RUDE. RUDE. RUDE. The only pleasant experience I've ever had at this salon was with a lady named Terry. Unfortunately, the gentleman who works there is consistently rude and unprofessional. I came in at 4:02 PM for a pedicure ... almost TWO HOURS before closing time !! There were absolutely no customers in the salon. When I asked if they were still taking pedicures, he never once looked up from his phone while sitting in a pedicure chair and simply said, "We're closed." Confused, I pointed to the sign showing closing time was 6 PM and asked why it said they closed at 6 if it was only 4:02. Again, without even looking up, he repeated, "We're closed." At that moment, I decided I would never return. Customer service costs nothing, and basic professionalism should not be too much to ask. This employee seriously needs business etiquette and customer service training. His attitude has always been unpleasant, but this experience was the final straw for me. read more

After the service received I am not sure this is even a *nail* place. There was no greeting, presentation of options or selections. Two young, beautiful ladies were in 5 Inch heels and tiny black outfits which is cute, but really weird in a professional setting. One of these ladies did my pedicure, which was fine. I do not get my nails done...ever. So my bar is low. When it was manicure time the established lady had the wrong color and the polish was so gunked up she couldn't brush it, but had to dab it on. I requested she shape my nails and she clipped them like a veterinarian. She didnt use a file to even out the shape. I sucked it up with the color, but man what i was left with was terrible. I went home and took off the polish as it looked like concrete on my nails. The photos are the same day, without polish as I had to remove it. There was no smell of acetone or artificial nails upon entering the salon which was nice --- but also a red flag that maybe nails weren't what they were doing. I made a reservation for a mani pedi for me and my mom @ 5pm. My mom was taken within 5 minutes. She got her whole mani done and was started with her pedi before I was called for the pedi (so I probably waited for 20-30 min). We got the deluxe pedi which is only a few $ more than the regular pedi so I would recommend that, because it comes with exfoliation and paraffin wax! Mimi did my mani pedi and was very attentive to my needs (short nails, square but round edges, etc). She even made sure I really liked the color before committing. I reeeeally loved my color and would go again specifically for that! I've always looked for this shade of nude and am so happy I've finally found it. Overall it's a simple place, chill vibes, they're all nice. Looking more closely at my nails, I saw that the clear coat could have been done more attentively (like you can see it doesn't go up to the edges) but it's fine. You could probably get SUPER high quality nails done elsewhere but I'm pretty low maintenance so this was good enough for me. Would come back :) read more

Davis came and I told him I wanted a shellac gel and he explained that a powder dip was a better way to go based on the ridges on my nails. I took his advice and boy and I'm glad I did. She said we are busy and that was it, then proceeded to stare at us. In other words if you are African American, they don't want your money. We left and gladly went to another nail shop to spend our hard earned money. Tammy and Tina do a wonderful job, if your appointment is set with them you will be taken care of. Over the past couple of years I enjoyed going to see either of them. A while back in May we had gone in and asked for a coffin full set, hoping to be seen by either of them but we were sat with a male technician they have. In my experience any time I have a male technician work on my sets there, I'm not pleased with the outcome. If they cannot do the design presented to them they should be honest about their ability. As he was working on the set, we noticed he was struggling to place the tip... he pulled it off after multiple attempts to place it on the real nail, reusing the same tip and adding more glue every attempt. He would Pat the product with his finger and then added more when it wouldn't even out (making them super thick) Despite the rough start we pushed through a whole 1 hr 45 min, only for them to look the way they did (picture of both hands) He claimed to trust the process and blamed the shape/look of the acrylic on the natural nail. We decided we were going to get them done else where. When we asked for them to be cut he got pretty upset, and the first thing he could say was "you're still going to pay 65" and refused to cut them. Now I think it was unjust that I was having to pay full price for work that wasn't good quality. I visit this salon because I trust the hardworking ladies who run it, but this day he let them down. Linda did offer us to stay so she could fix them but they were about to close and I was not up for the wait. I paid, the gentleman did not apologize, and refused to cut the nails down. Just left, not impressed at all. I went in for Dip nails. I needed the old Dip removed and new dip put on. My nails has grown to a nice length but she keep drilling and filing than and now I am stuck with little stubs. Had to have her redo the dip because it didn't even go to my cuticles. I knew it would not last so I had her fix them. Very disappointed because my nails looked better before I went in there with a two week old Dip versus what I walked out with. read more

I made a 5pm appointment on the morning I decided to try this nail salon. I arrived early, and was instantly shocked at the lack of cleanliness in the salon, considering COVID regulations. I sat on a couch for 20 minutes, then was taken to an empty station where I waited for 20 more minutes. I witnessed one of the workers give a man a pedicure, then begin another client's manicure without even washing her hands or sanitizing them in any way. I sat for 40 minutes passed the time my appointment was scheduled for, and was told three separate times "We'll be with you shortly." Absolutely the worst nail salon I have been to in a very long time. The ladies weren't even polite. They would walk past me and avoid eye contact, but then begin talking about me and staring at me like I didn't know what was going on. Zero stars would do LV Nails more justice than one. read more

I travel a lot and require service in other states. Let me say this, I wish I could take my nail tech Tina with me. I give LV Nails 5 stars(would give more if I could) for overall service. My nails (powder dip) also get high praise form my husband. In reference to the 1 Star review about cleanliness, being friendly, time etc.....I do not understand where that came from. This place is amazing. They care about what you want and listen to your request. They aren't pushy with sales and everyone that comes are regular customers. I am definitely coming back and joining the regular customer club! I've shopped around the area for nails salons after moving and haven't felt half as welcome as I did here. They are kid friendly and don't mind changing your daughters nail color .. even after she personally chose the first set of colors. If I could give them a 0 start I'll definitely post one as they are to fast while working on the nails and the results are simple inaceptable. The very next day I got my nails done one broke while I was about to board a plane plus my hair and clothes keep getting stocked into my nails and I have to be like that during 5 days as I was in biz meetings all day and tired at nights to get them fix. After my return I called them, I was nice about it and I told them that I was calling to get a solución or get it redone but they didn't even apologized they told me to get to their location and they can refund my money back, went I got there they did t greater, the manage even look mad, didn't look at me and ask stray for my card. She got my card, refund the money and turn back around. Wow, I said thank you and left. Every single time I used them they always in a rush. I was always close to them for some of my work locations and I went there trying to keep one nail salon only but I definitely will not recommended to absolutely anyone.
