Let me just say that I've been searching for several years for someone to do my ombré powder brows. I was ready to go back to California or maybe hOuston to get them done because options were more abundant. When I searched online, everyone that said they did "ombré brows" were not truly ombré brows--there was no gradient of light to dark effect. I canceled my appointment an hour and a half before my appointment because my son had a bad fever that morning and I had to take him to the ER. I explained this to her and told her I didn't feel it was right that I would get my brows done while my son needed me. She stated that she was sorry to hear that but I had to pay FULL price. I told her that I could go later that week and she told me that I would have to pay in full prior to the rescheduling appointment and the charge wouldn't carry on. I seriously recommended people to this place because I got good feedback on my eyebrows but her policy is absurd. The owner is not professional at all. She doesn't care about the customer. Does not offer a solution. I had a touch up in May and it's fading there is small spot that looks like a bald spot on my eyebrow. In less than 6 months. I get it it's semi permanent. But it's not cheap getting them done. So maybe they use cheap ink. It should not be fading I have a "bald" spot on my eyebrow. So much for waking up and not having to worry about my eyebrows. Would not recommend this place. Pain was minimal as topical numbing gels are used. She also let me listen to a little bit of my favorite music to help calm my anxiety! The reason I made made an appointment with Michelle who does the Ombre Brows is because I met a women came into the office who had her brows done with Michelle and, it was a beautiful light brow color just what I wanted . There was a $200.00 deposit when you make the appointment online . After 6 months of waiting for my appointment it was my turn where I paid another $300.00 . When I met Michelle I told her I wanted a light brown eyebrow. She informed me since I had my brows tattooed previously it would be an additional $200.00 for a grand total of $700.00 and, that she would have use a little darker brown color which I agreed to. It wasn't a darker brown it was black When I went home my husband wasn't happy to say the least he said " You look like Harpo Marks or, Morticia Adams off the Adam's Family. I was mortified my husband's opinion means the world to me ! When the healing process was completed my brows are now charcoal ashy color. ( which was the same color the last my last tattoo artist used) I hated it). My second direction to Michelle was that I wanted my right eyebrow to be the same shape and, height of my left eyebrow Well that wasn't done either. I had my first touch up appointment 12/6/21 @ 1000 and, the fee for this appointment was $100.00 . I brought a pallet of brown eyeshadow and, showed her the brown that I wanted used for the touch up. Michelle said "no" she couldn't she couldn't use that color because the initial color she used. I made her aware that she didn't listen to me and, used a color I DID NOT APPROVE ! After being told "no" about the color I asked her to make the shape more definite and, to match the height of the right eye to the left eye she said "no there's nothing wrong with them they look great" I was soooo perturbed that I made it extremely clear that her opinion doesn't count and, she didn't pay my bill for me ! Michelle offered no customer service and, did my brows to her specifications and, coloring ! Not mine ! I paid $700.00 for Ombre Brows that I have to doctor up with eyeshadow ! She is a horrible Artist that has no idea what CUSTOMER SERVICE is. Everything I wanted she did her own way or, said "NO" I demanded my Touch Up fee back which was $100.00 and, made her aware of her failures to listen and, told her I would be writing this evaluation . I have news for you Michelle it's CUSTOMER's who can make you or, break you ! Try listening to the people that keep you in business. What I did was wasted $700.00 on an Artist who greatly falls short of talent and, even more discussing has no heart to care about people ! read more
