I had a great experience with my pedicure here. the woman who did it was fantastic! She was thorough, friendly, and did an amazing job. I was really happy with that service. Unfortunately, my experience with the full set was the complete opposite. The man who did my nails seemed to rush through the appointment. He removed my old set but didn't even clip my natural nails beforehand. I also paid extra for additional services, but the final result wasn't worth it. The shape of my nails was uneven and not what I asked for, and after only 9 days, several of my nails are already lifting and coming off. I was really disappointed, especially considering paying 200+ and because it was my birthday. I hope they can improve the consistency of their services because the pedicure was excellent, but the full set did not match. read more

$95 for honey, milk, pedicure, and regular manicure. They charged $10 to remove gel off of my toes and $10 to remove gel off of my nails since I was going into surgery and opted not to get gel . The honey milk pedicure says 40 or 50 not sure why I was charged 50 but OK the manicure was clear polish no lotion no massaging of the hands way too basic for I think it was $25 plus the $10 charge to remove the gel off my nails. My feet feel like they are still totally calloused so I'm not sure again why I was charged $50. The massage is excellent, but I think a little more time can be taken on cleaning the toes and the nails the cuticle parts. Mind you the 95 does not include the tip that I also left. They're very kind and there but more focus needs to go into a pedicure and a manicure for that price. . read more

Gel polish cured on skin, both hands, multiple fingers. Not sure if this is just lack of skill or if this was the frustration for me bringing to light that they did not put white underneath the pink on her toes to make it stand out as a hot pink, but they did on her fingers so it looked like two different colors of pink. I was informed that my 12-year-old child forgot to tell them that she wanted white underneath the pink. Which I get, because she did forget, but I feel like the appropriate response when I was asked if I liked her nails, and I showed them that it was two different colors of pink. I feel like the correct response would have been to correct the color on the toes that because the correction wasn't offered, but because the blame was being put on my child it made me very uncomfortable so I told them not to worry I would take care of it at home. (Normally, we do our nails at home but decided to go in because we didn't have the time to do them at home this week, so it all worked out because I have what we need at home to be able to fix it.) But it defeated the entire purpose for us going in in the first place, which was to not have to take the time out of my personal schedule to do it. now I will say that the female manager did take off the gel polish charge of an additional $20 even though it was our own polish that we brought in and I'm aware that that doesn't matter, but I would've been more than happy to pay that additional $20 if they had fixed the issue. she even made the statement to me at checkout that even though it wasn't their fault, they were still going to fix it and not charge me the fee for good customer service. However, they didn't fix it, but they did not charge me the additional $20. Sometimes it's better to take care of a customer that's in front of you then be overwhelmed by what's walking in the door. Taking care of a customer in front of you creates repeat customers. Overall the service was good. The lady that did my nails did a few things that were questionable, but I asked her about them and she changed it in the moment without issue. such as having put either the wrong size tip or put the tip on crooked, I'm not sure but she cut it completely down to the skin and then was going to attempt to put another tip on top of it without removing it and another nail that was put on crooked that I had to ask her to take off the tip and fix it before moving onto the acrylic stage. But outside of those two little things, she was very pleasant. She did a great job in my nails look great. The two owners or managers whoever they were they were very kind, the store was very busy and I understand not everything is gonna be perfect every time. But I can't tell you that when we got home and I looked at my daughter's fingers and saw the gel polish cured on her skin on almost every finger that to me just comes off as blatantly rushing to get done. We won't be a repeat customer, but it's not a place that I would not recommend. I think they have great potential to do great service just maybe not in rushed situations. read more

I was just starting to like this salon but they have gotten so greedy. The push for upselling has gotten so bad they're missing out on guaranteed sales. I have to tell them 2-3 times I don't want their package deal and I don't want builder gel. I'm there every 2 weeks you should know by now! This last time (yesterday) they were too busy trying to add on to my manicure and pedicure they forgot to do the waxing I scheduled. The person doing my nails refused to do them the way I asked because in his opinion it wouldn't be seen well enough? And the pedicure has one of my toes getting infected because she cut too much. To top all of that off.. the last two times I've caught services on my bill that I didn't receive. I'm done at this point. They need to focus more on customer service and less on upselling. Just very disappointing that I have to start my search again. read more

I came in with my husband and daughter as a treat to celebrate my 40th birthday. I was received and warmly welcomed by Nancy, the owner. She took her time to explain the different packages available and was respectful and courteous as she went over pricing. She wanted to make sure I understood what I was paying for. It was refreshing. We all received Mani and Pedis. My Nail Tech was Paige, and I've never had such a lovely experience! Despite being busy with other customers, Paige took her time and never made me feel like she was rushed. The Nail Techs that helped my daughter and husband were absolutely wonderful! I don't like to recommend places because everyone can have different experiences, including bad, but I honestly doubt that is possible here. I'm anxiously awaiting my return visit ! read more

First-time visit: Manicure: Full Set with design: $85 dollars plus $20 tip. (1 hour and half long) They're really nice people -- the nail specialist, Vivi did an amazing job with the design, exactly what I asked for. I was happy for about 6 days lol because one nailbed popped off, so I went back to the salon to have it fixed. The woman who seemed to be the owner said my nails were "too short," which supposedly caused them to fall off -- lol, I've had my nails done for years (I'm 38, mind you). I chuckled at her gaslighting attempt and told her this had never happened to me before, but she kept insisting -- so I just nodded and said, "Okay, okay." I'm grateful that Vivi was kind enough to fix that nail and even polished the rest for free. That was a thoughtful touch. But by day 13, just yesterday -- two more nails gave up on me. I had already been babying them for days because I could feel they were going to snap (any fake nail regular knows the feeling lol). I gave up and removed them all -- which came off way too easily. The cost was mind-blowingly expensive for a 2 week set. I was disappointed especially on a tight budget. It's not like I can just run back for a redo anytime soon. They were supposed to last a month (like all the nails I had before) *sad face* Nail biters, if you're thinking about getting your nails done, make sure the salon can really work with short nails. I'm very disappointed with my experience. I got dip powder nails done yesterday, and unfortunately the quality and service were not up to standard. First, the technician did not file my nails properly. I asked for an almond shape, but the shape was uneven and poorly done. When I asked about adding chrome to my nails, the technician told me the total would be $50. However, at checkout I was charged $70, with an added $15 chrome fee that was never explained to me before the service was done. I would have appreciated transparent pricing upfront. During the final step, the technician missed applying top coat on the tips of several nails. I pointed it out politely, and he reapplied it -- but still missed spots. I had to point it out multiple times, and he became visibly annoyed. Even after that, when I got home and looked closely, two nails were still missing top coat at the tips. What's most frustrating is that I got my nails done yesterday, and today two of the dip powder nails are already separating from my natural nails. This should absolutely not be happening after just one day. Overall, between the poor shaping, incomplete top coat application, lack of communication about pricing, and dip powder lifting within 24 hours, this was not a good experience. I expected better quality and professionalism for the price I paid. read more

I got the Heavenly Cream Honey Pedicure and it was honestly the best pedicure I've ever had for my first pedicure! Natalie did my toes and she was amazing so kind, attentive, and detail oriented. The honey scrub and mask left my feet super soft, and the hot towels and stone massage were unbelievably relaxing. Add in the neck pillow and the cozy milk & honey scent, and it felt like a full spa treatment. Not only did I hate the look, but my brows never grew back normally.
