I have had the pleasure getting pierced by Ashley, The Needle Nook, and she has amazing beside manner. She makes you feel so comfortable that you don't even think of what is going on. I have now had my Madonna, Conch, Snug, Anti-Tragus, and a Double Helix. All the ear piercings done same day scattered between both ears. Went here for my first tattoo. Staff was helpful and friendly but some lines on my tattoo were a bit uneven. I tried my best not to move and if I did it could have messed the artist up. I went in to have Manny fix a bad tattoo I had gotten. I was quite surprised at how well he was with fixing it up and making it beautiful. I hold this tattoo very close to my heart because my daughter drew it and was devastated at what the other shop did. He really stepped up and now my daughter and I both adore it. Lesson learned. I was staying really close to supernova, and I decided to take a look at what their piercing services look like I went inside, and was greeted very kindly by one of the owners Nova who helped me get my walk-in appointment set up! I ended up getting pierced by Kaleigh who was super awesome and efficient in helping me place where I wanted my piercing and even took extra time to help me fix an older piercing even though I didn't book ahead! this tattoo parlor was fairly clean, very sanitary, but the tattoo artist i received had the heaviest hand ever. normally, i would keep going but it hurt so bad i had to tell him to leave it unfinished considering the pain level and the tattoo's overall quality was pretty poor. i'm really disappointed because the design was fairly simple so i thought it would be a good choice. i wish i knew going in that the artist i had was not good at line work overall so i didn't have to sit through something that hurt way too much for a single arm tattoo. artist definitely seemed in a rush like he wanted to get it over with which is fine if he didn't have such a heavy hand. the tattoo was bleeding so much and the hours, and even today after my arm is still sore. i'm glad i don't live in this state and have learned my lesson! also they didn't shave my girlfriend before tattooing her which is a bit unsanitary but hers still turned out pretty nice. linework tattoo lovers please beware! read more
