I'm not proud of what the 90s did to my eyebrow hairs, but I'm super proud of myself for finding Mashari lol She is just too lovely for this world, and has found a way to achieve maximum kindness AND professionalism at the same time. I cannot begin to tell you how AFFIRMING these brows are for a trans elder as myself who has struggled with dysphoria a lot. I struggled with how feminine my brows were for so long, and now they are even better than what I thought i could never have! The way Mashari treated my complicated gender-affirming request was gracious, kind, and honestly above and beyond the courtesy you expect as a customer anywhere. I was seen and heard and respected, then sent off feeling like the world is my oyster! I'm going to go ahead and take credit for giving this incredibly talented artist the title of Goddess of All Brows (creating brows from scratch that look like this is no mortal feat). In case you see her pricing and go "oh my i could get it cheaper," then you are not looking at this from the right perspective; this is literally a face tattoo, and should cost a lot in order to be as good as you dream it would be. I got a bang for every penny I spent, and I'm telling you to go ahead and book Mashari rn and do yourself an enormous favor.

It's a big price commitment which is why it took me so long but I finally did it and I cannot be happier. I was a little nervous I would have push back on what I wanted because I wanted a very bold brow for my natural hair color and was so pleasantly surprised with how understanding and supportive of my vision Mashari was. I showed her a few photos of how I fill in my brows and she marked out the exact perfect shape on the first try. I immediately knew I was in fantastic hands. She was great and paying attention to how my face and body were reacting to the process (eyes watering, twitching, etc) so much so I didn't even notice before she did. I was shocked at how little pain I felt from the process. When I finally got to see my new brows I immediately started to cry. This is something I've wanted for a long time and she managed to make my brows so perfect. She was so kind and sweet about my emotional reaction. I really cannot overstate how comfortable she made me feel and how confident these brows make me feel. The studio is STUNNING. I am obsessed with it. Such a comfortable space. She made sure that the tattoo table was as comfortable as possible even having a knee pillow which was so nice I'm thinking of getting one for myself! She even grabbed my sweater for me to make sure I wouldn't get cold. The aftercare instructions and little goodie bag is so helpful. I really love that she gives the exact balm and soap to use. I have a few tattoos and always worry about if I'm using the correct soap and moisturizer during the healing. And with this being on my face I want it to heal as well as possible so I love that she gave me exactly what I needed. Overall this whole experience felt so luxurious to me. From the studio, to the pillows on the table, to the aftercare goodie bag, even to the bathroom! I am blown away with Mashari's talent with tattooing and ability to interpret what her clients are saying and making it happen. She's also just incredibly fun to talk to and I loved getting to know her! I cannot recommend her enough.

She accommodated my schedule knowing I was slotted to leave the country in a few weeks. She was careful to explain the process and sent me home with a care package. When I came back for a touch-up brow, she did an amazing job again even when it was a holiday for her. She made time for me. I appreciated that. Mychelle is an amazing artist and business owner. The booking process was a breeze and Mychelle was wonderful to work with. She is very honest and price is reasonable for her experience. Is it cheap? No. But do you really want to pay "cheap" for your brows, which can make or ruin your face?! She was very patient with me getting my draft brows to my liking. I also trust her suggestions. I will post pics after it heals, as I'm currently three days post procedure. I highly recommend!!

Jessica is a skilled artist and I couldn't be happier with my brows! I was a bit nervous going in…read moresince I've never had a tattoo or other body art besides piercings, but Jess took care of me every step of the way. I was interested in microblading to fill some gaps in my eyebrows and create a more symmetrical shape. Before committing to an appointment, Jess went over the preparation, procedure, and aftercare in detail before my appointment so I knew exactly what would happen. Once booked, Jess asked for sample photos of brows that I liked as well as a few photos of my face, so we could talk through shaping options. I wanted to mostly stick to my natural brow shape and fill in some sections / lengthen the ends, so I sent over a few photos of myself with brows I liked in the past as a baseline in addition to inspiration pictures online. The appointment: The studio is a bit of a drive from north Austin but parking is ample and easy. The space is clean, bright, and welcoming. Jess made sure to send me a couple rounds of brow edits a day before so there were no surprises when she mapped out the brows on my face. Once they looked good to me, she started the numbing cream and then the microblading. The whole process took about two and a half hours and was relatively painless, no sensation at all until the last five minutes when the numbing cream wore off a little, but even then it just felt similar to threading. Jess was thorough with hygiene (I am a germaphobe so this was huge!!), using all new instruments and changing gloves whenever she needed to reach for something else. Jess checked in regularly after my session to check how the brows were healing and gave me tips for when they got a little itchy. It's been a month since my session and my brows are looking clean, full, and finally symmetrical! I couldn't love them more.

Jenny spent so much time measuring and drawing - her preparation and attention to detail is expected in this job, but she takes it next-level in a really good way!! She made me feel comfortable with what we were doing, even though I'd gone in on a whim, and assured me that they would look natural and would follow my own hairline, simply filling in the spots that needed. She did not disappoint - the color is natural and blends with my natural eyebrows. They're just a more defined shape now, and I spend less time getting ready in the morning. My fiancé, who I have to add was against the procedure, even likes them and said they look natural, so that is also a plus. I've seen lots of botched jobs and have several friends who appear to have clown makeup with what they've done to their brows. This is NOT that place!!
