The piercer was…read moreincredibly friendly and also reminded our daughter that it is her voice and her consent, she can revoke her consent and ask to stop at any time, that truly meant a lot to us as we consistently teach that to her at home! She was very good at handling our daughter's nervous talk and pierced her ears very quickly/precisely, at the end our daughter said "ow that kind of hurt" when the piercer was already done with both earlobes! We were beyond grateful with the patience and the guidance the piercer gave (i work in pediatrics so i understand how challenging it can be at times working with children) our daughter laid by herself on the chair and didn't cry or flinch, her ears are looking good on 10/5 and she has 0 pain! Thank you guys

Do not come here at all costs. I'm a mother of 2 young kids and wanted to do something nice for…read moremyself on my birthday and get a simple piercing 7/1. I decide to go to Atomic tattoo I walk in and I was met by a woman who asked what I was looking to get done. I told her I had my nose piercing fall out a couple of weeks ago so I might want to just buy a new piece of jewelry for that if it's not closed up, and get a helix piercing or cartilage piercing. She tells me no problem but that . "it was just the end of the month so you can't pick out any jewelry from the case as we're out of stock of everything but I can pierce you with a regular gem stud" I say no problem. She takes me back and without saying anything at all shoves a needle through my nose piercing- it felt like getting repierced completely. And goes "oh wow it's still open, but I'd need to stretch it to put jewelry in it" after the pain and the way she just stuck it in there no warning I was like I'm good- let's just do a cartilage piercing. She does and there's no problems. 48 hrs later the back of the earring is completely swollen shut inside of my ear lobe and infected. I couldn't get back right in over there so I go a couple days later and a new woman helps me named Raynan. She was mortified when she saw the piece of jewelry I was pierced with and apologized profusely. It was completely wrong and left no room for swelling on the bar which happens when your ear is pierced. Thus leading to it being overgrown by my skin and becoming infected. She took it out and was very kind. She gives me the owners phone number named Justin. He tells me I can come get it repierced once it's healed. I go to the doctor and now I have a hardened callus on my ear and I cannot get it repierced even if I wanted to. So I reach out and ask for a refund. Justin says no problem does not get back to me and then says he can't find my transaction even though I sent him a screenshot of it from my bank. Mind you as of this review 10/2 ( I came in 7/1 and reported the botched piercing 7/5) I have yet to receive any kind of refund or compensation for this. Keep the $60- yall ruined my birthday gift to myself and permanently damaged my ear. Shocked at how Justin handled this. Nobody ever apologized other than the one employee who could not believe what had been done. I normally go to Shaman Ink and will never look back. I thought atomic could handle a cartilage piercing but I was sorely mistaken
