I went to get nano brows, and Landry…read morechose a warm brown color for me, but when she started inserting the ink, it went on my skin gray and she didn't stop to tell me, just kept going. She also doesn't know how to do brow mapping. I reached out to one of the owners, Lee Anne who helped color correct with powder brows at my touch up. however, Landry insisted on nano which pulls gray on oily skin, which I have. I should not have had to research this myself. I reached out to give them a chance to make things right, but they basically said I'm stuck with the gray so now I have to start the removal process all over again. Do a LOT of research on skin types, ink, etc before choosing your provider.
