Do not recommend! Jennifer left me with unfinished brows! Total brow nightmare! I would like the owner of this salon to contact me. Jennifer did not have a booking for the microbrow touch up for almost 4 months when it's supposed to be within 4-6 weeks so now I have to live with an unfinished brow job which is a total nightmare. She said many of her clients were in the same boat because she overbooked so beware. I don't understand how someone can be so irresponsible as to not plan for clients touch ups before scheduling new appointments. I asked for almost 6 weeks before she actually explained how far behind she was, yet she was not willing to remedy it. I had tried to get an appointment with her so often, it was easier to get an appointment to get a Covid vaccine. She was ok with me walking around with misshapen brows! When I made contact with the Ramè Studio Facebook page to ask for a solution they said she just rented space there, did not care about my problem and immediately blocked me from Facebook. I mean c'mon! Talk about not even terrible customer service, but completely devoid of customer service. I tried to book with other studios but they didn't want to do a touch up as every artist has a different style so they said I would have to start over and pay the full price plus the touch up. So I tried to book with Jennifer again. I finally saw an opening and booked it. Jennifer accepted and then declined the appointment. Instead of accepting the appointment and solving the problem like a professional she blocked me like a little child. How sad. Totally cowardly and unprofessional. Now I have to start over with a new appointment and pay full price. It's really sad that she thinks it's ok to block a client instead of actually handling the issue. Not a good omen for her future in business. But I guess if you're constantly booking new clients it doesn't really matter. I would not work with someone lacking integrity to follow through and problem solve. God forbid if you complain about her inability to plan things when you're trying to be a responsible client and book in a timely manner to get the most out of the work. I understand making mistakes with booking but I was super patient and was starting to get upset looking at my unfinished brows every day! Even then, I simply stated my frustration and never made it personal. But they were just like "oh, she's upset, who cares, block." I would like to mention I had wide open availability and would have been willing to pay to have my son dropped off to daycare early had I known she wouldn't have another appointment for 4 months. Now I have unfinished brows that I've had to live with since Feb. Unprofessional!! Lacking character and integrity. Do not recommend!! It's beyond rude to completely dismiss someone's frustration as if they don't even mean a thing. It's just as bad to leave a client with an unfinished job. Disgusting. Zero stars. read more

Erika is AMAZING. I was overpaying for lash extensions at a closer salon and decided to research other places and after 2 weeks of thorough research on every salon in central Texas I decided to try Ramè Beauty Studio and was so impressed. I thought my lashes had looked good before but she made them look so much better and she knew so much about it all. I ask a lot of questions (I like to know everything, lol) and she answered every one of them, no hesitation (or annoyance). She even explained how she's tried different glues and brands of lashes until shes found the best of the best for her customers. Great with communication too! The owner is the absolute worst. You would think when you make an appointment with the owner she would have a warming and welcoming vibe. The vibe is so off in this place. The owner always looks like she's in the worst mood ever. When she does talk she trash talks the entire time. There have been so many changes and staff turn over in the last year I'd 100% blame the vibe in this place. The owner owns another salon under another name. Erika is absolutely the best at lash extensions. I have been going to her off and on for a little over a year. I get so many compliments on my lashes. The glue she uses does not irritate my sensitive skin. I am also a contact lense wearer, and I can wear the extensions with absolutely no problems whatsoever! I go every three weeks for fills and my lashes hold up fabulous. I love being able to wake up and not have to worry about eye makeup if I don't want to wear it and I LOVE not needing mascara. read more

I had the same lash tech for years so when she moved out of state I was sure I would never find a replacement that did as good as she did (I drove 20 miles one way to see her every two weeks). I've been seeing Erika for more than a year for my eyelash extensions. She is very thorough, and the glue she uses is not at all abrasive or irritating. Since I've been going to Erika, my eyelashes are more durable than the person I was using previously. Besides higher quality, she is very efficient. Her studio is clean, and her schedule is flexible.
