Four hours and nearly $150 down the drain later, this is the absolute worst nail job I have ever left with from any salon. My technician filed my nails down twice to completely start over, which left my natural nails extremely thin and sensitive. By the end of the appointment my cuticles were cut and bleeding, and several of my fingers were raw and irritated around the nail beds. I didn't ask for anything crazy literally just square nails with one solid color. The absolute most basic nails you could get. I should've stayed home, saved myself the money, headache, and pain. Throughout the entire appointment I was asking her to make adjustments and explaining what needed to be fixed, but she still couldn't seem to understand what I was asking for. Multiple nails are uneven, the sides are over-filed, and the shaping is inconsistent. After sitting there for four hours and not getting anywhere with the technician, I went to the front desk to explain what had happened, and the receptionist literally laughed in my face like it was a joke. A nail appointment should never leave someone with cuts, bleeding fingers, and nails that look like this after spending that much time and money. Not even 24 hours and my nails look terrible. The girls were nice though. It took almost two hours for two girls working on my nails and toenails at the same time for a basic service with gel. The slowest music on, no one was smiling or upbeat. I still tipped 20%. The lady doing my toenails must of done my big toe 12 times. I should of asked her to take the gel off and redo it. I am very unhappy with the outcome. The white paint looked old and watery. I will not be back, I didn't spend $108 for this to look awful. Terrible service and I will never be returning! I went in with my sister for mani/pedis and brought an example photo of the nails I wanted done for my wedding. The nail tech did not follow the picture whatsoever (different color and different pattern than the picture) and then was angry with me when I asked for it to look more like the picture. Every single one of my nail beds was bleeding from being filed and drilled, which she laughed at. Another guy eventually came to fix my nails and poured acetone into my bleeding fingers, he also laughed as I was crying my eyes out from pain and frustration. The cashier laughed at us when we gave feedback as well. I left four hours later covered in blood, my beautiful, long natural nails are so short now from having to be redone three times, and now I have dry, scabby, disgusting fingers for my wedding photos - can't even get them redone because my fingers are so irritated! I will also mention the lack of hygiene - they dipped the topcoat into my bloody nails and back into the bottle for every finger, who knows how many people's blood is in the polish!!! This was not the first time I left this place with bleeding nail beds and my sister's nails came out even worse than mine. Never again!!! read more

My friend made an appointment for 2 of us for getting nails done. I had an event the next day so I just wanted a basic manicure with a match shade to my dress. Firstly, even after making an appointment we had to wait almost an hour before someone started working . Since my friend was getting an SNS they started working on her nails first! I had to wait an extra 15-20 mins before someone started on my nails. I really didn't pay much attention to what they did on basic manicure, I was only concerned about nail paint. They helped me select a shade to go with my dress which was perfect. I did dry my nails for a very good time at the salon itself as well as I did not do any work after getting home as well .. But to my disappointment not even 24 hrs and the color from one of the nails smudged and other 2 nails peeled off ! My event was just the next day after I got the color done. So I made sure I din do any dishes or any work that would damage them. Definitely can't avoid washing hands and shower ! I got other basic manicure with regular polish done from a very basic nail salon just 2 weeks ago again for an event and my paint did stay up good for at least 4 days ! A total dissatisfaction and disappointment!! Not going back to this place again! It's fancy but the quality of the paint is really really poor !! Whenever I'm in Austin, this is my go to place they are always so kind and give me exactly what I asked for. One woman educated me on my feet and why a certain cut should be done over others. Myra was incredible!!! I thought I had an Oval shape... but she quickly corrected me and made my nails beautiful. Had an appointment on a Friday- I got a gel manicure done, french tip, by saturday a couple nails had chipped and were already peeling off. Tried to go Sunday to get them fixed, they were closed. Went to a new nail salon since I worked Monday and could not show up with chipped and peeling nails. Other hand was lifting as well, anytime I ran my hands through my hair it would come off. called Monday to see if I can get a refund or store credit or anything since I had to get my nails redone and they barely lasted a day. they refused and said the technicians are paid by commission and there. There's nothing that they can do to help, except to put a note in their system that my nails peeled off. I really wanted to like this place. Staff were very friendly and accommodating but unfortunately they did a less than subpar job. My dip nails were very crooked and uneven (I asked the nail tech to fix it and she said she would after applying the dip, then never did), the real nails underneath were never trimmed before applying the fake nails so they stick out under the dip nails. I am getting married tomorrow and have already spent over an hour just trying to shape them and correct the mistake. I also feel I was extremely over charged. 45 for a classic pedicure (no gel) and 50 for dip nails. The woman who did my fingers was extremely nice which made it hard to give any real feedback. This shop is aesthetically pleasing. Plenty of foot spas and manicure spaces. The staff was friendly, and my manicurist was polite. The hand and arm massage calmed me, and I'd go back just for that. I received an OPI gel manicure on my natural nails. I'm only giving a four-star rating because the polish in the cuticle pocket could've been a tad neater, and she kept asking me if I take medicine, because my thumb nail bed had a dark stripe down the middle. I took my cousin to the shop which was my second visit. I have a hard times in the nail shops because for me it comes with a level of service that can be a hit or miss. The lady that assisted my cousin seemed knowledgeable and communicated well about my nails but my tech was silent the whole time. She didn't even ask about what shape I wanted abs was not concerned about her level of service however had plenty to say in another language which was frustrating as well. Wanted to like this place because of how close it was to my job and of course how nice it looked on the inside. I have tried this place three times and each time leaving dissatisfied. First visit, full set SNS dip with deluxe pedicure. Nails turned out great, but multiple people kept hovering around my nail tech... whatever, blew it off. During my pedicure (which was close to closing time) turned out nice, but hard time relaxing when you feel like you're keeping everyone late. Everyone was closing down for the night and shouting their conversations across the salon. Guess it didn't matter bc I was the only one there, right? Mind you I called and scheduled this appointment (not just a walk-in) and offered to reschedule my pedicure bc clearly everyone was ready to leave. Tech insisted I stay. Second visit, color change on SNS dip and pedicure. Again, pedicure was great. My nails.... not so great. Asked for almond and got uneven round. Asked multiple times for almond and to clean up the extra material. Left there a hot mess, multiple cuts and unhappy. (See pictures) Third and final time. Soak off SNS, manicure and pedicure. I haven't been to a nail salon in sooo long it felt good to get pampered, lol. I like this nail salon because it's newer and they seem to have good cleaning procedures. Upon arrival, there is always a person at the front counter to check you in/out. Due to Covid-19 they put new safety measures in place. Upon arrival at the front desk, your temperature is checked. You are required to complete a waiver that says you don't have symptoms and they aren't liable if you leave with symptoms. The nail salon was not busy, but they were steady. That made it easier for social distancing. The salon has a lot of seating anyway. The nail techs did have on masks and customers are required to wear masks. When you get your nails done a plastic divider is between you and the nail tech. read more

I really wanted to like this place, but after my 4th visit, I feel confident in saying that this place isn't worth your time or money. My first two visits I got a pedicure, then a standard gel manicure. No issues. 4th visit my friend and I decided to get acrylics done and boy, where to start. I was cut 3 different times. Both with the drill bit they used to remove my gel polish (they charge $25 for polish removal btw), and with the file. I did bleed and they still hurt 3 days later. Someone else in the reviews mentioned they used cuticle oil on a cut, and they did for me as well. Our blood is now in that bottle. We were also surrounded by literally 6 nail technicians watching. I guess we chose a color they weren't used to and they were teaching them? It was super uncomfortable, but I brushed it off. My friend asked for a black ombré fade. Hers turned out terrible - there were pits in the nail and the color was not good. She had also request coffin shaped, but they were clearly square. So we asked if we could get it redone another day, as we'd been there for about 3 hours as it was. They tried hard to get us to get it fixed right then, but we just didn't have time. They weren't able to refund her or give her a gift certificate, as they needed a manager present. So they wrote a note on her receipt. We went back two days later - one of my nails had broken off the day before, but I didn't bother saying anything. They tried to give her the same nail technician, so we requested someone else. The manicure took close to 3 hours, and the results are ... subpar. The nails are thick and uneven, and her cuticle was cut. We don't plan to come back. read more

This nail salon was so promising because they open at 9 instead of 10 like other salons. The first 2 times I went I was seen by Kim. She was patient, thorough, detailed and sweet. If you must go here - ask for Kim. The last time I went Kim was with an appointment so I saw someone else. He made my nails thick and flare even though I asked him to do the same shape I came in with (skinny square) . The dip was overflowing on my cuticles and I went to Sally's to buy 3 nail files to fix them myself. Oh and he cut me twice with the file. My daughter was with me , her experience wasn't any better. Her nails look fine but the tech was popping and prying her old set off instead of soaking - causing a lot of damage and pain. We both questioned the method and my daughter said ouch like 3 times. I hate to say this but every time I come here I regret the money I just spent when I leave. Everyone here is really nice so it's hard for me to say this. I come here when I'm in a pinch since I live down the street and don't want to drive 30 mins to the place I usually go to by my job. I got a pedicure deluxe and SnS dip. My toe nails looks good but my feet do not. I did not realize this until after showering and putting lotion on my feet. My feet are rough at the heel, on the bottom of my big toes, and the small callus on the side of my big toe on both feet are both still there. $40 on a pedicure and no callus removal? I also did not get the paraffin wax for the pedicure which I didn't realize until at check out looking at the pedi menu. I didn't say anything at the time, though, so that's on me. I had to take a nail filer and buff my feet myself after my shower. My SnS nails look good, the shape of the nail is nice and the color is great. The nail place by my job does 3 layers of the dip and lasts a full 4 weeks with no chipping so hopefully this does as well for the $50 it cost with only two layers of dip applied. read more

How refreshing, am I right? The owner Ashley is so nice and accommodating! All of the staff is so nice, when I call and make an appointment they know me by name and they always accommodate the people I want and services. How often any more do people actually know your name?
