of product on my skin that she didn't clean up. I also got my eyebrows waxed. I saw rose DOUBLE DIP back in to the container. An I said just a clean up, but she shaped my brows so they look unnatural. Once again, do not recommend Rose read more

I have been a regular customer for almost one year and am thoroughly pleased. I have had everything from a basic Mani/pedi to designs and the new SNS nails (which I love). While Kay is very detail oriented and amazing the other nail techs are still good. Anytime I have disliked something they have been polite and remedied the situation or completely redone the work. When they remodeled and expanded I had to go back to another salon and realized just how much I appreciate Linda's Nail Salon. read more
