I had an eyebrow design/shape and a Brazilian. I had previously gone to another studio and was unhappy with the results, and Nina immediately started off by asking about my skin type, aesthetic preference, and then examined my skin. She absolutely puts a lot of care and time into her work, and tailors each client's experience to their needs. In terms of pain levels, this was one of the easiest waxes I've ever had! I'm not super well-versed on the different types, but I had minimal breakage and minimal pain. She's also a complete perfectionist and will take the extra time to clean up stray hairs and make sure you leave feeling great. My eyebrows looked amazing and I loved that we came up with a "plan" to get them to where I'd like them to be (growing them out more). She does a beautiful job giving you a super natural, but polished look. Finally, Nina is SO sweet and so much fun to chat with - I always feel like I'm catching up with a friend when I see her. I get to the appointment 5 minutes late and she tells me that she can only work on me for 5 minutes because she has someone at 5pm. OK so I understood that and continue to proceed to the appointment. I get to the appointment, she does just the bottom of my brows and sent me on my way with no mirror or asking me how I like it, NOTHING and still charges me the full balance of $37 even though she did HALF the job! $37 for 4 minutes of work is absolutely disgusting! I will never in my life return to this business again that was extremely unprofessional and not cool because I have been coming to this business for years! She clearly has no consideration for her clients. I am an aesthetician myself, and I could never in my life imagine doing someone like that. I know the basics about injectables but throughout the last 5 or so years, I really needed somebody to tell me what kind of treatment I needed at age 54, where and why. because I've been to a lot of places prior to her for Botox and other things, and I'd do the research on everything I could find so I'd know what to ask for, but maybe wasn't sure how it all worked. And you really need someone that knows their job and not just for the money. She actually cares about what she does and she does her best to explain whatever questions you have and how to sculpt your face to keep you looking younger. I was so relieved when I found her! Let me tell you, I've had my experiences and I would go into these places asking for help. There's so many different types of things that can be done without doing a face lift, etc... but nobody really seemed to care to explain anything. I'd book an appointment and ask questions but I would get questions right back at me, where do you want your Botox? Here's a woman who use to be a plastic surgeon in New York, and now she has her dream company of helping women look their youngest, their best and help reverse aging right here in Cedar Park! I've had Sculptra done with her, which went very smoothly and then a few months later I had the Morpheus8 done with microneedling, which does most of the work in producing the collegen at a more continuous pace over the next few months. I've compared her prices to what the average prices are depending on the treatment and her prices are significantly lower than they could be.
