They do a great job with my eyebrows and everything in between. This location is in HEB and it's not the nicest, but they definitely do a good job. Pricing is also reasonable compared to other eyebrow threading places. They have extended hours and are opened on weekends so it can fit most people's schedules. It can get busy, but there are times where you walk in and they are ready for you. The only reason they didn't get five stars is, because of their customer service. She went to town and my eyebrows are now extremely thin and they now look like sperm whales. Not what I asked. I am sure the distress was written all over my face as I told her my eyebrows are extremely thin but she could not even muster up an apology and made it seem like it was my fault. Horrible henna. It looks like a first grader did this crap I've gotten henna many times before and I decided to try Hollywood out because I saw that they did it in the Austin area. First, they made me wait and took someone else to do either eyebrows ahead of me even though I arrived first. Second, the lady who finally did my henna seemed very nervous and when I asked her if she was okay and knew what she was doing she said yes but she wasn't going to do the design that I wanted but make up yer own. I told her that I wanted it pretty similar to the design. She gave me this. When I told her and the other lady there that I HATED IT she tried to argue in another language with the other lady that she did a good job. The lady was polite but not that friendly. I had my eyebrows threaded. I've had this done before, but this is the first time someone used scissors to trim them. I would say it's painful and the right eyebrow was shaped differently than the left. The other complaint I have. The eyebrows cost $8. I gave her a $20 and asked for change. She spent a good 3-5 min looking for more change. By this time I was fed up and just took the $9 instead of the $12. I was owed. The older lady does a great job. I have never been in on the weekends so she's never in a hurry. I get my whole face done becaus I have peach fuzz and it helps my makeup go on more smoothly. Waxing irritates my skin so I was super excited to find an experienced threader in Austin, well Pflugerville. There is another, younger woman there. Do not let her touch you. The last time I went, maybe 3-4 months ago, she messed up my eyebrows and cut me in 4 places. A thread cut that is basically on your eyelid is incredibly painful. The other ones were on my upper lip, top of the brow, and corner of my mouth. Plus she is not experienced and it makes it way more painful. Neither one of them are social and particularly friendly. That doesn't bother me because I'm there to get fuzz free and I hate banal chitchat. I clearly asked the lady working there just to thread the hairs around my brow and not to change the shape at all. I have been here several times and I always love the result. I used to get my eybrows waxed but I have a scar on one side that always messed things up. Because the threading is more exact they can shape them without screwing it up. It is in a strange location, Inside an HEB. But the price is great, only 8 bucks to get eyebrows done. I have taken friends here as well, and they loved the result too. The ladies English can be difficult to understand but they do such an amazing job I don't mind. Went for the first time today. Compared to the other threading place in another HEB I go to, this one is $2 cheaper, so it's $8 for eyebrows only. The shape turned out ok, I wasn't expecting much. The girl Basra I think it was, is young. What I liked about her was that she really didn't mind me asking to fix some parts a couple times. It didn't bother her at all. And even when I said it was good, she was like are you sure? Because she was willing to do more if I wanted, so that's always nice. I'll try some of the other girls there and update who I think is best. When I first got there, there was a lot of people waiting on a Saturday. But it went by pretty quick since there's 2 people doing it and no one wanted their whole face unhaired like I've sometimes seen done and had to wait forever for! read more

I have been living in Pflugerville for a year now and this is the only eyebrow threading place I can find. While I have been going here to received eyebrow threading for a while, every time my eyebrows come out uneven. Every time, I walk back to my car look in the mirror and realized they look messed up. Then I have to walk back in and ask them to fix it. It is my fault for coming here for so long out of convenience of the location. I am busy and I don't have time to go back twice to get my eyebrows corrected to suit my standards. This last time, I was pissed and this is my last straw. I have given them plenty of chances. The youngest girl never listens when I ask her to make the middle even. She laughed in my face when I had to come back to get it corrected. How disrespectful. Even my boyfriend said you have to go back and get it fixed because one eyebrow was pointed and the other was rounded. She wouldn't admit her mistake and she thought I was crazy. In the end, she fixed my eyebrow, but I will never go back there again. Only come here if you want to be disrespected and to have your eyebrows messed up literally every time. I went there with my aunt to get our whole faces threaded. The younger lady was nice, she was helping my aunt. The older one however, not so much. I sat down, she did my eyebrows (very roughly, by the way), and then she asked me "just brows right?" I told her that I'd prefer to have my whole face done, so she huffed in my face, huffed audibly, and proceeded to do my face. She finished, I was just glad that everything was over. We paid and left. We inquired about discounts for frequent customers, no discount (we would have come twice a month, full face, two people, so a total of $120 revenue). I got to my car, and A BIG NICE PATCH on my left cheek is undone, my eyebrows have nicks that are bleeding under them, and my eyebrows are uneven. Worst experience ever, and that's really saying something, because I'm typically a very easy customer. You're better off using a place that isn't TOO LAZY to perform the services they offer. read more
