Very clean environment, and kind staff! I came in for my first nose piercing very nervous, and everyone in there was helpful and reassuring. Thanks to Not Just Ink I have a healthy and healed septum piercing, and I cannot wait to come back! read more

Had my double ear piercing done here yesterday and couldn't be happier with the experience! James was incredibly nice and knowledgeable - he took the time to explain the process, aftercare instructions, and answered all my questions. He also helped me pick out two perfect pairs of threadless flat back earrings that look absolutely amazing. You can tell he really knows what he's doing and cares about his clients' comfort and safety. The prices were very reasonable too, which was a pleasant surprise given the quality of service and jewelry selection. The studio was clean and professional, and I felt completely at ease throughout the entire process. My piercings look great and I'm already excited about how they're going to heal. Highly recommend Not Just Ink Tattoos And Body Piercing to anyone looking for quality piercings or tattoos. Ask for James - great staff, fair prices, excellent jewelry selection, and outstanding results! read more

Just took my daughter to get her seconds piercing. I was a honestly a little nervous having never been inside of a tattoo/piercing parlor myself, but as soon as we walked in I knew we were in the right place. The whole place feels calm. James did the piercing. He was very thorough, wore gloves, pulled instruments from sterile packaging, cleaned everything before starting. He talked with my daughter about the placement and double checked with me to make sure it was good. It was quick, but not in a way that felt rushed. Would definitely recommend this business for piercing. read more

Jimbo did amazing!!!! I'm big on reviews, so thankful I noticed the 1 star reviews at this shop are old and those artist are no longer there. And went with this shop on the more recent 5star reviews My last tattoo at a professional shop was so painful, too deep and total blowout. Jimbo was much less painful. Patient with me and my 18year old son. we will definitely come back here for any future tattoos. He is great at large colorful tattoos, so glad he did our tiny black letter tattoos read more

Ear Piercing Service Quick and Easy. James is the best at what he does! Good pricing makes me want to go back for more

Horrible business. We paid the full amount of the tattoo rather than just the downpayment. They cancelled out appointment twice, first time because the artist "forgot" and the second didn't really get a reason, We asked for a refund and they said the owner had to do that, but we couldn't get in touch with the owner. Finally called my bank and they got my money back. Shop looked nasty, people were rude and just overall horrible experience. read more

I went in today for a navel and nostril piercing and when we came in the front desk guy was nice but once we got in the piercing room, the piercer was being rude and throwing down jewelry and my nose looks great but once we got to my belly and I looked and thought it was crooked (it wasn't) but he bluntly asked me "well what did you do" which caught me off guard and also my friend got her ears pierced and he was also rude to her when piercing her ears. I like the piercings, but don't recommend read more

Went with my friend to get a eyebrow peircing the peircers made us feel really uncomfortable not sure if it was just us but she felt uncomfortable peircing was good but they should really try to not make there clients feel that way read more

James, Jimbo whatever he calls himself is an absolute nightmare to deal with. He's rude and disrespectful in his messages. If he doesn't like what art you want for your tattoo he will post it and make fun of it on his Instagram page. His work isn't good enough for the amount of ego he has. Go anywhere else but here. read more

I contacted not just ink in Order to get a tattoo removed. I set up the initial appt. Kacie contacted me the day of my appt and cancelled because of rain/flooding near the shop. I was able to reschedule and set up another appt. At the end of that appt I made my second removal appt directly with kacie. I messaged her the day of my second appt in hopes that I could come in earlier. I got no response for hours, or at all. Before driving all the way to the shop, I called not just ink and tried to verify if my appt was still on. I was told that I needed to contact kacie. I told the employee I had messaged her but received no response. He said he would get in contact with her. He called me back and told me that she had eye surgery that week and I would need to contact to reschedule. I messaged kacie directly multiple times and have not received a response. Unprofessional. I do not recommend. read more

Ms. Jordan pierced my vertical labret and it turned out awesome (I was very in and out about it- thankfully she had patience with me) The only thing was that I guess it didn't fit "me". She was really great about it and let me wait until the swelling went down to check back in with her. She helped me take out the vertical labret and I decided to get 2 dermals above my belly button- during pregnancy my belly button stretched out (I guess it's common) and I feel like you can hardly notice with the dermals! I really loved how she took the time and actually treated me like a client vs just $$. She made sure I was comfortable and took my concerns seriously. I definitely recommend and will be going back! read more

Came in for a piercing and am very pleased with my experience. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and professional. Def recommend!

Terrible. Messed up my piercing not once but a second time. Lady claims she cared but didn't even say sorry and she rushed out. Also NEVER got offered my money back. unprofessional Later I went back up there only to have the manager barely apologize and make ME feel like it was my fault her employee fucked up TWICE even though I just layed there and got pierced no I didn't jump or scream. The manager even blocked me on Facebook,THE GIRL DIDNT WASH HER HANDS BEFORE OR AFTER. And come to find out she hit a vein the first time she pierced me. Terrible service and WAY overpriced. read more

Walked in today, I already knew what I wanted and talked to Daniel. He drew out what I wanted and put it on my forearm, everything probably within an hour. Looks great and had a pretty good time. Everybody in the shop seemed like they worked well together, give them a try. I will get my next one done here as well. Thomas read more

Garry did an amazing beautiful job on my custom cover up. I will definitely be back again for more work.

I called to ask about a few piercings me and 2 others wanted. When I had asked about nipple piercings for a 17 yr old (about to be 18), he flipped. He started yelling and getting a very bad attitude. When I finally got the chance to talk I said "so to be clear y'all will not pierce if with a parent" after he said "The parent has to have an ID and the kid has to have a Birth certificate". He made no sense. As soon as I wanted to clear things up he said "if you want to pierce a child we will not do that, you should wait till you're 21 when the female is fully developed". He then hung up while I was talking. They have now lost 3 future customers over one persons lack of patience and rudeness. If one worker/employee is like this then they all must be. Unbelievable how unprofessional he was then did not even answer my call the second time. read more

I have been wanting something to commemorate my father for a very long time. This is by far the most comfortable and realistic tattoo that I have ever received. Cisco took his time and was very meticulous about every detail of the portrait. This far exceeded any expectation that I had and I would highly recommend him. read more

Daniel Anderson is amazing! He was very understanding and willing to work with me when creating my tattoo. He made sure that we had created the perfect tattoo before we went any further. My tattoo turned out amazing and I will definitely be back in the future. This place is right off the highway sort of secluded, but it is a great find! I would recommend this place. Small and secluded finds are usually the best ones!!! read more

Me and my cousins went in to get piercings, I got a bellybutton piercing and they got nose piercings. Nicole was very nice and talked us through everything she did. We will be back! read more

My friends and I decided we wanted matching tattoos and had heard good thing about this place. We made an appt and when we got there the guy we made the appt with was not there. The guy at the front desk was really nice and helpful. He's the only reason they are getting 2 stars. We got the artist named TJ. He was an older man. He listened to nothing. He drew up the design and put it on me and I said I wanted a little teal in mine. He did the whole thing in teal and no black. I figured he was going to go back and do the black but he cleaned it up and when I said something he said "you wanted teal, you got teal. Too late for anything else." He was also very shaky. The lines are not straight and some are messed up. You can't read the words. He didn't fill everything in. He said it will fill itself in as it heals. Even I know better than that. I don't really recommend this place or the artist. Another one may be better but if they allow the quality of work this guy does then probably not. Now I get to go pay someone else to fix this when it heals because I will not go back there. read more

Go see Chucky!! His work is amazing. I had a half sleeve tattoo FULL of color done by him two years ago and the color is still on point. He's really a tattoo god. read more

Unfortunaltley not very professional in the way they talk to people. They had no interest in what I had to say, I felt rushed & persuaded to get something I didn't want! I had 2 tattoos done and both needed to be redone. Not an easy task! I ended up having one covered up and am working on having the 2nd one covered up of course at another location so it cost me more $.I hate leaving bad reviews for any business but this one needed it! I have a lot of tattoos and have never been so displeased with a place as I have been this one. I really do hope they get some professionals in there who know what they are doing as they do have a great location off the highway. If you're thinking of getting a tattoo here, check out the artwork first and take a visit in there before committing to anything. I doubt you'll want to commit. read more
