I also noticed that I was never given one of the armrest pads that other customers had. When my appointment was finished, several of my nails had been filed unevenly. Just four days later, one of my nails chipped, and about three days after that, the polish on a different nail completely peeled off. Overall, I was very unhappy with both the service and the quality of the manicure. I won't be returning and would not recommend this salon to others.

I went back expecting the problems to be corrected since the set was so new, but I was charged an additional $30 for the repairs. After spending $153 initially, I didn't think it was reasonable to have to pay extra to fix issues that occurred within the first week. I understand that normal wear and tear happens over time, but I expected better durability and customer service, especially considering the amount I paid. As a skin cancer survivor I do not do gel due to UV light but she kept pushing it. Very frustrating. And their regular polish options are EXTREMELY limited. I opted for the Signature Pedicure. The place you put your feet was very hard and uncomfortable. She barely did anything to the bottom of my feet. There was a man working at the manicure area who sounded like he was snoring but he was very much awake. One of the ladies who works there was getting an IV in the pedicure area. I came in at 4:02 PM for a pedicure ... almost TWO HOURS before closing time !! There were absolutely no customers in the salon. When I asked if they were still taking pedicures, he never once looked up from his phone while sitting in a pedicure chair and simply said, "We're closed." Confused, I pointed to the sign showing closing time was 6 PM and asked why it said they closed at 6 if it was only 4:02. Again, without even looking up, he repeated, "We're closed." At that moment, I decided I would never return. Customer service costs nothing, and basic professionalism should not be too much to ask. I went home and took off the polish as it looked like concrete on my nails. The photos are the same day, without polish as I had to remove it. There was no smell of acetone or artificial nails upon entering the salon which was nice --- but also a red flag that maybe nails weren't what they were doing.
