For people used to fast in-and-out threading, it may feel like she takes a lot longer, but Muna was very detailed and I am very happy with the end result. Although I was there for just eyebrow threading, she also did a little bit of clean up of the nearby areas as well. I came in because I am always unsure how to make tweak the shape of my eyebrows and would prefer for a professional to do it. I indicated roughly how I liked my eyebrows and what I was going for, and she did a fantastic job, all the while making sure that they were suited to my face. I had my eyebrows and upper lip threaded by Muna. She was friendly and worked around where I had overplucked. She helped me to get the shape of the my eyebrows back! But when I got home, I looked closely in the mirror and noticed more than a couple stray hairs that were not part of the eyebrow line that had been missed as well as some on my upper lip. I understand that I can't expect 100% removal but I wondered if the fact that she had another customer there (for hair) made her a bit more rushed than usual. She introduced herself and asked my name prior to starting, which made me feel so good because no other brow place has ever been interested in learning my name! I saw the reviews on this place and the only reason I came cause because everyone said Muna is amazing and go to her. Well I had an awful experience and probably will never go back. I walk in, don't even get a greeting. Old lady asks what I need. I had to tell her 3 times I needed my eyebrows done and she didn't understand me. A customer had to tell her what I was saying. And then they didn't even tell me how long the wait was. (No one was in there) then the old lady just goes and sits down and does her makeup and then goes out to her car to get crackers.
