DO NOT EVER COME HERE!!!!!!! The worst customer service I have ever received anywhere. If you walk in and one of the men are going to do your nails RUN!!!!!! I was disrespected and treated rudely. I was getting my nails filled and the man doing them cut them way to short and when I said I wanted them longer he got an attitude and seemed frustrated with me. So he put the acetone on my nails to soak and just walked away, didn't say I'll be right back or anything. HE NEVER CAME BACK! I sat there with the acetone on for 30 minutes before I finally choose to just take the foil and cotton balls off myself. This place has terrible customer service. I shop at randals next to this place and thought I would try it. I called to make an appointment and they told me they were not busy and to come in so I did. After waiting 35 minutes to be seen they told me it would be another 1.5 hour wait. There was literally 3 customers there and it was not busy. Horrible waste of time and very rude workers. read more

I went to this salon for a year but never again! I saw Sherry, the owner and at first, she was very nice and did a good job on my nails. Because she is the owner I didn't tip her. She once said to someone else regarding her taxes that all of her workers are contract workers and she didn't pay them anything. They only worked for tips. I know this is a common practice but since she was getting every penny I gave her why should I tip her? Their prices are much higher than other salons and she was making a lot of money. Apparently, she got pissed off about that because that's the only reason I can think of why her attitude changed. She didn't talk to me and did a so-so job on my nails and cut my cuticles on more than one occasion. She put the wrong polish on several times and then told me I was wrong and that it was the correct polish even though it wasn't the right number on the bottle! What really made me decide to never go back was I ended up with a fungus under my thumb nail that she told me I must've hit it somehow and that was why it was so discolored. The fungus covered almost my entire thumb now. I asked her several times if it was fungus and she kept telling me no. Either she didn't know that it was a fungus which is another reason not to go there or she was just trying to get rid of me.I had to see my doctor and was given a prescription medication to treat the fungus and was told it would take six months to a year to get rid of it. The last straw was when I was getting a pedicure and two or three of the other technicians gathered around and started pointing and talking about me in Vietnamese. Apparently, they all knew I didn't tip Sherry but I was always generous with the people that did my pedicures. The owners of this salon are only interested in making money! Take my advice and go somewhere else. read more

The mani was fine, nothing special. The person just did the manicure and that was it, no lotion or hand/arm massage. I saw other people getting arm massages so it wasn't like they weren't allowed because of covid. It was $36 (not including tip) for that. They were also not taking covid precautions. They had about 12 manicure stations and only 2 had plastic shields. The guy doing my manicure had his mask around his neck the whole time and did not wear gloves. read more

I'm new to the area and needless to say this was the WORST mani pedi I have EVER had!!! The pedi was awful- no cutting of my toe nails, trimming around my cuticles, gel paint was all over my toes and pooling on the sides. The whole pedi took 15 minutes, which in my opinion is way too fast. She wasn't impressed when I said that I didn't want the more expensive pedi. The gel polish was all over the outside of my toes and slopped on the edge of my toes. I said something to the tech and she didn't fix it, kept trying to cure the polish with it messy. The manager came over to fix it, the polish should've been taken off and restarted, he kept saying 'I'll fix it, I'll fix it.' Not really fixed! There was so much polish on my big toe that it has already come off and the pedi isn't 2 hours old. The mani wasn't awful but they filed my nails so short, I don't ever have short nails. The manager tried to make it better, but I will not be returning. Their customer service isn't great, and they over charge for the service that you ask for. I had to come home and fix the pedi. I spent a lot of money and I'm so unhappy. Please go some place else, it's not worth wasting your hard earned money here! read more

I visited Artzy Nails, in the Randall's shopping center, for the first time today. The salon is new and sparkling clean. The decor is very tasteful, and the atmosphere is relaxing. The owners are welcoming and want to provide a great experience. They have a very nice menu of services. My appointment was with Mimi, and my manicure and pedicure were awesome. Wonderful experience with Zak yesterday. Pedicure was perfect. Well done with no nicks or cuts. Clean and service oriented business. They even had drinks and snacks available. They've been good in the past. Today, however, not so much. I had an appointment. Waited 30 minutes after the appointment time and during that time was asked 4 times about what service I wanted and to pick a color. The last time I asked how long it might be before my turn. Maybe 30 minutes I was told. Needless to say I left. Those there for gels were much more important than my basic mani/pedi. They are clean shop and in the past I was a valued customer. Have gone three times for pedicures. On the first visit I mentioned I had an ingrown nail and was concerned. When I left the pain was gone and I have not a problem since. Clean, LOTS of polish colors and friendly atmosphere with beverages. Will definitely be going back. They also offer points and coupons!! read more

Love the pedicures! It is a nice, clean facility. All the staff seem super nice and helpful. I do SNS nails. The first one was perfect. The second one was too thin and I had to return 3x because they cracked. They might last 2 weeks, maybe. However, the staff were very accommodating when fixing my nails. I will return but probably for pedicures only. read more
