I finally gave up because it was hurting more and the manicure looks horrible. My fingernails hurt for several days. I contacted them right away, via Facebook messenger and then a public message on their Facebook page asking them to contact me. No one responded. Thus the negative review. I had this done for a wedding in Iowa and am traveling so cannot do anything about it until I return 10/24/2026 after an extended trip for my wedding anniversary. I won't be returning to Royal Nails & spa. Very disappointed. I gave them the opportunity to talk to me about it before making it public but they couldn't respond. The woman who did my pedicure did an excellent job.
