Srijana gave her some tips, and the result was perfect! My eyebrows turned out thick, clean, and exactly how I wanted. They even left a couple of small spots untouched so the hair can grow in, and they can shape it better next time. There were people waiting over 45 minutes even on a weekday, which shows how popular they are. I get to the appointment, she does just the bottom of my brows and sent me on my way with no mirror or asking me how I like it, NOTHING and still charges me the full balance of $37 even though she did HALF the job! $37 for 4 minutes of work is absolutely disgusting! I will never in my life return to this business again that was extremely unprofessional and not cool because I have been coming to this business for years!
