He also helped me pick out two perfect pairs of threadless flat back earrings that look absolutely amazing. You can tell he really knows what he's doing and cares about his clients' comfort and safety. The prices were very reasonable too, which was a pleasant surprise given the quality of service and jewelry selection. They cancelled out appointment twice, first time because the artist "forgot" and the second didn't really get a reason, We asked for a refund and they said the owner had to do that, but we couldn't get in touch with the owner. I went in today for a navel and nostril piercing and when we came in the front desk guy was nice but once we got in the piercing room, the piercer was being rude and throwing down jewelry and my nose looks great but once we got to my belly and I looked and thought it was crooked (it wasn't) but he bluntly asked me "well what did you do" which caught me off guard and also my friend got her ears pierced and he was also rude to her when piercing her ears. I contacted not just ink in Order to get a tattoo removed. I set up the initial appt. Kacie contacted me the day of my appt and cancelled because of rain/flooding near the shop. I was able to reschedule and set up another appt. At the end of that appt I made my second removal appt directly with kacie. I messaged her the day of my second appt in hopes that I could come in earlier. I got no response for hours, or at all. Before driving all the way to the shop, I called not just ink and tried to verify if my appt was still on. I was told that I needed to contact kacie. I told the employee I had messaged her but received no response. He said he would get in contact with her. He called me back and told me that she had eye surgery that week and I would need to contact to reschedule. I messaged kacie directly multiple times and have not received a response. Unprofessional. Ms. Jordan pierced my vertical labret and it turned out awesome (I was very in and out about it- thankfully she had patience with me) The only thing was that I guess it didn't fit "me". She was really great about it and let me wait until the swelling went down to check back in with her. She helped me take out the vertical labret and I decided to get 2 dermals above my belly button- during pregnancy my belly button stretched out (I guess it's common) and I feel like you can hardly notice with the dermals! I really loved how she took the time and actually treated me like a client vs just $$. She made sure I was comfortable and took my concerns seriously. I called to ask about a few piercings me and 2 others wanted. When I had asked about nipple piercings for a 17 yr old (about to be 18), he flipped. He started yelling and getting a very bad attitude. When I finally got the chance to talk I said "so to be clear y'all will not pierce if with a parent" after he said "The parent has to have an ID and the kid has to have a Birth certificate". He made no sense. As soon as I wanted to clear things up he said "if you want to pierce a child we will not do that, you should wait till you're 21 when the female is fully developed". He then hung up while I was talking. They have now lost 3 future customers over one persons lack of patience and rudeness. If one worker/employee is like this then they all must be. My friends and I decided we wanted matching tattoos and had heard good thing about this place. We made an appt and when we got there the guy we made the appt with was not there. The guy at the front desk was really nice and helpful. He's the only reason they are getting 2 stars. We got the artist named TJ. He was an older man. He listened to nothing. He drew up the design and put it on me and I said I wanted a little teal in mine. He did the whole thing in teal and no black. I figured he was going to go back and do the black but he cleaned it up and when I said something he said "you wanted teal, you got teal. Too late for anything else." He was also very shaky. The lines are not straight and some are messed up. You can't read the words. He didn't fill everything in. He said it will fill itself in as it heals. Even I know better than that. I don't really recommend this place or the artist. Another one may be better but if they allow the quality of work this guy does then probably not. Now I get to go pay someone else to fix this when it heals because I will not go back there. read more

Unfortunaltley not very professional in the way they talk to people. They had no interest in what I had to say, I felt rushed & persuaded to get something I didn't want! I had 2 tattoos done and both needed to be redone. Not an easy task! I ended up having one covered up and am working on having the 2nd one covered up of course at another location so it cost me more $.I hate leaving bad reviews for any business but this one needed it! I have a lot of tattoos and have never been so displeased with a place as I have been this one. I really do hope they get some professionals in there who know what they are doing as they do have a great location off the highway.
