The actual best spot in Austin- they did my wedding nails and my husband begs to come for a monthly pedicure- the space is clean and welcoming and each time we go it gets better and better

Joy A.

Not even 24 hours and my nails look terrible. The girls were nice though. It took almost two hours for two girls working on my nails and toenails at the same time for a basic service with gel. The slowest music on, no one was smiling or upbeat. I still tipped 20%. The lady doing my toenails must of done my big toe 12 times. I should of asked her to take the gel off and redo it. I am very unhappy with the outcome. The white paint looked old and watery. I will not be back, I didn't spend $108 for this to look awful. Toenail is bubbly looking and my fingernail polish is already coming off.

The place is beautiful and huge . Feels glam walking in their . Staff is good - This was my first experience! But the reason for my 2 star review.. Although I wanted to love this place even after the appointment timings were messed up . But the quality that I got for nail paint turned this review into 2 stars. My friend made an appointment for 2 of us for getting nails done. I had an event the next day so I just wanted a basic manicure with a match shade to my dress. Firstly, even after making an appointment we had to wait almost an hour before someone started working . Since my friend was getting an SNS they started working on her nails first! I had to wait an extra 15-20 mins before someone started on my nails. I really didn't pay much attention to what they did on basic manicure, I was only concerned about nail paint. They helped me select a shade to go with my dress which was perfect. I did dry my nails for a very good time at the salon itself as well as I did not do any work after getting home as well .. But to my disappointment not even 24 hrs and the color from one of the nails smudged and other 2 nails peeled off ! My event was just the next day after I got the color done. So I made sure I din do any dishes or any work that would damage them. Definitely can't avoid washing hands and shower ! I got other basic manicure with regular polish done from a very basic nail salon just 2 weeks ago again for an event and my paint did stay up good for at least 4 days ! A total dissatisfaction and disappointment!! Not going back to this place again! It's fancy but the quality of the paint is really really poor !! Even if it's a regular polish I at least expect it to stay for 2 days if not more !!

I've been to plenty of nail salons throughout the years this one is one of the best I've been to. Lovely comfy chairs for pedicures , the remote for the massage chair is very comfortable and built into the chair so no fumbling for that remote thing like at other places. I will return.

I've been coming here for years! Amazing service! Helen and the ladies are always friendly! Tons of colors to choose from and it's always clean!

Peeling off nails- not even a day of having gel manicure

Had an appointment on a Friday- I got a gel manicure done, french tip, by saturday a couple nails had chipped and were already peeling off. Tried to go Sunday to get them fixed, they were closed. Went to a new nail salon since I worked Monday and could not show up with chipped and peeling nails. Other hand was lifting as well, anytime I ran my hands through my hair it would come off. called Monday to see if I can get a refund or store credit or anything since I had to get my nails redone and they barely lasted a day. they refused and said the technicians are paid by commission and there. There's nothing that they can do to help, except to put a note in their system that my nails peeled off. I also got a basic pedicure and my bill was over $100. would not recommend this place at all. l

This nail salon is upper echelon. My nails & toes were painted to perfection, the customer service was amazing, the price is the best around & the location is close to my home. I can't wait to bring my in-laws when they come in town.

Was very disappointed Decided to take my 94 yr old grandma n me on a girls day ran into this nail bar looked really cute (Usually go to the same place to get my nails done but figure it's a special day let's try some place really cute n it's close to where we r shopping) As soon as we walked in we were very rushed !!!!!! Not even a chance to look at colors we were asked what we want ,./ I said a pedi but she'd like a powder mani But mentioned we'd like to see colors first Since we weren't sure Standing right over us to look at colors continuously asking are u ready ? Are you ready Which I understand if busy but there was no one waiting , it wasn't close to closing it was just to much They have so many colors to look at l n to hover over us as we look was to much especially when it's supposed to be a special day,...n when we mentioned we needed a second it wasn't given Forward to getting a pedi 50 I don't mind paying but it was rushed water was cold cuz it had been sitting since we walked in , when I pressed the chair for a massage I was told not to press it to much (which I only pressed it twice) I had to ask to see if I had an ingrown only then she cut it out , when I asked what something was in my nail she said idk n proceeded, n when rinsing my feet I said if I could have it warm she made it scolding hot, not to mention two days late my polish has already chipped off For my grandma no drink offered Charged her for cutting her nails (which I still don't understand other places don't) N her polish is bumpy N was 70 plus Only plus beautiful looking nail bar Good mimosa Lots of colors to pick from

Eva at Maque always does my nails SO right!!! She picks for me and always knows what I want even when I don't. I used to just get black all the time but like....check these babies out. Highly recommend her and this nail bar! 11/10

Winter S.

This shop is aesthetically pleasing. Plenty of foot spas and manicure spaces. The staff was friendly, and my manicurist was polite. The hand and arm massage calmed me, and I'd go back just for that. I received an OPI gel manicure on my natural nails. I'm only giving a four-star rating because the polish in the cuticle pocket could've been a tad neater, and she kept asking me if I take medicine, because my thumb nail bed had a dark stripe down the middle. I'd return to this establishment.

SnS full set , pink and white! They throw in a neck massage! Benjamin did a great job!!!

Christina G.

This is my 3rd visit and so far, its ok. I've had good service, clean facility, good prices and the staff is organized! I get SnS, pink and white (comes with neck massage). Benjamin did a great job $50! I also get the Deluxe pedicure$39. Helena did great except she forgot the paraffin wax, she took off $5. I've had my eyebrows waxed and never again! They were red, rashed for 5 days and are now uneven in thickness :( I'll come back again and update my review again.

The shellac polish used during the service.

Anitria W.

This was my third trip to this location. Kate had done my servicesw prior to this and was AMAZING! This time however Kate wasn't there. I told my nail tech that the shellac polish was too thick and lumpy. She told me it was my nail bed. Long story short she didn't want to fix the nail and against my better judgement I left. 2 HOURS LATER 3 of my nails still weren't dry and there literally PEELED OFF! I called back and was told I'd get a refund. Then 10 mins later "ASHLEY THE MANAGER" called me and said they wouldn't refund my money and I'd have to come get it fixed. I couldn't because IM IN THE PROCESS OF MOVING to a different city. No joke. She called me a liar, told me that I never went to them for services and then HUNG UP in my face. I don't want to tell other what to do with their time and money but I KNOW what I'm doing with mine moving forward and it won't be going back there.

This was my first time here and I asked for a pretty tedious manicure. I had picked a different color for each nail! The ladies were super nice about it and even helped me match colors to the picture I showed. My manicure looks exactly like the picture I showed her I believe my nail techs name was Tracy. She was excellent. I also got my eyebrows waxed and she was super fast and my eyebrows looks great. The place is very clean and the ambiance is really relaxing. Overall it was a great experience and I will be back! read more

This nail salon is the nicest salon I have ever been in. Can we just start and say that when you walk in you wouldn't even think it's a nail salon because you don't get that nail salon smell. How refreshing, am I right? The owner Ashley is so nice and accommodating! All of the staff is so nice, when I call and make an appointment they know me by name and they always accommodate the people I want and services. How often any more do people actually know your name? Although I haven't used many of the staff there they are knowledgeable and very helpful to get the look that you want every time! I have used Helen, Lan and Cindy and they are amazing! Can't thank them enough! I have never left there unhappy. Here is an added picture of the work that Lan just did and I am in love! read more

Horrible experience with full set/refill. I started getting my pedicures done here because they did such a great job the first time I came. I normally get my nails done somewhere else. My pedicure was good except for the wait time and the confusion about which color I chose. Nails were horrible. The lady burned me several times and I finally had enough and made her stop. I will never go back to this place for my nails. Pedicures are fine but nails are an ABSOLUTE NO!!!! And read more

Friendly staff & pretty shop, but the tech doing my basic gel nails would stop to text right in front of me & go right back to my nails. Nasty! No hand sanitizer or nothing....no point in wearing gloves if you don't even practice sanitation. The only reason I go is because walk-in & close to my house, but made my cuticles bleed TWICE (separate times), I said it was fine because it didn't hurt, but still no discount or reimbursement for bleeding mediocre nails. read more

Don't get the extra service polishes. This place is overpriced, does a crap polish job, gave a lousy massage. Love this place. It was my second time being here but the first time getting an acrylic set. I needed them done for a graduation I was going to. Helen was so nice and talked to me about whatever which was cool. She did my nails the way I asked her to which I really appreciated. Terrible customer service, long wait, bleeding fingers! Don't go. Especially don't go to Kevin. He's the skinny Asian gentlemen. I had come in after my nails last time bc I had some early lifting and wanted to know if I needed to put some glue on it. They explained they did have a manufacturing issue with their product but my nails would be ok. Great, I never asked for a refund. Fast forward, I came today to get a fill and Kevin said he'd do my nails but he really didn't want to and complained for 10 min. I finally asked for someone else to do my nails. He was so rude. The customer next to me said she was speechless. Terrible nail tech- don't go to Kevin! Ashley ended up doing my nails. She was very nice and did a good job except she ground down my cuticles so much in three nails that they bled and hurt. Also, when I first came, they said there was a wait. No problem, they said I could sign in and go do an errand. I got back in 15 min and they had not saved my spot. I was there for 2 hours getting a fill. Also, Ashley said the fill would be $40 and it was $45. I posted in my women's group and other people commented. One lady got a pedicure and ended up with scans on the bottom of her feet! This place is over priced, horrible customer service, and physically harming their customers. I have scabs now on 3 fingers. read more

I came here to follow my nail tech. So far have gotten two manicures and two pedicures. The place is super clean, relaxing and beautiful. No blaring music. No game shows on televisions. Simply a place to be pampered and relax. Helen pays so much attention to detail and obviously puts the want of the customer first. Try the jelly pedicure. It made me feel like a queen with the several scrubs and massages. Nothing rushed as you sip your mimosa or beverage of choice. Cute place and very clean. It truly makes you feel posh and cute.... BUT the nail technicians (or whatever their title is) are not the best. Is a hit or miss. I've been there three times and the quality is not consistent. The first time was great, I got a basic shellac manicure (that's all I ever get) and it was great. The second time was meh and the third time was HORRIBLE. The nail polish was so thin that I could see every brush stroke. I'm not going back. So sad because it's really close to where I live. They are pretty pricey too. I paid $40 for a regular shellac manicure. read more

I was in the area and decided to try this nail place. I had a full set of acrylics and shellac polish. The shop was dead in the middle of the day on a Saturday, that should have been a sign. It took 2 hours to get my nails done. The polish was clumpy. The place was way overpriced for the level of work. I payed $60. In my go to salons in Round Rock, I typically spend $50 For better quality and they are done in an hour. The next day my thumb nail had chipped paint. And the imperfections on the paint were very apparent. Do not waste your money and most importantly your time! read more

Worst pedicure experience, I knew I shouldn't have tried a new place, by I figured it would be fine since what I get is so simple. I confirmed multiple times what I wanted and nail tech completely didn't listen and decided what she wanted on my nails mattered more. Super rude and argumentative when I told her I was confused why I didn't get what we had previously discussed. I'm so baffled at how a basic pedicure explained in basic English was too much to comprehend.. not to mention the patchy looking results at the end.. not going back obviously read more

My wife and I have gone here the second time in a few weeks. We went for the first time 4 days after they opened. This place is very clean, very spacious and has a very calm atmosphere. Most nail salons have a TV which, in my opinion, takes away from the supposed relaxing session of a mani/pedi session. He owner has done a great job in setting up the new place. We have patronized her other previously locations and like this on the best! It's close to our home, easy access from major roads and if you need to do some quick shopping (either food, clothing or home repairs), it's so close you're not running all around town. There is plenty of salon workers so you don't have much of a long wait but if you're a planner they do take appointments too!! Lastly, if you have a large party in which you want to have a girls day of pampering, this place can accommodate your party!! They have 26 chairs (total) - 14 chairs non-massaging type and 12 massage chairs for pedicures!! I'm sure they can accommodate a nice size party but be sure to call ahead!! Have never seen that many chairs in any salon in Austin. I give the place ..... read more

Was looking for a new nail bar and found this one, walked in for my appointment and asked if they have chrome for color options they said yes. I picked the one on the sample ring that was clearly chrome. Chrome is an extra 15.00 she said, I agreed. She then started the SNS at 11:54am she did not add a chrome powder and it was not the same color as the sample shown so I said this doesn't match at all does it? Showing her both my nail and the sample nail. No one will answer me, I said please show me the chrome that you used to charge an extra 15.00, again no one will answer and this was at 1:12pm. I've NEVER had an SNS take that long and I've NEVER experienced not getting answers to such simple questions. I will not ever go back. Oh and yes I was charged full price. read more

Now, with the real postpartum hair coming in mixed with the trimmed front pieces, I wake up every day looking like Kim Jong-un with these awkward little sections hanging down. It is so bad. The outcome was clearly due to a lack of communication. The stylist could not speak English, which made it impossible to clearly explain what I wanted or didn't want. I'm a dental hygienist- I manage bacteria and biofilm for a living with sterile instruments all day. NOBODY is getting near my eyes, the only pair. I'll ever get, without being clean. Period. 2- Professional. Just meet her. 3- Fast! The girl knows what she's doing and gets it done. 4- Fabulous. See pics and story. I've gotten my lashes done by many people and for a long time. This is it. I followed her from her previous salon. And will continue to do so. So we went to NYC for New Year's Eve in Times Square 2019. I'm including a pic before lashes (me in white top at church by the tree with my honey) as a reference. I thought I looked good in this pic.... until I went to write this review and include pics of how well my lashes did in extreme circumstances. The next pic is our 6am flight- tired- with my honey. Y'all I don't wake up looking like that without Lisa's magic. That day we rode planes, trains, automobiles (ha! Like the movie!) and the Staten Island Ferry. Then a few fab places (windy at the Met pictured) to visit, walked the length of 5th Avenue and then on to our night out in Times Square. We had been walking around all day in the rain: we weren't allowed umbrellas... if you watched it on tv you saw CNN coverage where the took Andy Cohen and Anderson Coopers umbrella away because of security- so you know this girl wasn't getting one. Then you see us before during and after the ball drop- please- zoom in and note the water on our faces. It was pouring. Do you know what mascara/eyeliner would have looked like??? I don't have to wear eyeliner because the lashes do enough for what I'm looking to achieve. ROBIN THICKE. Yup- we ran into him on his way exiting our hotel- close enough to say happy new year, make eye contact and grab a quick pic. Y'all I was a wet rat by then after tons of rain, confetti and tears of joy- and Robin still got to see some pretty lashes. #hotterinperson Moving on- I'm distracted. Now here's the important part: the next pics including Wicked and Rockefeller Center tree and the red and black sweater are all AFTER... these lashes were still on point and holding strong... making me feel beautiful and confident and not having to do a dang thing but brush them. Go. To. Lisa. Like now. Well not right now because I'm probably getting mine done again- but go get you an appointment, I promise you won't regret it.

This salon is beautiful, the interior reminds me of where I'm from so that's what caught my attention. I'm new to Texas so I was looking for a salon I could go to for my hands, decided to drop in on a weekday to avoid the busy crowds. Entering in I was amazed at how immaculate it was, the girl at front desk was super sweet & attentive PLUS a lot of colors to choose from. I was also offered something to drink. I was thinking YES! This must be the spot for me! That feeling of YES went away quite quickly after sitting down. I forgot the guy's name since it's not as if he even introduced himself, nor spoke any words to me except "what shape do you want". It's funny because he seemed grumpy towards me but with his coworkers it seemed like they were having a blast in whatever conversation they were having. I was there with a few other customers who didn't seem too happy either judging by their expressions and silence. The tech I had seemed to rather speak in his language with his coworkers rather than engage with client in front of him. It actually seemed that way for all the employees. I wasn't sure if at times they were talking about my nails or my looks or maybe the lady next to me but nonstop giggles and foreign language throughout a service that usually takes an hour instead lasted almost 2 hours was not pleasing. Honestly the nails turned out "alright". Nothing grand or nothing I'd rave about. There's certain spots missing color, some spots look more solid in color than others and some nails are shaped almond and some fingers look round. I've been around enough to know what's worth the price or not. I was simply uncomfortable the entire time. When I'm off & looking to relax, I definitely want to be comfortable. I think for anyone looking to relax this place isn't it. I rather go somewhere that isn't as pretty but they actually care about you enough to acknowledge you & not just what's in your wallet. The prices are higher than a few places nearby as well. I think this place catches customers with their looks, but the customer service is a zero. When I was checking out I was asked if I liked my nails, I was hesitant to say something but I figured I won't be going back so why bother. read more

So I was down in Austin visiting an old flame.. He was really into mukbang and asked me to make an asmr mukbang video with him LOL and I figured why not since he's well known on the tube. Anyways fast forward to the day we're gonna film. As we're waiting for our food, I asked him if he had any gloves, cause it was gonna get messy (honestly my nails looked hideous and I forgot to get them done before I flew down and didn't want peoples eyes to bleed watching the vlog) Of course, he didn't. While we were running errands, we passed this salon and it caught my eye. I said YOLO and had him drop me off here while he picked up some other things. "WHy NOt juSt Go bUY gLoVes?" Right? Wrong. This was the best impulse decision I've ever made. It is beautiful here! I was welcomed with smiles and I practically was seen immediately. I had Chuck and he was the sweetest. He's so personable and a VERY good listener hahaha. He understood that I was fairly in a rush but wanted to be camera ready...... giiiiiirl when I tell you my nails are df poppin.....!!!! He is amazing and very talented. Probably married idk. Not sure what the other reviews are about but I had a very pleasant experience. Would honestly move to Austin to be closer to this salon. So I decided to go back to try their pedicure.... as soon as I walked in they recognized me and asked if they could fix my nails because of the review I posted. I didn't realize at first but when I did they were really trying to fix the problem I said no because I already had fixed them myself with my own nail polish just to cover . So I didn't want to go over all of that again. But they were very apologetic and wanted to fix it and insisted on making sure the customer was happy. So I'll give them that. They cared. So went on with pedicure. Excellent excellent job. I went with the $45 I think ? Milk and honey scrub , they really did a good job making my feet feel refreshed and I love the color I picked. My feet turned out really soft and they took their time massage my legs and feet. I feel very relaxed and happy. So I will go back for that for sure. Also I will try the manicure again. But I don't think I will do the sns, it was my first time and it is difficult to find the exact color because on the display it ends up looking very different ( I think) on my actual real nail. Bottom line I wrote this review because my second time around was much better and they are very polite and friendly and ready to please. I will go back again. Thank you for an amazing pedicure! read more

Amazing service! Everyone was extremely welcoming my first time coming, and has been my favorite spot ever since. The place is first of all absolutely beautiful and the ambiance is extremely relaxing. I went into the salon getting a Full set of French nails and a pedicure and both were absolutely perfect! The much needed pedicure was so relaxing and left my feet feeling baby smooth. A key tip would be to upgrade to shellac on your toes, their color options and their keen attention to detail makes the polish stay shiny and lasting on your toes for weeks! If you're wanting to try a pedicure from them I would recommend the Volcano Spa Pedicure, it is so worth it! From the hot towels to the hot stone massage, and not to mention the bonus shoulder massage the Volcano pedicure is literally heaven on earth. Not only are they good at making my feet soft and pretty but they also are amazing at making my nails look drop dead gorgeous. I always love a classic French look and they nail it with my nails every time! Not once have I been disappointed in their service. Today I went to this laque nail salon so we had four people asking to do for pedicure and manicure... A gentleman named Jason(i knew his name since i asked the reception many times)did it for my aunt ,we didn't know why he did it with an unhappy attitude when my aunt asked about color, then he pushed his straight working cart to her leg ,all of us were startled terribly when hearing a loud noise from what he did,and then he cursed my aunt and didn't apologize to us after that he left and refused to do it for us and finally we still paid for the other three and today After returning home my aunt told me her leg was very painful and tomorrow I have to take my aunt to the emergency hospital .I thinking i may go back there with an police officer to check on the camera to see what he been done to my aunt today,he is really terrible nail tech, dont go there especially dont ever go with Jason,he is a man who treats women badly,he is ready to scold and hit you when he is not feeling happy,he is like a crazy guy.....OMG!.....too terrible.... read more

I came in during their grand opening promo (20% off and service). I love that it has an upscale feel this area really needs something like this. I got a pedicure which is regular $29 I have worked in high end salons and this is actually lower than a pedicure at a downtown salon. They use good products for the soak and scrub and have plenty of colors to choose from. Hannah was my tech and she is so sweet and talked to me the whole time and didn't mind upgrading my polish change to a pedi 30 minutes before closing. A lot of nail techs will act like you are inconveniencing them by wanting a service before closing but this salon didn't, they were not sweeping or mopping while I was getting serviced and they all made sure I was comfortable while drying. This is a family owned business and the young woman who owns the business is a nail tech so I know they know how to run a nail salon! I love this place and their work I will be recommending them to everyone. read more

I just left this location, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst manicure experiences I've ever had. The nail technician failed to properly remove my previous nail polish, didn't clean my cuticles correctly, and even ended up cutting me during the process. To make things worse, she tried to charge me an additional $5 just to buff my nails--something that's typically included in a standard manicure. The overall quality was very poor, and I left feeling completely dissatisfied. I would not recommend this salon, and honestly, I believe a refund is warranted for the poor service I received. Nothing but positive remarks for Blossom. This is definitely my go-to neighborhood nail shop, close…read morein distance right off the hwy and always convenient & considerate of my time. I'm pretty basic when it comes to nails, Jackie got me onto the cat eye this summer and has been a favorite look as of late. Reason for my review is due to the most recent experience I had. First time getting the cat eye on a bright neon pink lasted for weeks without a hiccup. Had a party to go to, decided to go with the more neutral/natural look and for whatever reason, some of the coatings cracked and or chipped. I went in 2 days later once I had time to go back & they did not even bat an eye to entirely re-do all my nails. They even asked if I wanted a completely different color. I was genuinely surprised & happy to choose quite the opposite of the color I was originally there for. Thank you Blossom Nails for making me feel welcome & going out of the way to completely re-do an entire different color gel on my nails. I won't soon forget it & will definitely be back!

I am very specific about my nail care; I do not like my nail beds or cuticles to be trimmed, but I still want them to look clean and neat. It can be hard to find a technician who respects this without making the nails look unfinished. Brian was absolutely phenomenal. He listened carefully to my preferences and was so gentle and precise. He delivered exactly what I wanted--my nails look immaculate, with perfectly polished color and incredibly neat, healthy-looking cuticles without any cutting. He truly understands nail health and customer service. I love my new nails and will definitely be requesting Brian next time I need my nails done.

Her salon has all new leather massage chairs that will put you to sleep as you are getting one of her famous relaxing pedicures. I was quoted $65. That should have been straightforward -- but nothing about this visit was. First, the service itself was shockingly poor. My manicurist didn't bother to trim or clean the cuticles -- something every standard refill includes -- especially when using a drill. The salon is bare-bones already, but skipping basic steps is unacceptable. Then I was told to come back the next day with my blue, yet they still intended to charge me more. Suddenly the price jumped by another $20. That was never discussed or agreed to. When I expressed (rightfully) that the experience didn't match the quoted price or standard service, one of the employees began screaming, panicking, and making unintelligible noises while threatening to call the police -- over what, I still don't know. I never refused payment; in fact, I paid and even tipped. But the behavior was bizarre, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. There was no attempt to resolve the issue, explain the price changes, or provide adequate service. The work itself was mediocre at best -- you can get better quality for a lower price at the nicer salons literally one mall down. Avoid this place at all costs -- poor technique, inconsistent pricing, zero communication, and the worst customer service I've experienced at any nail salon.
