I wanted to do this review sooner but i wanted to give the nails a shot so heres my review. I used to come here all the time and I loved it. Idk what happened but I was so upset with how my nails came out and my nails didn't even get a cudicle clean or anything. My nails usually last a good 3 weeks or more and these didn't even last 2 weeks. The process felt very rushed and I don't think I will be coming back.

What we showed them

STAY AWAY!!! The one star is for their willingness to redo my daughter's nails after I complained when they didn't do it right in the first place. My daughter originally provided a picture of the design she wanted. The tech suggested to get an acrylic set, but changed it during the process and decided to use the dip. If you don't have nail technician family members across the US (like me) then you wouldn't know the difference but we do! It's a cheaper product and doesn't require the same product, technique or time that acrylic does. My daughter tried to politely ask for a reshaping here and there but the technician was very resistant and borderline rude. I understand that the lady is a professional but when I saw the end result, it was an embarrassment. I insisted on a fix. That's when all customer service, courteous, and professional went out the door. Nail lady was aggressively speaking and lecturing us about how this is it and and made it seem unrealistic. I'm not sure why they just couldn't say, I can't do it or here is another tech that can!!! The tech couldn't deliver or come close to what we asked for. The result of the first attempt was a poor, rushed job. The second job was an attempt to do something without any effort and just to get us out the door. Here are the picture. Judge for yourself.

WORST nail salon ever. I have gotten my nails done for 15 years and I have never had them look this crappy. This is AFTER she fixed them!!

This is by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to in my 15 years of getting my nails done. It took her 2 1/2 hours to do an acrylic full set and the results were hideous. See the picture I posted!

SNS or Play-Doh?

Went to the salon this evening after work for an SNS manicure. I selected a dusty pink color. When the tech brought the powder out, I mentioned to her that the color looked a bit orange. She insisted that the color was correct and would look different once it was on. I allowed her to continue. The color turned out to be a neon orange, which was obvious from the first dip. I told her that the color was not what I asked for. She mumbled something about it being good for summer and continued. I told her again that the color was not what I asked for. She then added white powder, telling me that it would make it lighter. She continued. I stopped her and picked up the sample shade and held it up to my nail and told her that there was no possible way that the colors were the same, regardless of what the number on the jar says. She told me that it just looked different because of the light. I asked her to please take it off and I would just have my nails done another day. She called over another lady who appeared to be a manager. They talked amongst themselves in a language I didn't understand and then the manager lady says, "It's not our fault. The company that made the powder did it." I told her that I just wanted to take the color off and go home. At this point, I had already been there for over 45 minutes. More talking amongst the two of them and the manager lady brings out another powder. I told her that I didn't want to start over and that I was tired and wanted to go home and to please take the color off. She told me that they would file off the color and apply a color closer to the one I wanted. I told her that I was concerned that it would be thick and uneven and that I would rather not. She was very insistent, so against my better judgement, I allowed her to do what she suggested. After another 45 minutes, I ended up with thick, lumpy nails that are bubbling and uneven at the cuticles. I was extremely irritated by the end of the ordeal. I pointed out to her that they were thick and lumpy and that they did not look like they should. She offered to file them more. At this point, I declined. I was tired of having my cuticles knicked and just wanted to go home. As calmly as I could, I said to her, "When someone tells you that they don't like the way something looks, please listen to them. I told you the color was wrong and you didn't listen. I asked you to take it off. You didn't listen. I told you I was concerned about it being too thick. You didn't listen, and it is." She then started talking over me and I just gave up. As much as I wanted to leave without paying, I went ahead and paid for my $40 SNS manicure that turned out looking like I have Sculpey clay stuck to my nails. I drew the line at tipping. There was no apology. No offer to make it right. Nothing. Unless that's what they were saying to each other in their language as I was checking out, but I doubt it. I have a stressful job. I had worked late. I just wanted to take a nice hour to relax, just for myself before I went home. It was a huge waste of my time and my money.

Watch out!! These people are going to stab your hands and scar you with their nail tools.

First time visit for a pedicure. Hannah was awesome! She's very meticulous and the massage was great! I've found my new pedicure place.

On 12/4 I had a gel manicure and gel pedicure with a referred technician - One week later I developed severe itching between my toes, skin maceration, followed by painful skin fissures ("paper-cut" like tears) between nearly all of my toes, burning, and major sensitivity. My Primary Care Physician has confirmed tinea pedis - caused by dermatophyte fungi (not properly cleaning, sanitizing pedicure tubs, or sterilizing tools). I am now treating what appears to be a fungal skin infection that developed shortly after the service. While I can't say with certainty how or where the infection was acquired, the timing directly followed my pedicure (timeline aligns with the exposure & development of a fungal infection). Untreated or possible progression of this development could lead to Secondary Bacterial Skin Infection, Cellulitis, Lymphangitis, or Sepsis - becoming very serious. I did not notice any visible sanitation concerns during my visit, but given my outcome, I strongly encourage future clients to: * Ask about foot bath disinfection procedures * Ensure tools are properly sterilized * Avoid services if you have any cuts, shaving, or broken skin I hope this review helps others take precautions. I recommend monitoring your feet closely after pedicure services and seeking care promptly if symptoms appear.

I came here with two of my friends while I was visiting Austin and it was great. From the second we sat down, Ethan, Jaidan, and Kim absolutely delivered. Not only were they all incredibly kind and attentive, but their skill level really shows. We each went in with different designs and ideas, and somehow they executed every single one flawlessly. One of my friends got 3D nail art, which can go very wrong in the wrong hands, but hers came out stunning. Like, stop-you-mid-conversation-to-stare-at-them stunning. Mine were just as detailed and clean, and you could tell they actually care about the final result, not just rushing you through. The vibe felt relaxed, not chaotic, and we left feeling like we got exactly what we wanted and more. I'd absolutely come back next time I'm in Austin.

As a paying customer, I believe it is completely reasonable to express my preferences clearly and respectfully. Recently, I was informed by Stella that Jayden no longer wants to service me because I allegedly made him "uncomfortable." This was surprising and disappointing, especially since no one has ever communicated to me that I was rude, disrespectful, or inappropriate in any way. I have simply explained how I like my nails done. If a client calmly expressing preferences makes a technician uncomfortable, that raises concerns about professionalism and customer service. I even asked for clarification on what specifically I did to cause discomfort and have yet to receive a clear answer. As an African American woman, walking into spaces and feeling as though you are being judged or labeled negatively for simply advocating for yourself is disheartening. I work hard for my money and believe it should be spent in businesses where clients feel respected and valued. At this point, I am not upset -- I simply want transparency and accountability. If there is a legitimate reason for the decision, I am open to hearing it. But vague accusations without explanation do not reflect well on a business. I hope management takes this as an opportunity to improve communication and ensure all clients are treated with fairness and respect. I have done reviews and raved at the fact that this same young man was a blessing to me and how I liked my nails.
