I've been a loyal customer here before, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I came in for a pedicure with a French tip. The pink color that was used on the tip wasn't dark enough for what I wanted, so I politely asked if it could be changed to white instead. Instead of handling the request professionally, the receptionist/owner began raising her voice at me then yelled the conflict to the ENTIRE salon. I was surprised because asking to adjust the color during a service is a very normal request, especially when you're paying for the service and the design isn't what you expected. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was that other customers in the salon witnessed the interaction and expressed that they would not come back because of how the situation was handled. It was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. This is also not my first negative interaction with the same person. On a previous visit, I was overcharged and had to question the pricing. Because of that experience and now this one, it's becoming a pattern that's concerning. I am also a regular tipping customer, which makes the lack of respect even more shocking. As a woman of color, experiences like this can feel especially discouraging when you're simply trying to receive a service and be treated with basic courtesy. Good customer service means listening to clients and addressing concerns calmly and professionally. Unfortunately, that was not the case during this visit, and it left a very bad impression. && I love some of the techs here but the owner short Asian woman has a very nasty attitude and I don't think she is a fan of black people. read more

The staff was so incredibly rude. I went in before 1pm asking for a full set and didn't leave until AFTER 4pm and they didn't even give me what I asked. Their gel color swatches were wrong. They glued part of the plastic tips to my actual skin, did not do actual nail prep, they had the audacity to get mad at me for pointing out the nail shape they gave me was crooked, then got mad when i pointed out there was hair stuck in the polish they were telling me to put under the lamp. On top of that they switched the person doing my nails 3 different times AND they left me sitting there in the chair with nobody working on my nails multiple times. I was probably sitting there with nobody helping me longer than I had somebody doing my actual nails. Then the charged me $55 for my botched nails after making me break down in tears. They made me feel like the rudest person in the world for being unhappy with the result they gave me. It takes a lot for me to speak up but I didn't want to leave with something I hated, but it still happened anyway. read more

My first time coming here since moving to the area. Unfortunately I was disappointed. I got the classic pedicure (which I know is not the most expensive option), but I felt the quality should have been better. I have never felt so rushed to pick a color! That made me feel uneasy. They have a whole wall of colors and the guy tried to pick for me. I did not like that. I frantically picked one and the color isn't anything like I wanted once it was on. He didn't once ask me if I liked it. You can see from the pictures my skin is cut up and still dry. There are smudges of the color everywhere. General shaping should have been included and that was not done. Overall, I felt rushed and it showed in the service I received. read more

My mom gets hers done by Chloe and I get mine done by Mike and they're so nice and they do a great job. When you finish they give you a little shoulder massage which I love so much. I really wanted to love this place. When I left with my dipped nails and pedicure, I was mostly happy. However, my cuticles on my fingers were so raw from the filing tool. Unfortunately, I am only a week out from this and the dipped powder went over my cuticles and is catching on my hair or anything stringy. Which means I will have to get them done much sooner than usual. I'm not sure I want to give it another try. I've had mixed experiences here: sns nails done by Tom lasted for a while, not so much my gel done by Jimmy, chipped before a week went by. It seems they are not consistent with their service, some people get the drink menu, others don't and then there's this older gentleman who brings you your drink and offers popcorn and has a tip jar on the tray, I find that pushy and inadequate for a nail salon. They give you a hand or shoulder massage that lasts about 2 minutes ( or less), but again not to everyone, my daughter has never received one, for example, The female greeter is a nice and well mannered woman but the male one is rude and with a bad attitude. Seems like they don't clean instruments between clients and most definitely the tables or chairs are not cleaned before someone else sits down, gross! Last time we went there I actually asked why I was being charged more than what the menu says and they said, oh the nails are long, which they weren't, since that didn't work they said, oh for removal of old nails, which was false as well... they ended up refunding (with gift card, which I should have not accepted but my teenager really wanted to be spared of the "shame" of asking questions so I took it). So overall I kind of recommend this place, but be ready to speak up to make sure you are getting what you are paying for. read more

I came in today with Thing Two to get a manicure. When walking in, one will note, the decor is sleek and modern. After entering, to the right, there is what can be described as a "selfie wall"/ seating area and to the left a nail color area. After we were greeted upon entering, we were shown the nail color area. The color area is truly magnificent. There are literally hundreds of colors to choose from and this area can be described as an infinity color spectrum. After choosing our colors, Thing Two and I were seated at two stations next to each other and asked what we would like to drink. Thing Two opted for a soda (with popcorn) and I, a cosmopolitan. My powder manicure was done with care. I love a good powder manicure because dip powder manicures require no UV lights to cure, dry almost instantly and can last up to 2-3 weeks. My cuticles and nail beds were cleaned up nicely and my nails were done with great attention to detail. The guy that did my nails was amazing but the 3 stars are for the customer service. I called to ask if they have long gel x nails...She said yes! Then I asked how much and she said $65. I get my nails done then she charges me $75! I said wait a minute you told me $65...why $10 more? She said because of the length. Then why tell me the long gel x nails are $65 when they are $75? Calvin was awful. I left with damaged nails. I picked out a color for my nails and he asked me 3 times if I was sure that I wanted that color, "because most people use it on their toes and it wouldn't look good on my hands" who says that! I decided at that point that I no longer wanted to get my nails done with him, and he took the drill and drilled every single one of my finger nails . I left the nail salon with horrible looking nails and he was just overall nasty and so rude. Would not suggest this place at all or Calvin. read more

I came back to give them another try. I used to love when son worked here but since he moved I don't get the same satisfaction. In the summer I got gel here and I think it was bad, it broke my nails and made them so soft and they kept breaking. Never had that issue elsewhere. Came in today to give them another try. Something is off with their gel and the colors don't match the swatches. I wanted a bright red with glitter for Christmas. The first color she tried on one finger it was orange, way off. So I picked another color that was most definitely red on the swatch. I didn't want to complain again but my nails definitely don't match the same color. They look a weird brownish shade not at all the bright red that I picked. I think the gel is old? Something is not right. Unfortunately don't plan on returning. read more
