Go see Jamie! Great line work. No blow out. Light handed. Super reasonable prices. Will be back for future work.

Great location for your ink needs. I just got my 2nd piece from one of their visiting artists and I…read morelove the location. I'm guessing that maybe this used to be some sort of clinic. There are a whole bunch of private rooms so that's pretty cool. They weren't huge rooms, but I like the privacy offered. The equipment used is all new looking and the artists practice safe hygiene while working on your art. Looking forward to when my artist moves down and hopefully becomes a regular at this location. It's a nice place and if you are feeling pained after, there's a Dairy Queen across the street for when you're all done! :) Amy will make sure to send you appointment reminders and will even check in on you a day or two after to make sure everything with your new tattoo is going okay. Now that's service!

Having previously worked with a client who had one of Amy's gorgeous pieces, I also knew exactly who I wanted to create this masterpiece for me. Initially, we were planning for an under the bust piece to help me feel more comfortable about surgery scars from my reduction, but as I've grown more comfortable with those, Amy had no issue with transitioning to the piece I've actually wanted for years. Not only was she okay with it, she was excited for it! Precisely Veiled is a shop that invests a lot of time, energy, and compassion into their guests. The only time to actually schedule an appointment is on the first Wednesday of every month during their Consultation Day. They do it this way so that they can dedicate every other day to creating beautiful art for people. If you're unable to physically make it in, you can always call and discuss your idea with one of the artists to book your initial session that way. If you are able to make it in, they always have a variety of food catered in. When I initially scheduled my appointment, I did so over the phone with Amy and we'd communicated via text. This worked well, but I found that I preferred actually being able to chat in person which I did when we transitioned the tattoo. I came with photos of the painting I loved as well as several under the water scenes. Amy had me create a Pinterest board to put anything and everything that inspired me for this tattoo and share it with her. Very easy to do! Unfortunately due to my work schedule constantly shifting (it's less turbulent now!), we did have to reschedule once or twice, but Amy was incredibly understanding and managed to squeeze me in when someone else cancelled...lucky me! Communication was very clear and she confirmed, reconfirmed, and reminded me of the appointment several times over so I had no possibility of mixing up the day or time or forgetting altogether (not that I ever could!) On the day of the appointment, I arrived about 10 minutes early and signed the waiver. We prepped the space and she started on the middle section of the tattoo (which will run alone my right side from ribs to thigh.) When I wasn't entirely in love with the initial placement of the seashell, Amy was more than happy to reposition it and the location is absolutely perfect! Starting at the hip was a great place to start because now we can switch between location in my other appointments. It's only been a few days, but I already love what this section of the tattoo looks like and I can't wait to see the finished result (although it will definitely take a while because it is so big!) As far as the pain, it wasn't unbearable and currently feels a bit like a sunburn where your skin is slightly sore and stinging.. absolutely manageable pain! I was also sent home with ArmorGel and print out aftercare instructions. I won't share any photos just yet of the tattoo or the full design we're going with, but I can't recommend this location enough or Amy as an artist! It is very clean, the artists are fiercely passionate not only about their craft but also about their clients, and the work they do is evidence enough of their dedication! Thank you!

So bad I removed it in the car before leaving... I went in with my friend to get her second lobes…read moreredone and to get my helix. It was a Friday afternoon with no wait and no other customers at the time. She went first, and I went second. I watched as he marked her ears, but he never confirmed placement with her. He pierced one ear, and then the next. Realized the second ear didn't look right, so he took it out and redid it. She checked the final product, and it was not balanced. He went back and redid the first ear. I went next and explained I wanted a helix that would work with my other piercings. I laid down and then suddenly there was a needle in my ear. He did not confirm placement with me and that was not the spot I had pointed to on my ear. I could have been more direct, but I also have never just experience a hole put in my ear without explicit consent. It just felt so violating. We DID NOT get a choice on jewelry, which has never happened before. It was almost like he knew best. Why would a man know what two grown women would want in their bodies? I just said I liked it so we could leave. I did not want to have him redo anything since I just watch my friend get poked more times than necessary. I also felt like I had no power to do or say anything because my choice was not really considered. I sat in my car 20 minutes before walking back in and telling the front desk what happened. She was sympathetic, and said she would bring it to the attention of the owners. She made me feel better. I just didn't ask for a refund nor was offered. I left with the product, and it was just an overall awkward thing to happen. I just feel icky about it. I would not go back to him. The female piercer seemed very nice, so I don't want to scare anyone off from her. I'm just puzzled as to why all of the normal processes were skipped over and a hole was put into my body. The customer experience is important, and the years of experience the professional may have should not excuse a rushed and uncomfortable experience. I legit took it out in the car because I could not look at it any longer. The placement was weird with where my ear fold is especially with the large stud interrupting the natural line. It's legit larger than anything else I had in my ears. I would say if they didn't have anything smaller, he could have told me, but I never got the choice.
