i've been coming here since i was 15 in 2021. the service is always amazing. i usually get a female nail tech but have had two male techs. everyone is so hard working! e'shee is a bit on the pricier side, but my nails always last so long. the good service, conversation, and safe location also make up for the price! they even offer you refreshments and have a lot to choose from. btw pay in cash for a discount! i've gotten acrylic and gel done for my manicures. recently, i got the deluxe 1 and classic 1 pedicures. for the classic 1, i got a french pedicure done and it lasted almost 2 months before it started chipping. They charge based off how you look! Been coming here on and off for the last year but today I decided I'm done getting hustled. Cat eye used to be considered gel polish but a few months ago they started charging an extra $20 for it (on top of the gel polish fee) and placed that price hike on the specific polish books. I found a book today with no price listed meaning it's just considered gel polish, but right before the girl paints my nails she tells me French tip is an extra $20 then another $20 for the polish I chose. I said no extra fee was listed for this polish, she said all cat eye is extra and the $20 sticker must've "fallen off". Ok whatever. I get to the front and she says it's $155!!!!!! For a fill in and pedicure????? $37 pedi, $20 cat eye, $20 French tip, meaning my toe gel polish and my fill = $78???? The math not mathing. I got a full set and pedicure with designed for $130 just 2 weeks ago. How is the fill more? Anyways just pick a nice honest place that displays pricing and doesn't make prices up based off how good I look that day. They were really helpful with any questions that we had. They were also very gentle because I was getting ticklish when they were doing my pedicure. My friend has been going here for years and she really loves it. She swears by it and feels at the technicians here all do a great job. I agreed with her I really liked my nails. They also were not pushy and were fine with me getting regular Acrylic nail polish instead of gel. The vibe is also very relaxing. They gave us complementary wine. I have came to this locations a couple time before for pedicures and had zero issues! However, this time I came and asked for a manicure, and I am very dissatisfied. To start off they made me pay up front first, something I have never done, not at any nail salon. I was confused because no work had been done on my nails, but I went ahead and paid. I was given the receipt so I could tip them but again no work had been done yet so what was I tipping for yet????? It was super rushed, the entire process took about 30 minutes, which included the paint job. My nails looked so bad and i thought she was going to come back and fix them but she just started packing up and clearing the area. I was so confused. Needless to say, I won't be coming back :( I loved this spot, but from the last couple times I can say the service/quality has gone downhill. I've been coming here for years and things have been really consistent until today. And now that I'm thinking about it, this place does not seem as clean/spa-like as it used to be. The front desk barely looked up from their phone to greet me as I walked in. Ive been to salons that take the time to get to know their regulars. This isn't that place. I asked for a dip manicure. I asked the nail tech if the shape of my nail could change from square to almond and she said no. Okay, fine. As the tech was removing my old dip, she burned me a few times with the e-file. I tried to ignore it. Then, she asked if I wanted her to take all my old color off before putting on new color. Yes... obviously. She then said if she took all my color off I would get an infection. .... what?! I tried to ask why and she just muttered under her breath and told me not to get my hands wet. Weird. Then she said I was scaring her because I squeezed my hand every time she burned me. Keep in mind, she's JUST taking off dip so far. At that point I felt like she had no clue what she was doing so I left. I was disappointed that they hired someone like her and that no one seemed to care that I was upset or left. I went to Glos & Glo across the street. They greeted me with hot tea (it was pouring rain), sat me quickly and took off my gel/reshaped my nail without any issues. I got my Quinceañera nails here (a hispanic version of a sweet 16) and got any special occasion nails here. about two years ago I decided to invest in myself and get my nails done regularly. It has been the best decision ever. Ivy is my favorite person on earth and I ALWAYS have the best time. Very accommodating, reliable and always the best quality. If there's ever a fluke (only happened 1-2 times) they are happy to help fix if the nail polish is peeling or if a nail is lifting, etc. I have brought friends and family here to treat them and they come back anytime they want their nails done now! I do go during the week on my day off but I know that they do get pretty full midweek-weekend. That just tells you that they're THAT good! adding pictures of some past nails that I could find. some nails have lasted me 6+ weeks! I have walked out unhappy a few times but the reason I'm rating it so highly is that if I end up with a nail break or chip or truly don't like my nails after my appointment, I end up calling and they ask me to come in and always fix it to make me happy with the final result. And usually at no extra charge to me since I already pay a ton for the original nails. Overall, I really enjoy this place. It's kept pretty clean and the staff is always so sweet. Paid 189 for my service and daughter which I don't mind paying if quality is good but that's not the case yes my daughters nails came out amazing and beautiful and she was treated with so much respect I love her nail tech but when it came to my nail tech she cut me numerous times and didn't seem to be fazed or have a single care again. As a nail tech of 7 years myself and still am but unable to do my own now due to a wrist surgery I had and will need another I thought it would be a good idea to get myself some self care done but boy was I wrong and the biggest regret. I called ahead of time requesting for my toes to be fixed due to another salon making them thick as well . The man I was on the phone with I can only assume is the manger made sure to inform me I would be in good hands and they would help me as he claimed my tech was the best one there and I'm not denying it but maybe not for acrylic toes . Anyway they start out service everything seems very nice until she kept cutting me REPEATEDLY yes once is fine it happened but not and most my toes and the concern she had was -0 wasn't fazed just moved on now that is not ok at all if you cut your client you apologize and clean it up and put ointment on it to prevent infection all nail supply stores have it because again it happens to everyone and if not that then just don't leave me bloody bare minimum. It seems that she was annoyed she have a long service with me as I paid for the highest pedicure there I asked if I was able to get a hand message because my wrist hurt and I was more then willing to pay she was not happy I asked and my daughter nail tech took over and she was more then happy to provide for me and she was amazing bless her soul and I'm not trying to hate on my nail tech as the rest of the pedicure was great but the lack of concern and professional is not there and I'm not ok with that. So if you want sterile service and professional service, do not come here I repeat do not come here. Prices are expensive which again is fine if service is good but it was not and manger didn't care so I definitely won't be coming here and will be sure to share this review to anyone thinks about coming here. Acrylic toes are not supposed to be thick as it can cause irritation to the toes from being too heavy along with acrylic toes are supposed to be around the entire toenail not just partly. Also, when doing acrylic toes underneath the toes need to be cleaned up to prevent thickness and to have a nice clean look. I've been doing my own acrylic toes for seven years and I have never had my toes look like this. This isn't just me as a nail tech. This is all nail tech that specialize in acrylic toes. You can tell if a nail check does not specialize if they do not do these basic things and they need to be retrained to do properly to prevent infection or irritation or bad reviews. I hope they can fix the situation and I hope that they can retrain their nail tech to properly apply acrylic toes if they choose to be charging these prices. Manager only refunded 35$ compared to the $189 I spent along with $40 tip for 20 each nail tech because I still strongly believe you tipped your nail techs because it is their time and effort and not easy on the body. read more

Man...I really didn't want to write this review but I hope it helps someone when they book their next appointment. I made an appointment for an acrylic refill a couple weeks ago. When I walked in I was given a beverage and asked if I would also be wanting a new design. I said yes. They told to look around at the colors while they found someone to take my appointment. When my tech came to get me I had a feeling it wasn't going to go well. I'd picked out a white French tip design (with a couple swirly lines, abstract shapes) and said I wanted a two tone chrome where the design portion was. He misunderstood me a couple times after I showed him a photo and explained what I wanted, and even took my phone back to the front desk to show some co-workers before insisting he actually needed to do the design on black acrylic, which I didn't want. Overall the process took so long, almost 2.5 hours. Many mistakes were made and unnecessary steps taken and the end result was not pretty. I even simplified my request for the index finger (see photos) so we could just be done with it. My appointment was at 1pm, and I needed to leave by 3:15 at the latest and so I told my tech at 2:50 I needed to go in 20. He struggled to finish my nails on time and insisted on doing multiple top coats to lock in a mediocre execution of the design, delaying me so much that I literally took my hand out of the UV light and walked to the front so I could pay and leave. It ended up being almost $100 and I was late to my next appointment. Wish he had just passed me off to someone more confident and skilled at what I asked for instead of wasting both of our time (and my money). Picture of the design in question. I wanted the chrome ON the white part, not chrome nails with white design. Giving an extra star for my experience the time before. Ironically, when I was a walk in just for an emergency fix (I'd chipped a nail pretty badly), Von was at the front desk and took a good look at them and recommended I get a new set as my acrylics were starting to peel away from my real nail underneath. I forgot the tech's name from this time, but he was amazing!! Very patient and meticulous in shaping my nails, laying the acrylic thin and smooth, and executing the design perfectly. Wish I could say I had this experience more often. Hesitant about coming back now, it's been so hit or miss. read more

Worst customer service and pedicure ever! I got a gel polish pedicure here which for some reason did not cure correctly leaving it this strange jelly consistency, I didn't notice this until it smeared all over my feet and the inside of my favorite pair of shoes, ruining them. I went back to get it fixed and asked for a refund for their shoddy work, after she had to completely takeoff all the polish and redo it I was informed that I wouldn't be charged, Good! I wouldn't be paying for them to fix their mistake! The manager refused to speak to me, using a receptionist as a middle man and refused a refund. Avoid this place at all costs!!
