I wish I had taken a "before" photo! I'm so glad I found Veronica. She is a real artist!! I've had my brows tattooed twice over the last 12 years and they were very faded. I had a small "blob" over my left brow from a previous permanent makeup artist and Veronica helped me find the perfect color and shape I wanted plus she used "permanent makeup" to cover over that "blob!" My eyebrows look better than ever! Today I went back to have her TINT my eyebrows! I'm 75 and those ugly gray hairs showed up too much on my beautiful new brows. Now they're perfect! Classic Bait and Switch - BBB Material Veronica is a classic example of a business owner who not only does not value her customers, but puts zero emphasis on keeping her word. That's putting it lightly. This woman received a glowing review from me, used it on all of her advertisements, them essentially ripped me off. I had several horrible experiences, with a no-show no-call texted cancellation after an hour-long drive from Kyle, a telephone consultation while she was terribly intoxicated, she consistently jacked up prices and increased rates, procedure refusal with halfway finished spotty work (touch ups are absolutely necessary), additional fees, and snide personal remarks about my relationship: nail salon crossed with drunken bar room etiquette. She has no concept of the word "loyalty" even though she offers a loyalty program. Every, every, EVERY time I have scheduled with her, she's made a little more money, roped in a few more clients, jacks up her rates changing terms of her contract. I paid three times above what she's currently advertising, and she's still increasing rates. I guess she's just not making enough on repeat customers. My tip: go to a business that really does value your loyalty and get it all in writing. Don't expect the prices you e been quoted to hold up long. Veronica does not value anything more than the money she's making. She isn't that great to be screwing people who have held her and her business on regard, there are plenty of other businesses out there who actually value YOU, as much as the dollar amount of your visit. And don't use the dollar store products she has stocked as free gifts (they are really from the dollar store). They do more harm than good for the healing process, I learned that the hard way. Dollar general products just don't cut it for some things, this is one of them. I can't believe that happened. read more

I've had permanent makeup for over 25 years. All of the previous work had been done in California. I was thrilled to find Veronica. It had been a long time since I had my makeup refreshed, she took a great deal of time discussing brow shape and color as well as eyeliner color and thickness. I left my appointment very pleased with the results. My brows and eyeliner look better than ever at half the cost it would have been in California. I have been coming to Veronica since last year and even referred my mom. We both love her work, professionalism and attention. My mom has had permanent makeup before and commented on how much more professional Veronica is. As a Licensed Esthetician I noticed myself. She keeps a record of every one of her clients, updates as needed and always lets you know what she's doing and asks you if you're comfortable. Her office and work station are always spotless and I can always see her opening new product/equipment for me. I got eyeliner and lipliner done and am really pleased! Her prices are extremely reasonable and I drive from San Antonio to see her in Georgetown because believe me, her prices can't be beat. Expect to schedule touch ups, this is permanent makeup and good pigmentation requires several visits. She even offers discounted prices for these touch ups. All in all I recommend her and would be a fool to have gone elsewhere!! As for the "dollar store free gifts" she gives out that a commenter below remarked on, I guess she's referring to the vaseline packets? I, for one, find it extremely convenient and only use this when healing. I find it it more sanitary than sticking my fingers in my big tub. I love my eyebrows!!!! Veronica did great today! She was very attentive during my consult and patiently looked at every picture I brought. I told her repeatedly how nervous I was but she never made me feel rushed and her calmness helped put me at ease. She chose the perfect brow color for me suggesting lighter and we could always add to later on. She applied the numbing cream which at first I exclaimed - it doesn't hurt at all! Well, I was wrong. It does hurt. A lot. But honestly, you're getting a tattoo on your face. Numb all you want- it's going to hurt so suck it up! I was so so critical at the end questioning the same thing over and over but again, no pressure, no rushing, she calmly walked me through everything and I'm happy she did. Halleleujia! I finally found a true professional!!!! I had previously had my lipliner tattooed by another individual and the results were less than desirable!!! I came to Veronica in search of a correction miracle!!!! One side of my lipliner was higher than the other, my bottom liner was wavy.... and the color was much too dark. I am happy to report that Veronica is a true artist and she FIXED ME UP!! Total nightmare! This woman is inexperienced, made critical mistakes, left eyeliner tattoo dots high on the eyelids and then tried to blame me saying I moved. My eyebrows are a weird brown and orange color with areas without any tatoo. She totally missed the eyebrow arch and they are Not symmetrical. Veronica tattoos as if she just left happy hour and not everyone has the talent to Tatoo. Here's the problem, I not only paid to have Veronica make a mess of my permanent makeup, I now have to pay someone to correct her inexperience and poor quality of art. I was very wary of having my eyebrows done, yet Veronica explained everything to me before hand, which served to reassure me. She spoke at length about how a person's eyebrows were supposed to look according to their facial features. Never had anyone talked with me about a procedure which made me feel all the more included in the whole process. When Ms. Morris had finished (she actually drew my eyebrows on freehand!) I didn't feel like I'd had my eyebrows "done." Instead it felt like a transformation of my whole look...and a very good one at that! I had my brows done about 3 years ago in another city by another artist, and I was generally pleased with the results. I always felt they looked slightly too thick for my face, though, and over time as they faded, they became blotchy and droopy. I found veronica on Yelp and booked with her to fix me up. She spent an enormous amount of time measuring the distances of my brows to ensure they were even and determining which colors she would use. I showed her a picture taken soon after the last time, and we discussed what I liked and didn't like. In these situations, you never really know how well the person is listening until you see the finished product. Wow!!! I have no idea how she worked the magic she did, but it almost looks like I got a face lift because everything looks so much better!!! I had no idea how exhausted and droopy my whole face was looking simply from my brows, but one look in the mirror after she finished made it very clear! I just got my permanent eyeliner touched up. I have to say, since I did this, I feel a thousand times prettier and much more confident. The price was amazing and the work was good. If you are considering getting it done, go to Rise and Shine. Veronica was very personable and knew how to keep me calm. It's weird having someone touch your eyes like that but she is great.
