Super small and clean and brand new massage chairs! Had to try the chairs bc my fiancee delivered them lol.

I was treated to a deluxe pedicure here today. Yesterday my friend called ahead for appointments just to be sure we could be seen right when they opened. They are a regular here. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and in just a few moments we were seated and the pedicures began. We were asked if we wanted a beverage and were served out choice of a hot tea. The lady that started working on my pedicure was doing a good job. I like the care and attentiveness she gave. Most surprising and pleasing was the salt scrub and in depth leg and foot massage. After my left lef was finished, there was a bit of a tag team going on and I had a second lady to pick up where she left off - I suspect the first lady had an appointment arrive and was just filling in. Either way, they both did a wonderful job with the leg and foot massage and the use of the hot stones was wonderful. The massage was followed with warm towels wrapped around the legs. Over all it was a good experience, reasonably priced and well worth the time and money. I would probably be a regular here if I were a local. read more

I needed my nails done before a trip out of state. I live close to Aroma nails so decided to give them a try. I was very happy with the service and my experience there. They brought me a beverage (diet soda) and the young lady that did my nails had the skill to do exactly what I hoped for this specific visit. I just wanted simple and understated, which, for ME, my need ( was attending my dad's interment in another state). I wanted sturdy, active length, French tip, no color ( which means they have to be done right!). I was thrilled with the results. The client next me however, went all in with her choices! I hope on my next visit (hopefully soon) I can do something more playful or exciting. I will definitely be back and am so glad to find a salon so close to home. read more

The place is dirty, the tools are not cleaned each time after use, they blow on them literally and tuck them back into a drawer for next client. They're cheap yes, but expect to get what you pay for. I came here and kept getting my cuticles burned and cut after they had already been filed. After requesting to stop hurting me, the tool was used all over again. Not returning I don't want to put myself in a situation where I can catch some type of fungi. read more

Decided to give this spot a try as they were the only ones that opened once quarantine lifted. They were packed and I barley got an appointment in! I was really impressed with their safety measures and felt protected and so grateful to finally get a mani pedi again! I had Ty and he gave the most amazing pedicure ever!! I didn't have to tell him to get my hang nails around my big toes out, or press firmer on my massage (which is the best part and he does amazing at). I actually feel relaxed and not disappointed at how short the massage was like I often am at other places. Was just heavenly! I've since been back for another pedicure and still just as amazing! I called this spot since I wanted to get my nails done near my house and another salon doesn't do SNS powder in multiple colors. I was also frustrated since another salon told me not to come in today since they were swamped so I was hoping to find an opening somewhere. So I gave them a call and they told me to come in now since 3:30pm didn't work for me. Parking was easy. This place was busy inside! That's a good sign. I didn't even have to wait. They accommodated me by squeezing me in. That made my day! They offer drinks to their clients. Sweet! Travel videos are playing on the TVs and music is playing. The places in the video looked pretty cool. I love my SNS nails. I'm pretty happy that I got a chance to check this place out since I couldn't make it to my regular spot. read more

I have been to this salon several time to get a mani/pedicure hot stone. the last three times were fine I kept going back and that says a lot in the nail care world with so many choices. This time the lady that did the pedicure knicked my feet I can't put all my weight on my heels and my right heel has an actual cut that will take a long time to heel. I called last night and left a message for the owners but when I did not receive a call back I called and talked with an associate that seemed half way interested in my concern it not happen to someone else. she indicated it happens from time to time and that was pretty much the end of the conversation. Well I am in pain it hurts to walk and put my shoes on. read more

Staff are friendly and welcoming but work could be a lot better. I had a male nail tech (not sure of his name) and was not satisfied with his work. I went in for a gel fill which runs $35 and left with streaky, lumpy polish and polish on my cuticles. After telling the nail tech, nothing was done to correct the issue. My nails are different lengths and the shape (coffin) is not consistent. I just moved here from Vegas where every nail tech I went to was anal (for lack of better word) about their work and left each client with a nice and clean finish. Not satisfied. read more

Horrible service today, first one in there this am and and they were not going to do both mani an dedication at same time. They have always done that as long as I have been going there. I told them I would leave so they decided to go ahead and do it. I now have bleeding cuticles and horrible looking dip nails. Never again will I go there again, they shared me full price to be treated this way. I would not recommend this place if you care about your nails like I do!! Super friendly and always able to squeeze me in last minute. I stopped in yesterday for a shellac manicure and pedicure and they fit me in within 10 minutes. The staff is always friendly and courteous and do a wonderful job. I got the classic(basic) pedicure which is $28 and the shellac manicure which is $30. They offered water or soda and had me seated in a chair and my feet in the tub right away. This is my go to nail salon. read more

My pedi was pleasant and my manicure by Nina was great as well. Everyone was very friendly and customer service was wonderful. Both services were thorough and executed to my expectations. I went to get my nails done for my birthday (Sns gel) and low and behold they chipped after 2 days..called them to make them aware and they asked that I return to fix... Being new to the area from NYC I was nervous to find a nail salon that would live up to NYC standards. I walked in at 10:15am on a Friday morning and Aroma nails was packed! I was told I could get a seat and it wouldn't be more than 5-10minutes. They were right. I got into the pedicure chair ready to relax! I received a girl that obviously was not sure about what she was doing and for almost 20 minutes was still filing my toenails. Thankfully, Wendy came to the rescue! Wendy is absolutely fantastic! Not only was the job efficient and timely, it last 2 weeks! (with some minor chips) I was going on a long vacation so longevity was key! I am so pleased I found Wendy! I have truly never had such a great pedicure and SNS nails done before. I've been to boutique nail salons and even high-end spas and Aroma Nails beats them all. The time spent and attention to detail on both services just amazed me. I opted for the Deluxe Pedicure and highly recommend it. Mine was done by Tino and he used the perfect pressure when massaging my legs and got every single bit of dry skin off my feet. So relaxing! I then had my SNS nails redone by July and I've never been happier with how they turned out. At other places I've always been told I kept my nails too short for an American Ombré look but she was willing to do it and it turned out better than I had hoped. When I thought she was done she got up and then proceeded to massage my arms, upper back, and neck. AMAZING! read more

So I must say I have been to just about every nail place in the Round Rock area and this place is the closest to being the best. They did an amazing job on my hands but only thing I disliked was there was no hand massage or anything. As for my toes the guy seemed to not know how to do a French because they were all watching him to make sure he did it right. Also I had asked for gel and wasn't given gel only regular French. They offered to redo them but I was just ready to go. Other than those mishaps overall very friendly atmosphere and there wine was very tasty. I will be coming back soon. read more

I have been going here because there is one technician I really like. I followed him from a nail place in Georgetown to Aroma. Today I went for a pedicure and picked out the color. He proceeded to go to where the polishes were and chose a similar color. He showed it to me and said the one I picked out was 'watery'. I went to pay and saw I was charged for a gel pedicure. I didn't ask for a gel pedicure, just the classic. I complained to the person who I thought was in charge. His reply, "sorry about that". I'd give them more stars, but I don't like being led to believe I was getting one thing and it turned out to be something else. read more

They are only getting 3 stars because the man who did the pedicure was amazing! Best pedicure I've ever gotten!!! However the manicure was horrible. My nails and cuticles were torn apart. I had acrylic on and wanted them taken off before getting the gel polish. Instead of soaking them, they went and just pulled them off - it was very painful. Once the gel was put on, the manicure only lasted a few days, several days less than the pain did. I will return for a pedicure and a pedicure only - the environment is nice and the drink options they have to offer are a very sweet addition to a pedicure. read more

I have been here 3 times - two pedicures and one mani. The pedis were both on a Friday around 5:30pm, and they were busy but I didn't have to wait more than a couple of minutes. The first pedi was great. Decor was very simplistic with modern touches. They have two big screen TVs showing the same thing: travel locations. Which is relaxing and I much prefer that over a news station or talk show. The music is pretty cheesy and annoying (oldies) but at least it wasn't too loud. My next time there I got another pedi and they used what looked like a regular sized cheese grater on my heels! I've had lots of pedis and have never seen that tool before. It left my heels a little scratchy. :-/ For my 3rd visit there I got a mani, on a Sunday afternoon. There was a fussy baby being held by a woman who was not a customer...I'm guessing it was the wife of an employee. It didn't bother me, but what was annoying was another employee watching a video or something fairly loud on a small device, and yet another employee playing a game with guns very loudly on his phone! Get some headphones, people! I was so ready to get out of there. Not relaxing at all. But the mani was excellent and lasted over a week. I will return, but probably not on a Sunday again. read more
