The staff were very friendly and understanding, and I did not feel guilted or pushed into buying a more expensive pedicure. They are a very clean facility and the art and decor is very opulent. I'm just thoroughly disappointed with the pedicures I've gotten here lately. I understand charging for additional services, but when the total price comes to $80-100 and the majority of the time you sat there (45 min) waiting for the pedicure; it's not worth it. They rush everything and the "massage" that is supposed to be included in the service consists of them lightly touching your legs to waste 10 more minutes of your time. It is not pleasant and far from a massage. The total time they actually work on your feet may be 30-40 minutes, but you end up sitting there for an hour and a half. While they play musical chairs with each other and you have to re tell them the service you're getting, the shape, and color. I'm really angry it seems every salon is like this. They think doing the minimal service is worth $100 and an hour and a half of my time. read more

I had a good pedicure 5 out of the 6 times I have come here. The last one I had was very mediocre, the old polish wasn't completely removed until I said something. The massage was more bothersome than relaxing. The touch was so light and did not feel good, I was so tempted to ask her to stop but out of respect I let her do her job. The strawberry margarita which is normally good was completely frozen...ice......undrinkable. I figured when they heard me tell my friend to not get it because it was bad they would have offered another drink, but no. I didn't want to complain so I let it go. I was asked which color at least 4x after I already had said which one...the communication was poor. The pedicure was mediocre like I said. As for the manicure, I cancelled the service because the nail tech came to the pedicure chair with an attitude, practically yelling, "WHICH COLOR, IS THIS COLOR OK TO PUT ON YOUR NAILS MAM!" After one let down after the other I just said it's okay, no manicure today. He rolled his eyes and walked away. Now to clarify, there are a few good techs here. They did offer to do my mani in his place because they saw/heard what happened. I just didn't want to receive anymore services. It was just a bad day for them I'm hoping. I am not overly impressed with this place. It's clean and everyone is nice and quick but quick isn't always best. The pedicure was good however they use the cheese graders, which technically according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations, are not allowed in salons. I also got a full acrylic set and I am definitely not happy. They are thick and lumpy and I am going to have to remove them and redo them . Not sure why this place isn't ranked higher! I went in looking for a gel manicure with a specific design. The person doing my nails made a few attempts but it just wasn't coming out right. She let me know that it didn't look as cute and the picture I provided and I decided on a simpler design. I appreciate the honesty!!! I've visited Caesars a few times now and have always had a pretty good experience. They offer wine, margaritas or water for you to drink during your service. The first two times I went weren't experiences that blew my mind away but today was amazing. I was serviced by Daisy and got acrylic removal and the 'happy feet' manicure. The 'happy feet' comes with 6 minute massage, Mud Mask, Sugar Scrub, warm towel, Callus and Paraffin Treatment. Daisy started with the acrylic removal then cleaned my nails and went straight into the gel. When she was close to finishing I was getting a little worried because I had not yet received any of the additional services for the manicure I selected but rest assured Daisy made sure I got them and they definitely impressed me. I love paraffin treatments and it felt even better wrapped in the hot towel. She also gave an amazing the massage!!! She was so nice and even helped me to select between colors. I will say that I did not receive a mud mask but that might only come with the pedicure version. Will definitely be going back to visit and requesting Daisy! read more

Horrible experience. I booked online (5:30 pm); the automated email and text I got after I booked said it wasn't confirmed yet and that the manager would call to confirm. One hour later (6:30 pm), no call. I finally called and checked to see if I actually had an appointment or not, the person on the phone constantly told me they couldn't hear me. They said come in 7:15 for a massage (I had booked 7:30 online) since that was the last time they can take massages. I come in 7 pm to check in, and they tell me their masseuse isn't there and they aren't able to do any appointments for massage. WTF?? I walked out pissed off. When you walk in, you're handed a menu with a TON of options and their prices. No explanation. This would be awesome if you knew what "VIP service" or any of their other services were called. It was a little overwhelming. I also wanted a mani-pedi and ended up just doing a mani because I didn't understand the different levels of pedis. I asked for clarification on a lot of different things and felt like I was bothering them. Now as for my nails. So cute. They look awesome. As a person who has no patience and hates spending hours in a nail salon, I absolutely love this place and don't mind the waiting at all. The staff at the front always greet us with a smile and are so so considerate and help us with any questions about our nails or what color we should get. The nail artists are so kind and do amazing work I've gotten some of my favorite nail designs here and as someone who has been to quite a few salons in Austin this one takes the cake.
