Stephanie of Bettie Bangs met me at the larger salon door, walked me back to her studio, and instantly made me feel welcome. We talked through my previous experiences, discussed future ideas I had, and she gave me a fabulous cut and style quickly and very reasonably priced. The salon itself was clean, cozy, and felt like a place full of friends - as the two stylists chatted between client conversations, interjecting stories and shared experiences. I'm just trying to get my eyebrows threaded before I move out of state!! My texts get ignored or only get responded to HOURS after. I gave up trying to call her months ago because it always went to voicemail. Very frustrated at the lack of availability she has for me. She is 30 minutes away from my new place before I leave and I'm willing to make a 1hr commute to go see her but seems like i May just have to find someone else.
